Subject: Formal Complaint Against Pinterest Failure to Honor Promotional Ad Credit I am filing a complaint against ********* for failing to honor a $60 ad credit promotion despite fulfilling all requirements. Since January 1, 2025, I have repeatedly contacted ********* Support, yet the credit has not been applied.Issue Summary:********* ran a promotion offering a $60 ad credit to users who spent $10 on ads and clicked "claim" within the required timeframe. I followed these steps exactly.On January 2, 2025, **** T from ********* Support confirmed in writing that the credit would appear after two billing cycles and advised me to follow up if it didnt. However, after February 1, 2025, the credit was still missing. When I followed up, my original ticket was closed without resolution, forcing me to open a new one.********** last response was an automated email that failed to address my issue. Despite waiting six days (four business days), ********* has not responded.Consumer Protection Concerns:This situation raises concerns about false advertising and unfair business practices, including: Failure to honor promotions after confirming I met all eligibility requirements. I am being harrassed by ********* and I want it stopped. I get 2-3 marketing adds every day and I just want it stopped. I never subscribed to them, I mark each ad with their unscribe button (15 times) which they ignore. Their web site successfully prevents any contact with humans. Im experiencing constant malicious threats and hate in regards to my identity. This has gone on to my social media accounts being hacked and tampered with whilst my information, online activity and messages are being shared. My name, usernames, image, social media accounts (Instagram, *********, ********, *******/X, etc), educational work and messages have all been shared, imitated and exploited. This has gone into various magazines, brands, businesses and entertainment and news outlets being created, used and manipulated to stalk, pervert, take out of context and spread malicious and misleading information pertaining to this situation and my private life. This has caused me to be sexually harassed, abused, stalked, impersonated and imitated by people I dont know and have never met. My information and life have been exploited and used for anothers self gain and profit and ongoing coordinated identity theft, terrorism and trafficking. We cannot be held accountable for conflicts or problem's that may arise with merchants or items found on *********. Kishou, a support tech for ********* was advised of Fraud-Scam, Stating Pinterest wouldn't do anything about-********* Takes No responsibility for what their Scamming Red Chinese Vendors do! I did find this site unusual in the platforming/advertising. I was able to buy hair pieces for cancer victims, unique items that assisted many of my senior friends. Shopping at ****** I bought a back brace thought would help a friend with her back problems in an inexpensive way-it might had fit if it was made for a woman of statue. A Red Chinese small does not fit most women. I thought an XL would fit! I bought an XL (have a screen shot of order)-email from ****** confirmed my order and size XL. Arulla Sent a Small almost 9 days after placed order. I received order advised sent small, they replied needed a picture, Sent pic of item! ****** replied. stating I ordered an XL and wanted a full refund and item returned at their expense! ****** replied too expensive to return item will give 50% off any item in the online store and I keep the back brace-(would fit a child of about 8 to 10). I ask for a full refund, and they take item back! This **************************** Still is allowed to do business and scam customers-dumping their poor undersized, poorly made with bad fabrics. ********* is making money off these types and feel no responsibility for these scamming practices! ********* deactivated my account without telling me why. When I reached out to try to open it I received an email saying they decided not to reactivate my account due to breaking community guidelines but would not tell me why. The only thing I have used it for recently was saving links for Christmas gifts for others and now my lists are gone. They refuse to help me and send canned email responses instead. Im very disheartened and would like the links to the Christmas gifts I saved. They of course deactivated my account before Black Friday without warning and without telling me how I violated the rule or how to correct myself Associated email is ********************* If there is anything else going on like a hacker this is something I would want to know from the company but also I would like the opportunity to see my links to take paper notes on important websites I saved. My account was hacked and I cannot get back in. I got a message saying that I asked for it to be deactivated but I did not. I have been sending messages daily through customer support portal and never got any response other than the automated ones to let me know it went through. I need my account back. ********* has not complied with the United States Bankruptcy Code and Fair Credit Collection Law My lawyer has communicated to ********* as well as the Bankruptcy Court to stop and desist any collections for $258.44 which was listed part in the bankruptcy filing in May 2024 and discharge on August 2024.We closed our original business checking account debit card - as ********* continues to debit the account. Now with a new bank account and totally new different account using email: *************************** for @Affordable Tarots ... A few days ago, they deactivated the account, reinstated it yesterday due to so called "glitch" again and then tried to debit our new checking account for $258.44 this morning and 3 days ago .. These so-called owed amounts are listed on the discharge bankruptcy case on August. **********, our bank account was again unauthorizedly debited.. "Thanks for using ********* ads. Our attempt to charge $258.44 to your card ending in 7589 has failed. To keep your ads running, please update your payment method." There were documents again and communications emailed to ********* depts etc., on 11/4/24 but have not desist and stop this illegal debits and collections
