    I had a pintrest account a long time ago that I no longer have access to - I'm unsure what the email address was that I joined with and no longer have access to it or my phone number at the time. My photo is showing on the account and the account name is my full name (@**********). I can provide government ID to show I am the person photo'ed and my name matches. I request that the account be deleted (my photo is showing on search engines linking to the account, and I do not want this any more).

    Hello,I have recently opened a new business pinterest account, days ago, to be exact. I have explained numerous times to the pinterest legal team and customer support team via email, that I don't understand the reason(s) why my account is currently suspended. I have asked for assistance from the management team to get more clarification and to clear up any issues, as this is a new account. Pinterest has not reached out to help me and rectify this matter. I have asked to speak with Management so that this can be rectified as soon as possible.So far, all of my email requests for assistance, have gone ignored with automated message replies or replies from a staff member that my account cannot be reactivated because of spam concerns, according to Pinterest. I'm a customer that has rights and so far, I'm not being treated fairly. I have a learning disability and I need further assistance with understanding and getting guidance to fix whatever issue it is so that I can operate according to the proper standards of Pinterest. I have reported my disability to Pinterest and have received the same automated reply and then a reply from Pinterest support team that states that cannot reactivate my account because of Spam issues. Furthermore, I have investing monies towards my Pinterest platform as well. I also would like to make mention that I'm an Affiliate Marketer with Amazon and this practice is allowed on both platforms. This company needs a more reasonable resolution team, for the consumer, business owner, and customers alike. They should have more respect for their customer/clients' accounts and come up with a better resolution than just "deactivating" or "suspending" customers' accounts without their consent or even giving them the opportunity to rectify the matter to get back up and running again. This makes no sense. The pinterest "Appeals" process is a joke. I received an email stating that my appeal was being reviewed, only to receive an email in less than 5 minutes stating that the review team cannot reactivate my account. I have investing monies for this platform as well. Very dogmatic treatment and no consideration or common courtesy or customer service at all. Please assist. Thank You,***********************

    I recently purchased an item on pinterest. The item did not come although they tracking information said delivered. I contacted the company and they said they could resend the product or offer a refund. I chose to try once more but yet again recieved no product. I contacted *** and they could not find any such tracking information or product as i was told existed. I have now tried to contact pinterest again and they are not responding to my emails. I see this advertisement still running with positive reviews but yet have attempted to contact through the review platform and am still being ignored. At this point it's clear no product will come so i would like a refund.

    I am locked out of my account and have requested that Pinterest confirm they have the updated phone number but they are refusing to check their own records. They are forwarding me to ***** who says the phone number on their end was correctly updated and advised me to request that Pinterest confirm they have the updated phone number in their system. ***** said, the phone number in Authy has already been updated correctly, which means there's a synchronization issue on Pinterest side that can only be resolved by them. However, I have asked Pinterest twice and they will not do anything except tell me to contact *****.

    Yesterday on 9/23/23 I received an email stating that my Pinterest account (@novagyrl) was suspended for spam, even though I never have committed spam, and never would do that. I followed the instructions and appealed within 48 hours, but within 2 hours I received another email stating that my appeal was denied for no reason. I have since then sent two other appeals but keep getting denied for no reason. My account is used to save pins and upload ones of my graphic work, and truly believe this is some sort of error that theyre not taking into account. I desperately just want my account back.

    Have received several emails that either my pins have been removed and then reinstated. Or that I am in violation of their community guidelines. The links they provide are dead ends and show nothing, I have never seen any so called pins they are referring to. I want the harassment to stop.

    I googled my name and found that my image and full name were used to create a Pinterest account. I did not authorise this. I emailed Pinterest to have the account removed but I got an automated response about a totally separate issue. *************************************************

    Without any notification or explanation, Pinterest suspended my account, and my attempts to get clarification and resolution are being ignored. Repeated attempts contacting their customer service through their portal have been unsuccessful. The company does not respond at all. I have been a customer of the Pinterest platform for many years and invested a lot of time generating user data that they monetize. It is unfair business practice to generate revenue from my usage data and then simply lock me out of reference material I have come to rely on for my artwork.I seek access to my account so I can look up reference images I have collected over the years.

    there has been no communication with me at all. I am left without access and no explanation. The only messages I have received are alerts that pins were temporarily removed but then reinstated. 

    Apparently my account has now not just been suspended but deactivated - I am left to think this was done in retaliation to my complaint.

    Hello there, I am a new small business owner who created a Pinterest account with the hopes of growing my business and spreading awareness of both my products and products of others. I started my account on 4/28 but didnt really get active until end of June/early July. On July 10th, I was on my account when I was suddenly logged out. When I tried logging back in, it said my account was suspended. I then received a very generic email saying my account was suspended because I violated policies against spam. I have sent multiple messages and only receive an auto-generated response saying that they will get back to me but they havent. I reached out on instagram and they were nice but they said they couldnt help on their end. I received no actual details about what I violated. I have recently created a lot of products and finally had some free time so I was actively posting, which *** have activated a spam alert but I am guessing and this isnt legitimate spam, which is why something so important like this shouldnt be left to computers. From what I have read, a computer bans you, which is insane, and no one is available to communicate this issue with. Small business owners rely on platforms like this to grow and promote their business. To be black listed like this with no explanation is damaging to our businesses and the time we spent posting items on their site. There is literally no way to communicate with anyone. I have ready numerous blogs where people say you are lucky if you hear from anyone and good luck if you get your account back because they are so unhelpful. A large business like this shouldnt be allowed to deactivate your account without giving actual reason (not computer generated) reason as to why this happened but you are left very helpless. It is defeated and causes a lot of anxiety waiting around for something that *** never come and its a severe abuse of their power. Please help. Username: jarcloyalty

    Pinterest wants my birthdate. I entered a bogus date because I do not want them to have my real date. Pinterest thinks Im a teen and blocked my shared boards ( boards shared with my husband). After numerous emails, Pinterest finally gave me back my shared boards. Now, they have updated their privacy policy and again think Im a teen and have blocked my followers. All 6 of them which is all I want and they are family members. I have sent email after email to Pinterest and all I get back is how to download the privacy policy. That is not what I asked. I have told them repeatedly I am NOT a teen. They just keep telling me to send in my birth certificate or valid government ID. They must be nuts if they think Im going to send in those documents so someone in their company can steal my identity. They may use sites such as yahoo or ******* etc but they are not a government agency and therefore have no right to ask for those documents. Now after weeks of emails Pinterest has deactivated my account. I have a craft business and cant get to my pins. Furthermore, I dont understand how Pinterest can claim to be a creative site but block teensthey same people I would think need guidance in creativity. It is very plain to see that either Pinterest hires people who are morons or their emails are read by a machine and cant comprehend simple problems. I want my account back, I am not a teen and refuse to send in government issued ID.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    the response is typical of Pinterest. It is the same response Ive gotten to the numerous emails Ive sent.   It is apparent no one is actually reading the emails or they simply dont understand the complaint.

    bottom line: Pinterest thinks I am a teen.

    my situation is that I am NOT a teen and in fact am a retired federal employee from IT security and do not believe Pinterest has the right to ask for my birth certificate or government ID.

    seems very odd to me that Pinterest allows the user to change genders but not birth dates.

    also, Pinterest claims to be a creative site but blocks the same age group that, in my opinion, needs a creative outlet and inspiration.  

    I reject Pinterest response with vigorous anger because its the same bull they have sent numerous times.

    please Excuse typos recovering from eye surgery.

    ps  I have written a letter ( via U.S. postal service) to CEO of Pinterest over a month ago and as of this writing have not heard a word.  Assuming non response starts at the top.
