1 starTHIS SITE IS A TOTAL SCAM RUN BY CRIMINALS! I booked a hotel through super.com. Upon arriving at the hotel on the date of the reservation the hotel staff informed me that they had no reservation for me. They mentioned that they had seen other would be guests who had booked through the scam website super.com. I tried contacting super.com. The only option for contacting them was via AI chatbot. The bot refused to provide me with a phone number and claimed that a real person would "join the chat." They also refused to refund my money for the booking that they didn't make. I just have to hope that my bank will be awesome and get my money back for me as I work through the dispute process.Super.com

1 starThey're a SCAM. Do not book with them. We made reservations through them for the 4th of July weekend, we showed up at the hotel and the hotel didn't have any information for our booking. Even the front desk called them a scam. They knew the website before we could even mention the name. Do not book with them!!Review fromPreet K
