I am filing this complaint because ********* continues to send me violation notices for pins Ive saved, even though none of my content violates their guidelines. The platform refuses to show me the actual image that supposedly triggered the violation, making it impossible to understand or prevent this from happening again.This has occurred multiple times, sometimes every other day, and Im tired of being forced to go through their appeal process over and over with no transparency or real explanation. The type of content I save is aesthetic, lifestyle, and creative inspiration. Nothing graphic, offensive, or rule-breaking. Im beginning to feel singled out, unfairly targeted, and harassed by an automated system that offers no accountability.Worse, ********** system does not give users a fair opportunity to correct issues, and when appealing, were often met with automated responses. The process has become emotionally draining and deeply frustrating, especially when ********* claims to support creative communities.I ask ********* respectfully to 1. Review my account for repeated wrongful flags.2. Provide actual transparency on what pins were flagged and why.3. Stop issuing automated violations without human review.4. Offer direct communication with a real support representative, not just generic appeals that lead nowhere.This experience is affecting my ability to use the platform peacefully and with trust. My ********* account was suspended without warning in early March 2025. Since then, I submitted over ten support requests via ********** official *********** (on 3/12, 3/15, 3/21, 3/24, 3/27, 4/1, 4/5, 4/13, 5/2, and 5/10). I also contacted ********* via ******* (@AskPinterest) on 4/14 and 4/20. I received only one vague response saying my message would be forwarded.Finally, on May 15, 2025, I received an automated message stating that my account had been permanently suspended. No specific explanation or guideline violation was provided. I believe this may have been triggered by sharing pro-Israel content, which I do not believe violates ********** community guidelines.I have asked repeatedly for a human review of my case and would gladly remove any flagged content if it was misinterpreted. To date, no one at ********* has directly reviewed or explained the decision, nor offered any recourse.This lack of transparency and the total absence of customer support are unacceptable, especially for a company of ********** size. I got an email from ********* on the 12th day of May, 2025 around 11am (WAT) and 6am (EST) that ********* has blocked my website for violating their community guidelines. The mail came with an option to appeal the decision, which I did but the appeal was rejected and I was directed to read their community guidelines. I have read that multiple times throughout yesterday and today but couldn't find out the exact term I breached. I have been on ********* for more than a year now and have grown my account from zero to 1.8 million monthly views. Within this period I have not had any issues or done anything suspicious in my account or to compromise my account. I had to delete some of my posts that are the major sources of my website's traffic just to ensure I have resolved whatever the cause was that made ********* deactivate my domain but when I appealed again, it was rejected without any reason. Meanwhile, when I got the deactivation email on the 12th day of May (as earlier stated), I reached out to one of *********'s staff, ****** *****, US SMB Partner Manager, asking him if the deactivation was a result of my outstanding payment of $59.62 on ********* ads and he said yes. However, I pleaded with him to give me a ***** period of at least first week of next month for me to make the payment immediately I receive my website earnings. However, Mr ****** ***** did not respond back and I was left with no other option than to source for a way to make the payment. After clearing the debt of $59.62, hoping that it was the reason my domain was suspended as I was told by ****** and it will be reactivated, I reached out to ********* again informing them that I have made changes to my account, website and have also paid the outstanding balance but my appeal was rejected again without any reason. I have tried to figure out why but to no avail. I don't operate more than one ********* account.Initial Complaint

Last April 2025, my ********* account was permanently suspended without warning or clear justification. I had used the platform for several years, both professionally and personally, to organize visual references. As an architect and digital creator, I stored content and images related to architecture, design, illustration, and visual inspiration.If any of these images were found to violate ********** guidelines, I fully understand and would accept their removal. I got sudden notification that ********* decided to suspend my account end of April. I am a professional designer who has used ********* daily for nearly a decade to curate visual research and inspiration. My account, which contains over eight years of work, was permanently suspended without warning or any specific explanation. I rely on ********* for my creative practice, and losing access to this archive is severely damaging to my work.Since the suspension, Ive submitted multiple support tickets and appealsall of which have been met with generic responses referring me to the Community Guidelines, without any indication of what specific content or policy was allegedly violated. Ive reviewed the guidelines thoroughly and am confident I have not posted anything inappropriate or in ************ one example provided by *********, they referenced a blurred typographic design asseta standard graphic design posterand claimed it included ******, fetish content, and sexual material. This is a completely inaccurate characterization of the image. It is clearly a professional, abstract typographic design with no explicit or suggestive content whatsoever.********* has refused to provide any transparent process for appeal or resolution. Ive received no meaningful explanation, no opportunity to correct any alleged issue, and no way to recover my account or the work Ive spent years building. I am seeking a formal review of the suspension decision, a detailed explanation of what content triggered it, and the reinstatement of my account.I used ********* daily up until the suspension and am extremely familiar with my content. My personal ********* account was permanently suspended for unknown reasons. I also urgently need access to my account to complete time-sensitive work. I have reviewed their community guidelines, but my behavior and activity was completely in compliance to the best of my knowledge. I have appealed the suspension multiple times, but have been met with the same automated response every time. In every appeal I have asked for further clarification on how my account violated guidelines, but the response never elaborates or changes. This leads me to believe *********'s account review and response services are completely automated, and there are no humans reviewing my account at all. I have also searched everywhere for a customer service phone number, email, or forum board but there is none. My only option is to keep filling out the same appeal form on their *********** website, which has yielded no clarity, let alone resolution. ********** moderation system is fundamentally broken, and its costing users like me everything. My account was permanently suspended because of comments that were wrongly flagged by ********** AI as hate speech. I never used hateful language, never targeted anyone based on their identity, and never violated the spirit of ********** Community Guidelines. Ive appealed multiple times, provided explanations, and received the same generic, copy-pasted rejection within minutes. No real review. No accountability. Just an automated system making irreversible decisions based on inaccurate detection.Worse yet, ********* changes its reasoning mid-processfrom pins to commentsproving theyre not even sure what the alleged violation is. Ive reported clearly offensive content and received confirmations that harmless art was removed, while actual hate speech remains live. The system doesnt understand context, nuance, or intentand users are paying the price.This isn't just about me. Many users are facing similar suspensions, and its clear ********* is prioritizing cost-cutting AI over fairness and trust. Due to the new addition of AI moderation on *********, I and many others are having their accounts permanently banned for violations they did not commit. ********* is deleting comments and has not made a statement on the thousands of accounts lost. I would like to have my account reinstated or have a statement from ********* themselves regarding this issue. The uncertainty isnt great since I do rely on ********* for my job. *** had my account for 7 years and used it to curate my image/brand for my business. Its harder to find relevant pins now without the algorithm I had on my previous account. I did make an appeal, however I got an email saying the suspension was permanent and my account is gone.
