    Is this the first time I use this website? I will update accordingly if needed. But so far so good. Just a lot of pop-up ads. I get in the way of trying to finalize the booking... I find that distracting and rude. Otherwise I think it seems A good site so far.

    They changed me $15 without me knowing who they are. Very scared when I saw the change. It looks like a scam company. I don't know how it's possible that they can charge money thru my credit card without me knowing. I never used anything with their account.

    I was unintentionally enrolled in this service when I booked a room through ***********. They withdrew $25 a month from my bank for 7 months.

    Found a great deal at a nice hotel and it was easy to book. They offered an additional fee to make my reservation fully refundable so I paid it. When my plans changed I was able to easily cancel my reservation and get all my money back.

    I don't want to leave a review! I want to complain! I booked a room with this website (**********) and then needed to cancel it. I paid the $$ to make sure my booked room could be canceled. I went to my email, selected the "Cancel My Reservation" link, and then went through the longest process ever to cancel, which included taking screenshots of my email reservation and uploading them to a third-party refund site they use. All for them to deny my refund. They told me to call the hotel and ask if they would kindly refund my booking, as that was my only option. I sent them the verbiage from their email that stated my reservation was able to be canceled up to the 21st. They told me "that doesn't apply" to my situation, and once again, I'd have to contact the hotel. Again, I stated, " I called them, they said call you." They told me they needed "written" documentation from the hotel that allows me to cancel my reservation... has to be on the hotel's letterhead and everything. ***. I am not sure how ya'll normally do business, but I can book a room with pretty much any other site, select "free cancellation," and cancel before the projected window, which is normally close to the check-in date, and not have to provide a reason or picture of anything to cancel. Still waiting to hear back to see if you'll cancel my booking and not just take my money.
