    I have been using ********* for a very long time, years, even. Recently my account wasnt loading so i contacted ********* thinking it was a glitch. Later an AI sent me a message telling me my account was suspended. I cant remember a reason why it would be but if i have done something i would at least like to know what it was.

    I have emailed ********* wanting to escalate my complaint about a violation of its terms of service. ********* refuses to address, acknowledge, investigate, or escalate my complaint. Someone is misusing ********* systems to file false complaints against me to get me kicked off ********* system. I would like to my complaint acknowledged, escalated and investigated by *********. ********* is violating their own terms of service and ignoring the misuse of their system. I want ********* to verify an accusation is true before accusing me and giving me the information I need to refute the accusation. I cant defend myself against a false and unverified accusation. ********* is refusing to acknowledge or investigate my complaint. ********* is now blocking my emails and completely ignoring my formal complaints, requests to escalate to CEO **** ************* and investigation requests. This is really the basics of customer service. To address a customers complaint, investigate and try to correct the issue. ********* is acting like I dont exist and my concerns dont matter!     > Subject: ********* Business Account Shadowbanned No Response From SupportIm submitting this complaint because my ********* business account has been experiencing a serious visibility restriction (shadowban) for over 3 weeks. My new pins receive under 100 impressions, are not indexed, and my account does not appear in search even when searched by exact username or pin title.I contacted ********* support multiple times, with screenshots, pin links, and full analytics evidence. I received no real investigation or answer. Instead, I was sent multiple automated template replies and my tickets were closed without ********** of their agents ****** recently replied to a completely unrelated, old thread, sending a canned response and ignoring the actual issue.     I created a new ********* account with the intention of using it for my personal and business-related content. Within 24 hours, my account was suspended without any warning or action on my part. I had not posted a single pin, comment, or image, and there was no offensive or prohibited content in my profile. It was a brand-new account that had not even been used yet.I submitted four separate appeals through *********************** each of which received the same generic, automated denial without any actual explanation of the alleged violation. There has been no human involvement or customer service contact, despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter in good faith.This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience, and Im concerned that ********* is operating in bad faith by refusing to acknowledge or correct erroneous bans. There appears to be no meaningful appeal process and no accountability.

    On July 1st, 2025, ********* Ads automatically altered my campaign budget to a total and daily limit of ********* CLP (over $5,600 USD), without my approval. I had only configured two campaigns with daily budgets of ***** CLP each (around $10 USD total).This change happened simultaneously on both fields (daily and total limit), with no prior values, which proves it was a system error. I manually corrected the limit the next day to ***** CLP.Since then, ********* has been trying to charge my account for the unauthorized amount, even though I never approved or initiated this budget. I had to block my virtual card to stop the transaction, but ********* continues the charge attempts.I contacted ********* support, sent proof and screenshots, and received no solution. They closed my case saying they hadnt heard back from me, even though I had responded several times. This is not only irresponsible. it feels like fraud.I am filing this complaint to demand that ************************* all current and future charge attempts related to this unauthorized amount.2.Remove any balance or billing associated with that incorrect configuration.3.Provide a written confirmation that the situation has been resolved.This has caused serious distress to my small business, and I expect this issue to be addressed urgently and transparently.

    I am requesting ********* to deactivate an account that was created by me but has since been compromised. The username is marsaleeb, and the account was last used by me several years ago. I no longer have access to the email that is currently attached to it likely because a third party changed it without my consent.Ive repeatedly tried to work with ********* Support to simply deactivate the account for my safety. I am not seeking to recover it or access it only to have it shut down. I provided all possible emails Ive ever used and have been met with either no response or denials, even when the account showed recent unauthorized activity.They are now asking for ID, which includes private and sensitive information, without clarifying what is required or how it will be handled. Their refusal to act or escalate the issue properly has caused extreme stress, and Im concerned someone may be actively using an account under my name or identity.All Im asking is for ********* to deactivate the account or review my appeal seriously.

    So I've been using ********* for a long time, as an artist I use references often. And a week ago I went to go on ********* and discovered I was suspended for violating community guidelines. I've read the community guidelines multiple times and don't think I've done anything to violate them as I didn't post anything or even have a profile picture. So I attempted multiple times to contact ********* through their website help center . But every time I've received the same email saying I can't access my account because it's permanently suspended. I don't think there's any humans responding as I got one email five minutes after submitting a complaint . I've checked online and several other people have complained about this happening too . And to check why I am locked out I have to be in my account settings but I can't see what I did wrong if I can't even get in. Please help me get my account back .

    Thru *********, order from their advertising warehouse sales for ***** ****** $34.62 and Free People $44.40 on May 30th. I have heard nothing from ********* or the two companies and have. not been ever to contact either of them. I believe this is a type of fraud.RebeccaTaylor

    My ********* account (@*************** was permanently suspended for "spam" within hours of creating it. I had not posted anything other than 3 basic boards and did not engage in any spam behavior. I received an automated message saying I violated the spam guidelines, but no clear explanation or proof was ever given.Since then, *** submitted multiple appeals through ********** support system, all of which were denied with what appears to be automated, copy-paste responses. Ive also reached out via social media and their listed emails, including privacy-********************** but have still not received a valid reason for the suspension.The lack of transparency, refusal to explain or investigate, and fully automated support system has left me with no resolution. I am requesting a proper manual review of my account and a full explanation of what caused the suspension. I have followed all community guidelines and deserve a fair appeals process.
