1 starTerrible customer experience. You can't speak to someone - can only chat with someone who is so disconnected it takes 5+ minutes for each reply. Had something come up and hotel was willing to help us make adjustments... Super.com? Not so much. Suggest you stay far, far away from this dumpster fire of a booking company.Super.com

1 starBooked a hotel with super.com but when I arrived at the hotel they told me I didnt have a reservation so I was forced to book another hotel at a much higher rate I will never use them againSuper.com
