    I have been in contact with customer service several times. Each time they tell me my $350 refund is on the way in 3-5 business days but I havent received it. I contacted them again today. They didnt know what I was talking about, I had to explain the whole thing all over again. We booked a hotel in July and when we got there they did not have our room available for 2 nights on the 4th of July holiday weekend. They said Super.com did not let them know we booked a room with two queen beds with a kitchen and we had tons of groceries that we had to throw out. My mom who has arthritis had to stay in a small bed with me for 2 nights with my dog, no kitchen, because we had nowhere else to go. I complained, I spoke to many customer service representatives at ********************. Still havent received my refund. Something is fishy.

    Booked a room with Super.com because they had a cheaper rate on ******. I was skeptical and my gut feeling was right. Booked on a Tuesday night . Reservation was for the following Saturday night. I called the hotel every night up until the Friday before. Hotel had no record of our reservation and informed us they had nothing but problems with Super.com and that the service they provide is a scam. Called Super.com customer service atleast 8 times and kept getting a runaround about our reservation. Was told they had to get ahold of their 3rd party bookers to get cleared up. Complete scam. Im considering filing a lawsuit so these people are stopped from scamming more people. These people belong in jail.

    A glitch caused me to book the same night twice. Safter an HR with customer service I had to threaten to get a lawyer involved before any resolution (which was a credit back good for one month) . They wanted me to get a hand written note from the manager (who also agreed how dumb it was and they need to contact him). Result still pending

    I feel as though I was scammed! I booked through their site and was told to by the hotel manager because it would have saved me money. Unfortunately when I showed up to book in the owner greeted me with threats of violence and verbal abuse. I recorded the interaction before I was thrown out and sent over the evidence for a refund. After their investigation they said I needed to go back and get a written letter with an hotel letter head from the owner giving them permission to refund the money

    Absolutely the worst customer service! I had originally booked a hotel through them. The next day I had a family emergency come up and I would need to cancel the booking. I called the hotel immediately and they were great. They canceled it no questions asked. Then I tried to speaking with someone in their customer service via their dumb chat option. The first guy was absolutely useless. Then got transferred to a "specialist" who told me that my situation qualifies for a refund and that I will receive a refund in 3-5 days. Perfect! Fast forward 2 weeks later, no refund. So I go on to their chat customer service again and was just given the runaround. Saying that I need to provide proof and I need to apply for the refund. Are you kidding me?! I was already told that I would receive a refund! What the h*** happened since then? This company is an absolute SCAM! Use ANYONE else when booking a hotel. Unfortunately I cannot leave it at zero stars, but that's what I would give them.

    DO NOT purchase the refundable reservation. It’s a scam and then if you checkout early they claim that it doesn’t meet their policy. When your loved one get released from the hospital early it’s considered foreseeable in their eye. Will never use them again.
