    For me I had no issues. As I understand, just make sure the hotel is aware it is prepaid and not to double charge.

    Was easy to book, multiple room options shown. Did not like all the pop *** trying to get me to buy, or try, other services before the booking was finalized. Then there was more after booking.

    I booked a hotel one day. Our plans changed overnight. And had to go a different direction. It was the next day I cancelled it. The trip wasn't happening till. The end of the month. They didn't want to lose $ ******. They are a total rip off. I will never use them again,even to save a few bucks..

    Super.com pop up in skyscanner to be the cheapest among any other booking site, googled it and it says its legit site! Book a hotel for July-8-9, made sure date was right. They charged $164.99, then they offer for additional $17 for Refundable Transaction, so I took it! "REFUNDABLE" that sum up to $181.99 on my card. After receiving the confirmation, the dates are wrong, it's for May *****, which is the date that I book it at night, I contacted super.com right away via chat, when I mentioned the issue, the *** said pls. fill up the form before I can connect you to the specialist! The form given are details for credit card info. I thought it's for a refund, when I click, it went to ******, asking confirmation to charge$47, then it made me skeptical and wonder why would I be charged $47 again just to talk to the specialist?, I closed the window right away, then I called their customer service, when I told the *** bout the issue, he said right away he cannot make any changes, I asked him for a refund, he said he cannot make any refund, I asked why not? I purchased that $17 for "Refundable" transaction as what it says Refundable for any reason of canceling the booking, he gave me a BS answer, that the additional $17 is for something else! then he said I can try to file the refund through that link that was given in my confirmation details for canceling and refund. I said this sounds like a scam to me, he got quite! I told him if you wont give me a refund even with that $17 Refundable transaction, I will have to dispute this transaction, he said ok mam! I tried filing a refund through the link that was given in my confirmation and followed the step as the *** suggested me and I was given a ***ly that the refund process was closed! customer *** is so dismissive. You book in certain date and they will give you a wrong confirmation date, then they says it's your fault, they can't make any changes nor give you a refund even if you buy additional $17 Refundable Transaction.

    Actually it was very easy to book my room for the four nights the price was very good it beat all of the others and even the hotel they didn't want to match it so I ended up booking with super.com nice experience

    Super.com is a scam. They refuse to refund my booking after the hotel approved it due to a medically necessitated cancellation. Super first stated that they would not refund, then stated that a credit usable through their website towards other bookings good for 30 days would be given instead of a refund when I was promised a full refund, and the icing on the cake is they now want me to send them a picture of my photo ID front and back before they will issue a refund. Also they sign you up for a $15 a month membership when you do not approve acknowledge or even know that such a thing is happening. This is a scammy African gold mine style creepy website and I have had to escalate this refund to a credit card dispute. The agent I spoke to took half an hour of my time forcing the manager of the hotel to send three different types of documentation stating I had legitimately canceled my booking, and even then they refuse to simply refund me. Stay away from this scam company

    This company is preditory. I called to inquire about a partial refund, received instructions for gaining that refund, followed the instructions, and then was told 1) I had never actually made a purchase with the company 2) they "do not issue refunds. I changed travel plans specifically because I was told I could receive a refund. I paid for two days in a hotel, despite being told I only had to pay for one. Therefore, I did not receive the full services rendered. Furthermore, I unknowingly signed up for a "membership" and was charged 15 dollars the following month. In trying to SAVE money, I spent over DOUBLE the amount what I needed to spend.
