    Im sorry to file a complaint against your company like this but I feel as though it is 100% necessary for you to get the hint to remove every and all *********************** pins and *********************** pins moving forward and do not communicate with me till you have all of them removed from Pinterest and do not share with me your personal opinion on this issue because Ive given you plenty of opportunities to remove these particular pictures and pins off the board and because you wont this is what I had to resort to because youre a ******ed *****

    I had an Ads account with Pinterest. They ended up charging me over $1200 while I was running a single ad. I was even charged after I had cancelled my account with them. I tried to follow up with my Ads manager but she blocked my email. Since then I have filed through the help forms around 8 times, each time getting one response and then the ticket is dropped. I would like a refund, at least on charges incurred while running a single ad. Pinterest repeated drops my complaint and has never followed up. These charges were incurred between January and March, 2023.

    Pinterest support is refusing to foward my formal complaint or my request for an investigation.I believe a Pinterest employee is trying to get me thrown off the platform by falsely accusing me of promoting self harm and suicide in late April 2024.I requested to see the pin within hours of the accusation. They said the pin was deleted and refused to show me evidence of a violation. The pin doesn't exist!They refuse to show me the pin saying it was deleted, and could not tell me if I pinned it or re-pinned it under my Cool Arts board.I requested an appeal, but they refuse to file it because the pin doesnt exist. They refuse to produce any evidence I promoted self harm/suicide. Because they have no evidence of a violation, I request they remove the violation. They refuse!Im being treated differently than other Pinterest users because Im not being allowed to see the violation or appeal the violation. I believe the person at Pinterest who originally filed the accusation stating I promoted suicide is the person at Pinterest trying to get me thrown off Pinterest because of my race or because Im lgbtq. But, I cant be sure of their reasons. They refuse to investigate! Liberal activists are under attack by social media platforms. All I want is the violation removed since you cant show me evidence I committed a violation! This person at Pinterest is attacking my character and defaming me! I would never promote suicide! I have worked for suicide prevention for over a decade. I've been an activist for over 15 years fighting for equality and I believe that work is what someone at Pinterest hates. This is why they are acusing me of something I did not do and allowing a false accustion to stand.I am willing to take legal action against this defamation. I would NEVER promote suicide, and there is no evidence I did so this violation should be removed!The only thing I want is the violation removed from my profile because I didn't do it!

    I received an email from Pinterest that they re-activated the pin accusing me of promoting suicide/self-harm, but refuse to say they removed the violation against me or show me the pin.

    But, they chose to re-activate a pin that falsely accused me of promoting suicide/self-harm.

    I followed up with an email requesting to see the pin and asking if they removed the violation.

    They have not responded!  Its been 3 days.

    My resolution to close BBB complaint is for Pinterest to remove the violation, and escalate my complaint to ************************** **************. I need action taken, and my complaint escalated.  

    They have refused to do either one!  They refuse to escalate my complaint period!

    Why reactivate pin, but refuse to remove violation?

    I would NEVER promote suicide and as an activist have worked with suicide prevention organizations for over 10 years.  

    A copy of both emails are attached in screenshots to this email to add to my BBB complaint.

    I am a registered Amazon Affiliate, and I started a Pinterest account to advertise some of my favorite products. I created a business account with all of my companies information (not disclosing company details for privacy), and started making pins for my recommended products. All of the products were consistent and from the ************** and electronics categories. I spent a lot of my time doing research on these products and creating attractive pins to make it pleasant for my audience. Roughly about 24 hours after I created the account (and about 25 pins) I get a email from Pinterest stating that my account has been suspended for violating the spam policies and that I can click a button to appeal. I appealed, with a explanation of who I am and what I am trying to accomplish on Pinterest, and the quickly replied that they reviewed my account and are not interested in removing the suspension. It is concerning how quick they responded, almost as if they didnt even care to look into the situation. I went on to read the spam policy, and I did not do ANYTHING to violate it. In simple terms, this company is absolute trash, do not waste your time- find another platform.

    Have contacted PINTEREST Company ************** by email within the past 12 months requesting CANCELLATION of subscription since AUGUST 2023, and asked to STOP charging my Credit card for NON-Services. I have NOT received any response from PINTEREST. There is NO CUSTOMER Service Phone number provided on the profile page for customers to CANCEL Subscription. They Continue to charge my Credit Card every month since AUGUST 2023 Without my Permission (That is considered THEFT).

    Hello Ive had my account with pinterest for over 10 years and would use it to help with my tramua induced memory loss, connect with family, and just get inspiration in general. They suspended my account saying I was posting sexual content but I never posted anything at all. I only ever repinned pins their algorithm would put on my home feed so I just assumed that whatever they were pushing me to see through their site was acceptable. They also never showed me the proof I posted anything sexual which im sure wasnt there. I think its unfair that they are punishing me for repinning pins they allowed their algorithm to post on my home feed. They just keep sending me the same appeal denial but no evidence of what I posted to justify them deleting my account. I only made about 5 posts or so and none of them involved sexual content.

    Whenever I go to pin something on Pinterest that relates to Judaism or Israel in any way, I cannot pin it and I get an Email saying I have violated Pinterest's policy and that I pinned "Hateful Speech." What I am pinning is not hateful in any way, I am a Jew who wishes to represent her heritage, but I guess they view that as hateful speech.I think it is unfair and riddled with hypocrisy since others can post whatever they want about their heritage, except Jews it seems.

    Pinterest has removed several of my saved pins from my board for containing "nudity, graphic sexual activity, and sexual exploitation". The reason I know my pins contain no such thing is because they were taken from my 'sketching references' board, where I save figures for drawing and perspective references. This is really inconvenient, as I'm an art student and these pins have been immensely helpful in drawing people. There is no ****** in these pins--just outlines of the human figure. What's worse is that Pinterest has recently warned me that they'll suspend my account if they remove any more pins from my boards. I've provided examples of other pins on my references board. This is outrageous, please help.

    Pinterest is illegal charging me for there services, I have sent them several emails telling them to stop They keep trying to bill me I have told them I do not use Pinterest and that I want all accounts they have under my name closed since I do not use these accounts Pinterest keeps asking me to provide more and more information but has fails to block my account from advertising. These advertisements are not being authorized by me I am not sure were they got my bank account information but they are refusing to delete the bank accounts As far as I know this is a serious security issue and should have been fixed immediately it has been about a month and they still have my bank account information They need to delete all accounts under my name

    Through the PINTEREST App, they advertise companies that sell products to their users.On Sun Mar 10, 2024 I went into the PINTEREST app and found an advertise to buy engine model toy kits from a vendor ********; the toy model kits looked really nice, so I first ordered 4, with order number #**** for which I paid ***** usd. Then I order another 7 of this toy kits with order #**** as a gift for my father, and paid *****usd. ******** sent me 2 email confirmations with a tracking numbers (I attached copies of the emails). After a couple of weeks says the products had been delivered. I have nothing and the company website ******** never responds to my emails where I ask them for my products.On April 8th and 9th 2024 I contacted PINTEREST to let them know I was a victim of a fraud from a product they advertise on their app. PINTEREST response was: "... Please note that Pinterest is not responsible for any disputes or issues you have with merchants or products delivered on Pinterest and cannot issue refunds for purchases...".PINTEREST is 100% responsible, I bought something they are advertising and I lost a *****usd and *****usd for a total of: ******usd Please help me resolve this issue as PINTEREST is not helping and after 2 emails they keep telling me they re not responsible (Emails attatched).
