4 starsI made two rezzes and the second one I think I missed unchecking the Join Super.com button so now I have to watch out for the expiration date so I don't get stuck paying per month for something I might use once a year. I hate that sneaky s***

1 starAlthough featured on ******'s hotel search results, Super.com has a scam pricing model that automatically charges you $15/month continually for a "membership" if you select their discounted rate option. Upon discovering the recurring charge and contacting them, they refuse to refund the amount. If you contact them via chat asking for the refund, they will direct you to call in because "supervisors do not work the chat system." When you call in, they will tell you that they cannot refund it again and if you ask to speak to a supervisor or someone who can approve, they will tell you that person is not available to talk. If you say you'll hold, they will put you on hold for a long period, only to come back and say, "Sorry, the supervisor is not and will not be available." I sat on hold for 14 minutes, only to get that message. I'm baffled at how they have a BBB A+ rating. They must be greasing the palms of the BBB. Just go to Reddit to see what real customers are experiencing from this scam of a website.Super.com
