  I've used Super.com several times lately with no problems & as a few people think this is bad - "there are other ones, Very Well known sites" that just took my money with no return. I have been traveling for about 20 years now & am quite familiar with on-line setups.

  Booked a two night stay using Super.com website. Unfortunately when. i arrived at the hotel on July 11 , 2025 and was informed by the hotel registration desk that there was a $19 parking charge per night. No where on the Super.com hotel listing does it mention a parking fee. Been traveling for 40 years and have never encountered hidden parking fees. Super.com's AI response was that I should have contacted the hotel for parking fees. I have never had to call a hotel and ask for parking or other hidden charges since the booking sites I've used had them listed. To lure a customer to their site because of low prices and then have a 22% price increase by the hotel they list on their website is unethical. Go to the seasoned websites that list fees hotel charge.

  Beware of deceptive subscription billing. I feel it is a scam and very much feel they violated my trust. I used them and was happy at first that I had saved a few dollars, but then started seeing monthly charges that I did not agree to or have any knowledge of. Obviously they get you with hidden contract agreement when you use them. I feel that if you are to agree to recurring billing that you should be aware and agree before you use. I have contacted them and asked to cancel and refund.

  I reserved a room at a hotel through super.com. unknowingly I guess they signed me up for some monthly ***** reaccuring charge but on my bank transaction is super+. This is a scam and they are stealing from so many. I called the 800 number several times and can't understand the person on the other end of the line. I'm highly frustrated and very tired of being ripped off of my hard earned money. I would like compensated for my time as well as the money that was unlawfully withdrawn from my account and ofcourse cancel whatever subscription they fraudulently attached to my account.   Pathetic experience. System auto-completes the order without confirmation while you are browsing the hotel options. ************* team refuses to refund for one of the accidental bookings done when the system happened to auto-complete my reservation for 2 hotels for the same location and date erroneously. My card seems to have saved in their system from my past booking when I utilized this platform one other time. Please avoid this site and don't fall prey to their lucrative offers and deals. They are indulged in fraudulent practices.
