    I have not made my trip yet and I will be returning to a motel I have stayed in before so I am not concerned about what will greet me there, but all these negative reviews of Super.com make me nervous about having booked through this company. Its confirmation text that includes a warning that it may take 3 days for my reservation to show up in the hotels system does not make me any more confident. Crossing my fingers that everything will turn out okay.

    I really don't know how I got signed up for a super+ membership. I've already been charged $15 and $1.97 for a service I never intended to have. I've already disputed the transaction and changed my debit card information. This is a shady way to do business!

    After one booking, they started charging you $15 monthly fee without ever confirming with you! (or maybe it is hidden somewhere, and I couldn't see)Is this a SPAM? It is. So I wrote this to alert other Super.com users

    I would leave negative stars if possible, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE, it is a major scam. I tried booking a hotel with them more than a month ago and the hotel had zero knowledge of me even having a reservation (that I had already paid in full for), I had to argue with customer service for over an hour, and had to speak to five different "customer service representatives" because each one told me they had fixed the issue and did not. I ended up having to cancel and completely rebook the room through the hotel directly, thankfully they were patient with me and still had a room available. And they have tried charging my card several times since then. My bank reported them as fraud and made me get an entire new card, which I just received a week ago, and yet somehow "Super.com" has figured out my brand new card information and taken it upon themselves to upload it to their site and is now trying to charge me even more money than they originally were. If not for my bank flagging this entire company as fraud, I would be out several hundred dollars by now for a service I haven't even used.

    Super.com is a scam. I booked a room through super.com and they signed me up for a membership to their super plus service without my permission. I was charged $15 on May 16th, June 23rd, and July 20th. When I contacted them for a refund, I was informed that I can only be refunded the last month. I ******* the company and saw many posts about people being signed up for the membership without permission. They refunded $15 for July but refused to refund May and June.

    Absolutely horrible customer service, I booked for a hotel to get a place to sleep since my train was late. They told me there were available rooms until I arrived and the doors were locked, Super.com booked it for the day after and not the current day so me and my mom were stranded in *******, ** having to take an **** to a nearby hotel at 2:30am. I contacted customer support within 5 minutes of booking this hotel and realizing the problem. They said I can't get a refund and to contact the hotel to cancel and maybe they can give me credit that can only be used with Super.com. I followed all the steps speaking with the Hotel Manager and canceling the room for a refund. I was given a verbal cancel confirmation but that was not enough for them. I'm currently waiting to hear back from the hotel to get the confirmation email. Super.com is being very difficult and strangleholding the money, also they signed me up to their subscription program without my permission or they hid the option and have it automatically checked in. ***** this headache and fraudulent company. I will change this review if there is a remedy as I do not have many experiences with this company, but so far I am extremely livid.
