1 starThis company is dishonest and should be avoided at all costs. Their website will say there are rooms are available for your selected date and then change at the time of check out (I only know this because I repeated the process thinking initially it was an error on my end and saw this fraudulent practice). I called their customer service immediately and got placed on hold. When I called back the next day they asked that I cancel the hotel at ****** and a receipt from the date I was supposed to book to show that I was telling the truth. I provided and no response. I contacted my credit card company and Super.com told them too bad this non-refundable despite the fact it was an error on their end. Really a terrible company.Super.com

1 starI booked a hotel room at a great price for a *** game in *********. They cancelled my reservation once they realized they gave me a good deal. They did NOT tell me that they cancelled my reservation and they did not refund me. I found out when I called the hotel to confirm and the hotel told me I had a reservation but it had been cancelled. Absolute scam artists.Super.com
