    I signed up for their membership and for the cash advance features. I was trying to reschedule my repayment date since day 1 and was not given that feature to reschedule. Numerous attempts to contact someone and met with talking to a BOT and I got their phone number and it routes to somewhere outside the ** I think its to ***** and everyone I talk to are rude and not helpful this company needs to be shut down. Unfair and deceptive business practices

    Booked hotel through super.com for 7-24 to 7-27 at ******** ****************************. Called to confirm, hotel said no. Contacted Super.com only for them to assure my booking is made. Get to hotel to be told no booking but hotel said this has happened before with this site and they called *********** next door and that is where I was actually booked. A dump! Too late to cancel. Waiting to hear back from Super.com regarding this mix up. I booked and paid for one hotel but they put me in another. I have confirmation from super.com, for the hotel I actually booked, in writing. Working with AI on this matter is maddening! On top of the mix up they automatically signed me up for a $14.99 monthly fee. Its a scam as far as Im concerned.

    Misleading refund language has so far left me with a very shady third party and a customer *** named ******* who told me to have a nice day when I told her this felt like a scam. I paid extra to have my hotel reservation be refundable and was sent to an even shadier third party, *************, to go through a very laborious refund process that makes no sense-- NOT from Super themselves. Save yourself the time and headache and move on. Never use this service.

    Customer support is either overwhelmed and overworked or undertrained. You have to reiterate and explain details to them youve sent over in ********************* offers twenty bucks off hotels but Id rather skip the third party if I have to deal with the customer service of **********************

    I have been using the super+ app for over a year and a half. Most of my problems stand from this third party app and not any of the other hotel apps. This is the third time that this company has changed my reservation after I booked it and wouldn't honor what I actually booked. I have screenshots of everything that I book! This last time occurred today Monday July 28th 2025. I booked a room in the hotel I've been staying at for the last 20 days for two beds! It also said room assigned on arrival. The hotel has the room that I need for two beds but because this website pushed it through as a one king bedroom the hotel can't change it. But super.com is saying it's done by the hotel and that is a flat out lie! Even the owner of the hotel was talking to Super.com and he couldn't get anywhere with them, and he was on our side because he saw the proof of my screenshots for my reservation. It was all double talk and talking around in circles by thr **** at super.com and no one would honor the actual reservation that I paid for! Nowhere in my booking did it say one king bed "or" two beds. They pushed it through as one king bed and wouldn't honor it and change it to the two beds that I paid for! The hotel can't change the reservation, only the third party app can do that and they refuse to do it! It was also a non-canceling reservation and I refuse to pay extra money for a two-bed room when that's what I already paid for through super.com! If it wasn't for the hotel actually honoring my reservation and what I paid for we would be out our money plus an extra charge because of what this company did! Beware of this website super.com/super+ app. Unless you are actually getting the exact room that you are asking for you will not get what you need! And the company will take your money! And the hotel won't honor your reservation through them if it is incorrect or changed by super.com. This was nothing more than a bait and switch!

    Thought I was signing on to receive $20 back on a purchase, and they also gave me a mth free trial. Well turned out to be all lies. The $20 turned into 20 credits that I couldn't get for 2 weeks and then after only not even 7 full days I got charged $15. Which they will not refund. I say false advertising and scamming is all this place.does
