    To whom it may concern,I am writing to formally file a complaint and demand the immediate restoration of my ********* account, which was wrongfully suspended without valid cause or appropriate justification. I take this matter extremely seriously and intend to pursue all available options, including legal action, if the issue is not resolved *********** Pinterest account is @stackexchangegirlboss, and the email associated with it is [email protected] assert clearly and firmly that I have not violated ********** Terms of Service in any way. I have always used the platform respectfully, and in accordance with its rules and community guidelines. I have not received any prior warnings, nor was I informed of any specific content or behavior that allegedly led to this unjust action.If ********* believes that any of my content may have inadvertently breached the guidelines, I respectfully request clear documentation and an opportunity to address it. I am fully willing to review and remove any such content if necessary. However, to suspend my account without giving me the opportunity to rectify the situation or appeal transparently is both unfair and *************** a user who has put time and effort into engaging with ********** community, I deserve a reasonable and transparent review of this situation.     My pintrest account was banned for no given reason so I contact them at on their website multiple times with no reply despite explain that there has been a mistake, that I need my account urgently for personal and school projects as well a pleading for my account suspended to be lifted due to the severity of how much i need my pins right now as well as how much they are irreplaceable. I still do not have a specific reason as to why my account was banned but I did state that what ever I may have unconsciously done to potentially violate their policy will not happen again as well as my sincere apology, I did also offer my word to use the platform with more caution. They took a few long days to reply to my multiple attempts to reach the and eventually sent a vague email still lacking a clear reason for account suspension and the statement my account is permanently suspended and will not be restored.i would greatly appreciate help with restoring my account as I am still in dire need of my account to complete at mandatory assignment and I am certain I did not violate any policy rules.

    My ********* account was wrongfully terminated without warning or explanation on April 25th, 2025. I have had this account for at least five years, and during this time, I have never encountered any issues. The account contained years of original content, personal memories, and resources that contribute to my income. I have carefully reviewed ********** Community Guidelines and am confident I did not violate any policies. Despite this, ********* refuses to specify which guideline I supposedly violated.I have submitted multiple appeals through their official process, as they instruct, but I have not received a single response. Instead, Ive only received automated replies each time I submitted an appeal. On April 29th, 2025, I received an email stating that my account termination was permanent, and this email was also automated. I then submitted more appeals and tried to contact ********* through other routes, including Instagram and TikTok, but I have been met with complete stonewalling, with only bots and automated replies in return.********* continues to claim they review appeals and communicate with affected users, but this has not been my experience nor the experience of any others impacted during this mass account ban.The company has failed to provide transparency, a fair appeals process, or any path toward resolution. This lack of communication and accountability has had a direct impact on my work, income, and peace of mind. Additionally, as someone who is chronically ill, I lost access to important health-related pins and resources that I relied on. Losing that information has negatively affected my health and well-being.I am requesting that ********* reinstate my account.

    I am definitely seeking MORE THAN AN APOLOGY about the issues about this company!______I have been a ********* user for well over 15 years.Recently, they suspended my account for false accusations of adult content. I am reading hundreds and seeing thousands of complaints online against ********* from people saying similar things and that their new AI flagging system is wrongly flagging posts and suspending accounts. This is what I have been experiencing for the better of a year culminating in the wrongful suspension of my account the other week.Several days ago I appealed the suspension and heard back today that they are deciding to permanently suspend and delete my account for adult content WHEN THERE IS NO ADULT CONTENT IN NY ACCOUNT!They also did not give me the option to backup or download my decade + old account, which is *VERY* cold, dismissive, and evil!Again, I am seeing complaints in forums on a daily basis from people complaining of similar issues. They are destroying their own platform. I just want my data. This is not fair to treat users of your platform in this manner.

    The ********* app has used bots to go on a massive account suspension. These accounts have been suspended with little to no explanation beyond 'violates Community Guidelines'. The Community Guidelines are extremely expansive beyond what is available online and thus someone may unknowingly violate them from time to time. However, the issue comes when there is no explanation given to what was specifically violated, so many (including myself) have no idea what was violated. This is my first ever issue with the app and I have had it for over 10 years. I have so many pins saved and was ready to begin generating ads for a side business, however, I am unable to do so because I can't even get into my account. It is beyond the curated boards that we have created, or using it as another digital file of one's memories and for one's business. It is simply that the company has become **** in its oversight by utilizing ai bots to do the work a person should do. The technology is so new it should still be monitored but I guess since it saves money that's all the company cares about. I am highly disappointed in the lack of care that ********* has in its users to permanently suspend a massive amount of users for specific reasons we don't know.

    "On February 28th, I experienced an issue with my ********* account, which was deactivated without notice. Despite their claim that the account has been reactivated, I can still not access it. I would like to request assistance in resolving this matter and reactivating my account."

    I have been using ********* for almost 10 years without any issues or warnings. Two months ago, my account was suspended. How I found out? I couldnt log in. There is no explanation for why, no warning to delete content or any path to resolution. I wrote to the customer support 3(!) times. I was ignored. Last time, I couldnt even send a message. I want ********* to assist me in recovering my account, keeping it respectful to users, and not ghosting us. It would be also fantastic to know WHY my account was suspended via respectful and clear communication.

    I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the recent deactivation of my ********* account. The reasons provided for this action do not align with ********** stated policies, particularly given that the content in question consists of pins originally sourced directly from ********** own platform. Additionally, these pins were saved years ago, raising questions about the timing and rationale behind this *********** is deeply troubling that my account was deactivated just as I began using ********* to promote products from my ******* store. This action appears to have unfairly hindered my ability to leverage the platform for business growth. Furthermore, I have reason to believe that I am being subjected to hate crimes that include blacklisting and targeted discrimination by an external entity, which has engaged in orchestrated efforts to undermine my opportunities. I am concerned that ********* may be complicit in these actions, whether directly or indirectly.I respectfully request a thorough review of my accounts deactivation and clarification on the specific policy violations cited. Additionally, I urge ********* to ensure that its enforcement practices are fair, transparent, and free from external influence.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

    I signed up for ********* in January 2025 in order to create boards for a home redesign. I was suddenly blocked from my account in the early hours of the morning last Sunday for "violating Community Policy." I have read and reread the policy and cannot find what I could have done. I am not sure if I just did too much with a new account too fast or what, but I can only guess they think I am a spammer or bot. I have appealed twice, only to get the same response from "pinbot" telling me I would not get my account back. I spent many days and hours on those ********* boards and would like to have the work I put into them restored to me by getting my account back. I would appreciate help from a human and not a bot.     After repeated contact and attempts to get pinterest.com to remove an account that I have reason to believe is stealing my identity and/or gaslighting me (link below), they've refused to remove it or otherwise verify the account holder with strong identity controls (i.e. a driver's license or state ID card). Instead, they appear to be relying solely on IP address, which can easily be spoofed.************************************************
