    I utilize Pinterest for many personal things, cooking, home building and decor, inspiration, etc. I strongly use it for homeschooling my preschoolers and soon to be kindergartener. I recently had to re login to my account and found out it had been deactivated. I received zero email warning or notice of the deactivation or account suspension. To my knowledge, Ive done nothing wrong. Ive never uploaded anything and violated copyright. I have submitted numerous help appeals for reinstating my account and have received zero response from Pinterest. I get an initial automated reply, see attachment, but never any further response.     The response from Pinterest is the same generic automated response I have received with all of my several requests for account reactivation. I have never once received an actual response beyond the initial automated response, as they all indicate I should.

    My account was suspended because of an error in entering my age. I have been a Pinterest user for many years, but when asked to enter my birthday I entered the wrong year and my account was deactivated. I am well over 13. I have gone to the website, help center, and ******** asking for how to reinstate my account and have not received any response. I have not been able to speak with a real person or received even a confirmation email to say that my request was received. I used this site for my work and have not been able to access pins that I need.

    I am rejecting this response because: Asking people to send personal documents like their license information or birth certificates through email is exceptionally bad policy. This is not a safe way to confirm a person's age. Pinterest has given me no assurance of how they plan to keep my license or birth certifcate confidential. This  is not fair. I'm disappointed this is the only way to resolved a locked account where a birthday was accidentally put in wrong.

    my pinterest account got wrongfully suspended, i have sent over 10 appeals asking for a review and summary on why my account has gotten suspended. i have gotten no response over the past two weeks, i have emailed them before about my account being limited and boards being deleted to the public eye and a month later, they sent me a review back with my account being suspended. i have never gotten a complaint about my account from other accounts, pinterest, or the team itself.

    I have a lot of details I would like to share but since I am limited on Characters.I was sent an email from Pinterest that said they would give me $100 to try their ads. I just had to meet with a rep to go over it all. I signed up and met with K. (I cannot give personally identifiable info on her) There were some issues with this but she agreed to give me the $100 ad credit. I had to add my Credit Card to their system as there is no other way to run ads without it (or so she said). I asked to make sure I would not get charged since I was laid off a few months back and I could not afford any charges for this. She assured me that I would not be charged. We went through it all and I asked again. She again assured me and showed me where the credit was supposed to be. It was not there. She said let's set up another meeting and she would get this fixed by her manager. After a week or so I reached out and she said that her manager approved and that we can set another meeting to finish setting it up. We did the meeting on 5/10 and the same issue had no promotional code on the account. She assured me it was put on the account (on the back end where I could not see it but she could). I verified 3 times on the call that my card would not be charged. My card was then charged on 5/17 for $54.21. I went back and forth with her till I got a call today. She told me that there was an issue on their end that she was working to get the $100 applied to the account but the $54.21 was not able to be refunded. I asked for the money to be refunded again, but she said she couldn't do it. I asked for her manager and they were in a meeting and she would have to have them call me back. I said I would wait till she was out, at which time K hung up on me. No call back has been made from K or her manager. I emailed Kagain and called her direct line and got no response from her. I need this money. $54.21 is not much for a company that big but for me it's huge. They made the mistake not me.

    Want fake/impersonating Pinterest account removed and taken down permanently. Contacted Pinterest customer service about account, account is still up on their website.     I want to delete and close my Pinterest account. I went to reactivate it to close it and it will not let me so I went to the help center to fill out a form. The form went through and then I got an email to confirm if it is me, when I did that, the e-mail said it did not go through!"Oof! It looks like your message didnt go through. This usually happens if its been awhile since weve heard from you, or if your original question was closed. Sorry about that!To ask a new question, just fill out our support form: ****************************************** We'll get back to you as soon as we can!Thanks,The Pinterest support team"Then it asks me to go back to the help center website to fill out the form again. I am not sure of how I can fill out the form again for it to send an email to confirm it is me but then show as an error.There is no way to contact pinterest aside from the help website which is frustrating.

    I used pinterest last week and saw comments put under a picture that read "Tonys safe spot." Then I got an email from Pinterest that showed pictures of things that I searched for like beaches and Pilippine women. One picture showed a picture of a minor with a life jacket on. The picture was modest though the comments at the top were perverted. The comments stated check out my Friday night routine. I was not interested in any minors business. Why did you send me a picture with a comment that did not match my searches

    I signed up for Pinterest as an experiment, I just thought I was messing around with settings and tried to set a campaign for $1 per day. I dont have a job so I thought I could try it out. According to Pinterests terms however, my business website didnt meet their criteria to sell on Pinterest so I cancelled my test run out and went about my life. Until I randomly was charged ************************************************************************* again saw several charges pending my account. I reached out to Pinterest customer service as well as my rep who Ive never heard of, and was told I set them up so no refunds. And low and behold ANOTHER ***** has cleared my account today. However, as my account was deemed ineligible for sales, per Pinterest guidelines, its just robbery to steal someones money and try to blame the client for accidentally setting up their account incorrectly. Not only that but *** received nothing in the form of sales through Pinterest so the idea of paying them hundreds of dollars (there are more charges pending my rep refused to help with), is just theft. Ill be reporting this to my bank and hopefully will be able to stop the charges but I doubt Ill see a dime from this multimillion company that cant be bothered to provide even the smallest amount of customer service. This whole sales thing is a scam and I want all my money back and any pending charges cancelled.

They push products onto your feed giving the impression that the items are there for you to purchase, at no time was I informed that there is scammers listing items for sale on the Pinterest platform.     Pinterest Website-I am disturbed by Pinterests website requiring my actual birthdate. I offered my birth year. After refusing, they want me to reactivate through a "third party". I believe it's called Jumio. Who?? Are they seriously thinking any intelligent people are going to send the information they are asking for? Pinterest now wants your government id's, birth certificates, face recognition &/or additional private info sent to a third party!(??) I might as ********* my id's to someone on the street. Plus, I looked up ************ filed for BANKRUPTCY! The quote on the Pinterest website says this; "We don't require you to provide your real name, nor do we verify your name, age, or location". However, when I originally signed up years ago, I did give them this information. So, they already have it. Apparently, the information they are requiring has changed. I am in my 60's. My pins are of recipes for goodness sake, not some offensive material. I'm not looking up buying liquor, meds nor pot. My local police department stated to not give them any personal information. How can they ask for such high-security information? And, through a third party! Is that even legal? I can buy anything online with a credit card. I'm never asked for pictures of my government id's or birth certificates. This seems over the top to me & a slew of others.
