  Great travel site with excellent and the lowest prices. I was skeptical at first because their prices are low. So I would call the hotel immediately after reserving from their site. But the hotel always confirmed my stays, which reassured me that my booking is good. Ill be using Super.com all the time for all my hotel needs!

  It's a good site, however, I never received confirmation my room was booked. Only thing I received was far too many advertisements, nothing about your booking is confirmed.

  I've used Super.com for several hotel bookings. They reviews always seem to be accurate, and the price is normally the best one I can find. I would definitely recommend trying it out.

  I signed up for Super+ benefits, paying $15 a month. I have not received cashback from any of my hotel bookings. I've called them 3 times in the last month and also chatted with someone online, and each time I am told that I would receive an email with a couple days.....I'm still waiting.

  This company is a ****. Yes, I ***eat A SCAM! Deceptive UI Behavior, Inaccessible Support, and Unfair Non-Refund Policy Complaint Description:I booked a hotel through Super.com (formerly SnapTravel) on July 8, 2025, expecting to check in on July 9. I had selected the correct date initially, but after waiting for a friend to confirm and returning to the app, the interface had defaulted back to July 8 without proper notice. I unintentionally confirmed the booking with the incorrect date.Within minutes, I contacted the hotel directly. They told me they could not change or cancel the reservation because it was made through a third party. I then attempted to resolve this directly with Super.com. Their AI support system stated the reservation was non-refundable and could not be changed. After requesting a live agent, I was placed in a long queue. When an agent finally responded, they ended the chat due to "no response"despite me being actively present and ***lying.I called their customer service number and waited another 25 minutes. The *** who eventually responded on the app claimed they were on the call with meyet there was no audio or communication. I have screenshots, screen recordings, and logs of all these interactions. The level of support I received was unacceptable and entirely unhelpful.This experience demonstrates predatory booking tactics, unresponsive customer support, and a lack of transparency in how booking dates and policies are presented to consumers. I am requesting a full refund or the ability to rebook for the correct date without penalty.Please advise where I can submit the screenshots and supporting documentation.

  Very simplistic interface helps keep prices low. Sometimes you can find a better rate direct with the hotel, but those usually are non-refundable. Super usually has the best price on refundable hotel nights. I have used them about 10 times over 2 years and I have never had a problem with any reservation.

  I gave 4 stars for now, only because it's the first time I used super.com. It was actually quite easy to use. They had the best offer for the place I I was actually wanting to get a couple of days at. Check innm was so simple and I didn't have any surprise fees. I would definitely recommend super.com in fact I already have told several people about them.

  Terrible customer service. When I booked a hotel within 20 minutes of booking notice there was an issue called customer service the girls sounded like we had just woke her up so I'm sure they are working from home. She was very very rude I will never ever book through this company again.
