    I am requesting ********* to deactivate an account that was created by me but has since been compromised. The username is marsaleeb, and the account was last used by me several years ago. I no longer have access to the email that is currently attached to it likely because a third party changed it without my consent.Ive repeatedly tried to work with ********* Support to simply deactivate the account for my safety. I am not seeking to recover it or access it only to have it shut down. I provided all possible emails Ive ever used and have been met with either no response or denials, even when the account showed recent unauthorized activity.They are now asking for ID, which includes private and sensitive information, without clarifying what is required or how it will be handled. Their refusal to act or escalate the issue properly has caused extreme stress, and Im concerned someone may be actively using an account under my name or identity.All Im asking is for ********* to deactivate the account or review my appeal seriously.

    So I've been using ********* for a long time, as an artist I use references often. And a week ago I went to go on ********* and discovered I was suspended for violating community guidelines. I've read the community guidelines multiple times and don't think I've done anything to violate them as I didn't post anything or even have a profile picture. So I attempted multiple times to contact ********* through their website help center . But every time I've received the same email saying I can't access my account because it's permanently suspended. I don't think there's any humans responding as I got one email five minutes after submitting a complaint . I've checked online and several other people have complained about this happening too . And to check why I am locked out I have to be in my account settings but I can't see what I did wrong if I can't even get in. Please help me get my account back .

    Thru *********, order from their advertising warehouse sales for ***** ****** $34.62 and Free People $44.40 on May 30th. I have heard nothing from ********* or the two companies and have. not been ever to contact either of them. I believe this is a type of fraud.RebeccaTaylor

    My ********* account (@*************** was permanently suspended for "spam" within hours of creating it. I had not posted anything other than 3 basic boards and did not engage in any spam behavior. I received an automated message saying I violated the spam guidelines, but no clear explanation or proof was ever given.Since then, *** submitted multiple appeals through ********** support system, all of which were denied with what appears to be automated, copy-paste responses. Ive also reached out via social media and their listed emails, including privacy-********************** but have still not received a valid reason for the suspension.The lack of transparency, refusal to explain or investigate, and fully automated support system has left me with no resolution. I am requesting a proper manual review of my account and a full explanation of what caused the suspension. I have followed all community guidelines and deserve a fair appeals process.

    I am filing this complaint because ********* continues to send me violation notices for pins Ive saved, even though none of my content violates their guidelines. The platform refuses to show me the actual image that supposedly triggered the violation, making it impossible to understand or prevent this from happening again.This has occurred multiple times, sometimes every other day, and Im tired of being forced to go through their appeal process over and over with no transparency or real explanation. The type of content I save is aesthetic, lifestyle, and creative inspiration. Nothing graphic, offensive, or rule-breaking. Im beginning to feel singled out, unfairly targeted, and harassed by an automated system that offers no accountability.Worse, ********** system does not give users a fair opportunity to correct issues, and when appealing, were often met with automated responses. The process has become emotionally draining and deeply frustrating, especially when ********* claims to support creative communities.I ask ********* respectfully to 1. Review my account for repeated wrongful flags.2. Provide actual transparency on what pins were flagged and why.3. Stop issuing automated violations without human review.4. Offer direct communication with a real support representative, not just generic appeals that lead nowhere.This experience is affecting my ability to use the platform peacefully and with trust. I just want to be treated fairly and to have ********* uphold the same standards of respect and clarity it claims to value.

    My ********* account was suspended without warning in early March 2025. Since then, I submitted over ten support requests via ********** official *********** (on 3/12, 3/15, 3/21, 3/24, 3/27, 4/1, 4/5, 4/13, 5/2, and 5/10). I also contacted ********* via ******* (@AskPinterest) on 4/14 and 4/20. I received only one vague response saying my message would be forwarded.Finally, on May 15, 2025, I received an automated message stating that my account had been permanently suspended. No specific explanation or guideline violation was provided. I believe this may have been triggered by sharing pro-Israel content, which I do not believe violates ********** community guidelines.I have asked repeatedly for a human review of my case and would gladly remove any flagged content if it was misinterpreted. To date, no one at ********* has directly reviewed or explained the decision, nor offered any recourse.This lack of transparency and the total absence of customer support are unacceptable, especially for a company of ********** size.     I got an email from ********* on the 12th day of May, 2025 around 11am (WAT) and 6am (EST) that ********* has blocked my website for violating their community guidelines. The mail came with an option to appeal the decision, which I did but the appeal was rejected and I was directed to read their community guidelines. I have read that multiple times throughout yesterday and today but couldn't find out the exact term I breached. I have been on ********* for more than a year now and have grown my account from zero to 1.8 million monthly views. Within this period I have not had any issues or done anything suspicious in my account or to compromise my account. I had to delete some of my posts that are the major sources of my website's traffic just to ensure I have resolved whatever the cause was that made ********* deactivate my domain but when I appealed again, it was rejected without any reason. Meanwhile, when I got the deactivation email on the 12th day of May (as earlier stated), I reached out to one of *********'s staff, ****** *****, US SMB Partner Manager, asking him if the deactivation was a result of my outstanding payment of $59.62 on ********* ads and he said yes. However, I pleaded with him to give me a ***** period of at least first week of next month for me to make the payment immediately I receive my website earnings. However, Mr ****** ***** did not respond back and I was left with no other option than to source for a way to make the payment. After clearing the debt of $59.62, hoping that it was the reason my domain was suspended as I was told by ****** and it will be reactivated, I reached out to ********* again informing them that I have made changes to my account, website and have also paid the outstanding balance but my appeal was rejected again without any reason. I have tried to figure out why but to no avail. I don't operate more than one ********* account.

    ********* suspended my account with over 10 million views per month and will not tell me why it was suspended and it is impossible to get them to respond to try and resolve the issue directly with them.

    Last April 2025, my ********* account was permanently suspended without warning or clear justification. I had used the platform for several years, both professionally and personally, to organize visual references. As an architect and digital creator, I stored content and images related to architecture, design, illustration, and visual inspiration.If any of these images were found to violate ********** guidelines, I fully understand and would accept their removal. However, suspending my entire account without the ability to appeal properly or recover my work feels excessive and disproportionateespecially considering that most of the content would have been private and thus not subject to public reporting.I submitted multiple appeals via ********************** and only received automated replies, with no human review or real resolution.This account was important to my professional workflow, as it was used for project-based collaboration with my team. I am not requesting financial compensation, only a fair review of my case and either reinstatement or access to retrieve the valuable content I stored over the years.I believe this is part of a broader issue affecting many ********* users recently, and I hope the company responds to this BBB complaint with fairness and transparency.
