I am writing to file a complaint regarding *********'s account deletion policy and their refusal to permanently delete an old account I created when I was a minor. The account in question contains personal photos and information from my youth, and I no longer have access to the email address associated with it, as it was created many years ago. Despite explaining this to ********* multiple times, their only response has been that they are unable to delete the account without access to the original email. The best they have offered is to deactivate the account, not delete it. I have repeatedly asked ********* for clarification on the difference between deactivation and deletion, and each time Ive been directed to a generic help page that does not answer the question. The responses I receive appear to be computer-generated or copy-paste replies, and no representative has directly addressed my concerns or explained why deletion is not possible in this case.I feel extremely uncomfortable knowing that ********* retains personal data and images from my time as a minor and refuses to remove it based solely on an inaccessible email account. Ive made every good-faith effort to have this account removed and have encountered nothing but dead ends and unhelpful responses.This situation raises serious concerns about user rights, data retention, and protections for minors who may no longer have access to outdated accounts. My ********* account was permanently deactivated for an alleged Community Guidelines violation, but I was never shown which specific Pin or reason led to this decision. I do not create or save harmful content, and I personally struggle with self-harm, so I would never save or post anything that promotes it.I repeatedly asked ********* for clarification or proof of which Pin caused this, but they have not provided any details. I want transparency and a fair review because this feels like a mistake or misunderstanding. I have been a ********* user for several years without any prior issues or policy violations. On September 24, 2025, I discovered that my account had been suspended without warning or stated reason except a vague response of your content and/or profile violates ********* policies and guidelines. I immediately appealed through ********** official appeal form at least, but the next day received an automated message stating that my account was permanently suspended, again with no details or evidence of a violation. Since then, I have submitted multiple additional appeals (23+ total for now), contacted ********** support through email and social media (Instagram and TikTok), and received only automated or generic responses. No one from ********* has provided a clear explanation or taken responsibility for reviewing my case. I have also seen numerous reports online from other users experiencing similar unjustified suspensions, suggesting a wider issue with ********** support and review system. Hello, My account has been suspended for a few weeks (since around 10/19/2025) I have not received a notice why this is, but I believe this must be a mistake. I have had an account for over a decade and never broke community guidelines. There is no customer service number to call and no email to write to. I have submitted 6 appeals over the past few weeks explaining the situation on their customer service portal. I have not had contact with anyone trying to help me. I just would like to speak with a human being to recover my account. I cant even create a new one with my email, the app wont let me. I have emailed ********* wanting to escalate my complaint about a violation of its terms of service. ********* refuses to address, acknowledge, investigate, or escalate my complaint. Someone is misusing ********* systems to file false complaints against me to get me kicked off ********* system. I would like to my complaint acknowledged, escalated and investigated by *********. ********* is violating their own terms of service and ignoring the misuse of their system. My new pins receive under 100 impressions, are not indexed, and my account does not appear in search even when searched by exact username or pin title.I contacted ********* support multiple times, with screenshots, pin links, and full analytics evidence. I received no real investigation or answer. Instead, I was sent multiple automated template replies and my tickets were closed without ********** of their agents ****** recently replied to a completely unrelated, old thread, sending a canned response and ignoring the actual issue.
