  If I could give it zero stars I would. Ive been trying to get my account back after finding out they wrongly deactivated my account which by the way is permanent and for what reason idk. They say Ive violated community guidelines when I havent at all and Ive been wrongly flagged too. I keep trying to have a human go over my account that way I can get it back but I kept getting the pin bot saying that it was permanent deactivation and basically theres nothing I can do about it. Ive sent multiple emails because this account was very important to me. No matter what I do or who I try to find to help me get my account back or lead me in the direction of getting it back I get absolutely nowhere with nothing at all.

  One of thousands that have been unfairly suspended/deactivated without justification or warning. I have sent in several appeals and have not received any response for weeks. Their email, social media accounts and the whole of their site moderation seem to be automated or run by AI. This site needs to have better communication with their users and customers.

  ********* is mass flagging / deactivating accounts using their new AI based algorithms with no functional manner of contacting or appealing these decisions made by such algorithms. The vast majority of these actions are unwarranted and have no standing but leave users with years of use and thousands of pins with no solution and no access to their accounts. There is no way to contact a human representative and no announcements have been made by any CEO or staffing regarding these issues. On top of that ********* has been actively deceiving its consumers with its AI pins, AI promotional material, and AI accounts harming the standard users experience on the platform.

  0.7 Stars ??.- The following was submitted to the ********************* on 11/8/2024 Hiiii. Long standing interested here of 12+ years. Recently Ive been having trouble with the app in many ways. The images stopped working in the app in general all together. If its not an ad, it doesnt load on the app. Even if you log out. Or sign out, uninstall, reinstall, sign in.When you seek assistance for the app through the App Store, it guides you to the *********************. When you are there and ask for help for images not loading, one of the articles is basically excusing ********* and blaming a bot on your network.I am not the only one experiencing this as well. The family and friends I have gotten into your app have also experienced the same problem recently. Secondly, before the images didnt appear; there were, and still are, too many ads. When you look at working feed, 3 out of 4 images will be an ad, deeming the companys purpose useless. It has basically become a marketing campaign and playing field for advertising that isnt relevant. I love this app so much and just want to enjoy the social media aspect of it again. It was amazing interacting with others through the app, now we cant see each others content! This description sent to the ********* *********** will be copy and pasted and posted on whatever standing BBB profile ********* may or may not have. Please send to the proper sources and ************* ideal solution would be both: a response from the ********************* team about my concerns as a long standing (and concerned) user AND for a resolution with due date for the images and ad to be fixed on the app. Otherwise, my review will decrease to 0, deletion of my account(which they dont seem to care), and every bad review against the company and business in my power. Its been sad to see the app go down hill over the years and hope to get resolved soon

  Deactivated my account for no reason. This company gets new users to upload new ideas or create boards and use their advertisements on new products upload to site. This company then deactivates the new user account not allowing for fair practices or equal opportunities for new people/accounts trying to make or create business opportunities.................

  ********* for the second time deactivated my account for no reason. I asked them to explain and they said that it was for violating the policy about scams. What does that or this mean. This is by far the worst company and Ill never use them or it again. They need to be more clear about what it is that a person is doing to violate their policies.

  My account was permanently deactivated without cause. I have never posted a pin and have never violated their guidelines. I ask that Pinterest do the right thing and reactivate my account.

  Pinterest knowingly allows fraudulent ads by known scammers. They claim theyre looking into it yet the scammers remain. There are dozens as we speak. These complaints are all over the internet. Its disappointing to learn they prioritize making advertising revenue over the protection of their subscribers

  Unbelievable system! Pinterest offers up "pins" of interest to be selected and added to individual's "boards" or collections. I have never created a pin - only selected a pin posted by others and often times recommended by Pinterest. After collecting several thousand pins I start receiving notifications that my pins violate the "community standards" established by pin. Recently, I receive a notification that one entire board of more than a thousand pins has been suspended - for the same alleged violation of community standards. I selected a button asking if I wanted to appeal the decision and the website asks nor allows me any additional opportunity to describe why I'm appealing. It just thanks me for appealing and says I will hear back from them - no time frame, no one to call if there are questions, nothing! Pinterest has a good thing going - they can apply their programming in any way they want, with changes at any time they want and there is no even remotely reasonable way to communicate with them - leaving their users in lingo. This is not a platform that could be considered a business or even a pleasurable platform. While I'm waiting to hear back on my appeal Pinterest removed nine more of my boards with no notification whatsoever. I'm waiting to hear back from my appeal but if Pinterest doesn't restore everything to my account I plan to contact my cancel my account and abandon the Pinterest platform. I've done nothing wrong and don't deserve being subject to Pinterest playing God. Simply not acceptable!

  They suspend accounts for no reason and arent willing to even listen to people. I wouldnt recommend using.
