1 starI would give it a zero if I could. I travel to *** A lot and stayed in most of the motels there. When I get my monthly statement from my bank it has a Recurring Withdrawal of $15 on it. I have no idea how I signed up for it or what motel was using it. From now on I will have to pay more attention to who I book with.Super.com

2 starsBuyer beware. They do show a lower hotel rate than most others including a 10% discount off of that. BUT when you go to check out you are charged the full amount NOT including the 10% discount. Then you are NEVER told that you are automatically enrolled in a $15/month membership. That elusive 10 percent discount (which can be a lot on premium resorts) is 'applied' to your account after your fist month of paid membership. You can NEVER get that cash back! Your only options are to use it for future bookings or apply for their credit card. The credit card process looked very scammy to me as they ask for a photo of your photo ID and a selfy. None of this was worth the lower rate at the resort. I tried calling customer service several times even asking to escalate this issue to a manager which they said they did and I never heard back. Total BAIT AND SWITCH advertising.Super.com
