    Nextdoor.com is facilitating the sale or rehome of 4 week old puppies. This this is illegal under CA Law. **** has been reported to Nextdoor multiple time and Nextdoor has not taken the post down. This is illegal under CA law. Selling/rehoming puppies at 4 weeks old is a violation of CA law, illegal and a criminal misdemeanor. Section ****** Offering of live animal as prize or give away prohibited; prohibited sale of dog or cat under eight weeks of age. and puppies that are re-homed this young have behavioral issues and often are sick. The puppies suffer when this is done and it is animals abuse. In addition there are many time they let people post puppies that are from illegal breeders without taking the posts down.Nextdoor is disregarding CA law by not vetting and reviewing and removing these posts.

    I am rejecting this response because:: Nextdoor is facilitating the sale and rehome of puppies from illegal backyard breeders. Backyard breeding (intentional or accidental) is illegal in **********. It is not up to neighbors to police the Nextdoor website. Nextdoor needs to ban the sale or rehome of all puppies no matter the sale or rehome price because some illegal breeders are happy to make $50 per puppy. The same illegal breeders are reposting puppies over and over again. Shelters are overflowing and dogs are killed daily.  People do not need Nextdoor to adopt or purchase a puppy, there are plenty of puppies in the many City and County shelters and from breeders with legal breeding permits.

    The community guidelines forbid national politics on the main feed. I reported this one post weeks ago. It is still up. I reported the poster. It's still up. I emailed support and was told there is no violation.I am attaching the content of the email I sent with a link to the content I reported.This post has been reported ************************************************************************************************************************************ Two votes mine to remove and one to keep. It is about an inauguration party. That is national politics!I reported the account twice and the post is still up.The bias in moderation is ridiculous ***** ******* ************************ I have also reported a few reviewers who are biased and always vote to keep republican politics but they do nothing about that.Yet today I had a comment removed because someone insulted me and I asked if they used to treat their congregation like idiots as well. So he's allowed to disrespect me but I ask if he treats everyone like that and I get punished.The level of bias in moderation is ridiculous. I have reported it over and over and they do nothing.

    MAKE THE SPAM STOP.They wont stop emailing me. Ive blocked them, Ive unsubscribed, and everything else I can think to try. They make new addresses and add me to new lists. They are just pushing a psychotic deluge of spam on me and I cant get them to stop. They are knowingly harassing everyone who has ever made the mistake of using their service. I want to be totally removed from their email lists as they keep implying they will do. I do not want to be added to any NEW lists. I want my email deleted from their servers altogether. Im sick of the harassment.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     Nextdoor reveals some disturbing info here.

    1. ******** provides no delete option, otherwise I would have used it. They reveal here that accounts are maintained without the users knowledge and no means of deletion is actually provided. This company is extremely malicious with user data so this is a nightmare scenario already.

    2. It would be counterproductive to reactivate my account just to delete it. As already mentioned, no option will be made available so its a waste of my time, and this would likely open me up to the same vexatious behavior that caused this complaint. Nextdoor should delete my account along with everyone else who Im sure would be infuriated to find out their accounts are merely deactivated.

    3. This company is not ethical. They create new email lists, add to old ones, make it extremely difficult and time consuming to filter out nuisance notifications, even going so far as to make you do it one at a time. Their past behavior has me assuming that they will simply reactivate the account at any time to resume the harassing behavior.

     

    I will not be satisfied until the account is DELETED and the data PURGED as the company has provided me no mechanism to do so on my own and they are a looming threat so long as they have any means of contacting me.

    I am being continually harassed by a neighbor who lives in the Cherrywood Neighborhood in ******** ******** by the name of ******** ***. She also lives in the ********** neighborhood. I have never personally met this woman. It started because she didn't like a comment and started blasting me and calling me names. Now she's telling people I'm stalking her on ********. I've never met this woman and I most certainly am not interested in her ******** or anything else about her. I simply want her to leave me alone. I want her to stop spreading lies about me to my fellow neighbors and trying to make me look bad. She sent me private messages trying to taunt me. I've reported her so many times and NOTHING happens to this woman. I just want her to stop. Why does nextdoor allow this kind of behavior. Nextdoor is worst that ******** at this point. I thought it was supposed to be used for neighbors connecting neighbors to various resources not the drama club.

    Nextdoor refuses to verify although Ive shown them I own the house my licensee says the addresss I think they are discriminating against me because of my race and gender. This is not right

    The neighbor has many multiple accounts on Nextdoor which is a violation of the guidelines and this has been communicated to them. They need to work with Nextdoor Support to use the website again.

    My Nextdoor account was suspended without any specific reason. Instead, I was told that I "could have violated a community guideline", but none were described.

    Nextdoor local reviewers are refusing to remove content of slander onto myself. Along with a few people bullying me, harassing me, and personally attacking me. One recently is by the member *** *****. Slandering me and saying I am using several names on this app. Which I am not. I use my real name once. He is personally attacking me also. Here is just one of them. "***** H is an habituatl fear ****** that goes by several other names on these posts." **************************************************************************************************** Now this is spreading through a clique of neighborhood members such as *** *******, ***** ******, ****** ******* to name a few. A gang mentality is forming. Nextdoor reviewers are doing nothing and telling me these attacks are not against guidelines. I am starting to fear if they find out where I live.

    I am rejecting this response because: the response you gave makes no sense as I said this, "Nextdoor reviewers are doing nothing and telling me these attacks are not against guidelines" in my complaint.    Clearly this is a canned response, you did not read it, and or you really do not care to be a fair company that follows your own written guidelines for users.     And now I have been banned for two weeks for asking about a content subject if it is against guidelines on the main feed.  This is retaliation and does not follow freedom of speech.

    I feel my account was unjustly deactivated for small and trivial postings. Every time I correct my post, the response comes back as hidden. The next corrected response is also hidden. I appealed the decision and was notified I was suspended for 2 weeks. Members are constantly bashing establishments due do poor service etc and nothing gets done, those posts stay up. I had a little contest where I would post 4 lines from a popular song from the 60's. That post was hidden and my appeal went nowhere. Obviously there are some very sensitive members on Nextdoor that get offended very easily and report to the moderators. The term "disrespectful" is just a generic word that doesn't mean anything much like getting pulled over on the highway for speeding... how fast was I going?, you were speeding. How fast? you were speeding. What exactly was my speed? You were speeding.Enough!

    I was a member of Nextdoor a site for neighbors. I was banned indefinitely. I was trying to use the blocking feature against a bully in a political group and was told I couldnt and I needed to unblock that person by the groups administrator . When I refused I got kicked out of the group and they reported me which lead to a complete suspension. I was treated unfairly and I want to warn other people about this toxic app . If a suspension was warranted it shouldnt be a complete ban . Anyone reading this do yourself a favor and do not sign up for this app. I was being bullied and ND gave me the suspension

    I was bullied on your forum and you did nothing to protect me . I block my bully and was told by the groups administrator I cant . Both the political group administrator and the bully set me up and got me suspended. I attached the conversation between me and the admin and also posted the comments you feel were offensive. There have been much worse comments than the two comments you permanently suspended me for . I blocked the bully and left the political group so there should be no issues . I did what I was suppose to. But yet you continue with the suspension. You dont protect people from bullying others . I have reported ****** and you did nothing. You have a terrible company . The other violations also are false 2 of them were reversed and you still have it up as an offense. You continue to use prior offenses when I already served those . There is major biasing go on here because of my political views . You do not use your own policies consistently. This is why your company has terrible reviews. I blocked my bully and got suspended for it .. even the moderator of that group expected me to take the abuse from ******. He even said to scroll by anything that is offensive?? Really? And I am the one suspended? Thats ok I am sure anyone seeing this can see what kind of company this is. Policy or not .. I was not going to stand being bullied when ND did nothing to resolve it
