    I have had several posts flagged for removal. The claims have typically been violating guidelines for spam. My most recent post removed was a beautiful photo of the American flag, in the sunshine. This post had over 100 community likes and several positive comments. After the photo was flagged for removal, I proceeded to do a quick research of other posts. Within ******************************************************************************* nature. However, these posts had not been flagged for removal. It seems that the moderators on this site are biased and are clearly discriminating. Their decisions are being based on emotion and personal choice and not regulation. For your review, I have attached my photo flagged as spam and removed, along with examples of other photos that have not been removed. I have seen several similar complaints in recent days. Perhaps corporate affiliates or attorneys can investigate and resolve this issue.

    The neighbor is currently suspended for violating the guidelines for complaining about moderation, posting about national politics, and being uncivil with neighbors. They continue to violate the guidelines.

    I was recently notified that my account was indefinitely suspended, following a 2 week suspension. The action was prompted by a Direct Message conversation with **** ******** (**** *.) challenging him on his ongoing harassment and bullying within Nextdoor.**** ******** is well known within the ****** Community as someone who uses his position as a Nextdoor Reviewer to help spread false information within our community around development, and control the narrative around our Town Council elections. He is not alone in this behavior, but he is certainly the leader of it. I am now 1 of 4 people that he has target to get fully removed from Nextdoor.Regarding my recent indefinite suspension, **** targeted specific old posts of mine, reported them out of context and then voted + recruited other reviewers to vote in having the comments removed. Bills biased review behavior has been frequently documented and reported. Aside from his behavior as a biased reviewer, he also manipulates his posts so that they harass individuals while appearing innocent. He will post pictures that essentially call people names so that his comments arent auto-flagged, etc. He also has a history of sending and then rapidly deleting or editing posts and private messages in an attempt to hide before he can be reported or reprimanded. Make no mistake: his behavior not only breaks your Community Guidelines, it has also risen to the level or criminal harassment. This is not the behavior of a Reviewer or a Lead. His conduct has now stripped me of access to Nextdoor, despite being a candidate in our upcoming election. **** is fully aware of this. I am pleading with you to review the facts, all of which have been previously provided with attachments and reinstate my account. I am also asking, on behalf of our community that you remove **** as a Nextdoor reviewer. His conduct is no different than what cost me my account, and if you wont take his access then it seems unethical to strip me of mine.

    This is a followup to BBB Complaint ******** which was originally resolved on 3/15. The purpose of that complaint was to highlight issues with a specific local reviewer and his targeted harassment that led to my account being indefinitely suspended. As a result of BBB Case #******** Nextdoor agreed with the facts that I laid out and after completing their own investigation my account was reinstated. Since that time, I have had little interaction on Nextdoor. To my knowledge I have not commented on any post, nor have I stated a new post. However, on 5/7 my account was again suspended indefinitely. Nothing has changed since my account was reinstated on 3/15 meaning that I was either again targeted by a local reviewer or this is an error. I attempted to appeal the suspension using the usual methods and was denied. My request is that my account again be reinstated and an explanation provided as to why this occurred again. If a specific reviewer is to blame, as I suspect is the case then Nextdoor should take action to ensure this doesnt continue to happen.

    I am rejecting this response. There have been no changes to my account, including interactions with other neighbors since my original BBB complaint was Accepted and you reversed course. If you are now amending your decision, it is clearly being done with false or a general lack of supporting evidence. Your unwillingness to provide further reasoning for your decision only supports my claim. This is more evidence in an already vast pool of NextDoor not consistently following their own policies. These decisions are detrimental to your shareholders and will have long term consequence.

    There is a potential conflict of interest as far as a NextDoor administrator who is also an ******** in ************** who continually recommending that citizens accounts be suspended or revoked due to them not favoring her as a candidate. I would like access to the platform and cease and desist for inappropriate arbitrary removal and to look into the potential conflict of interests of elected officials and their spouses in advisory roles.

    Nextdoor reviewers can't suspend neighbors. Nextdoor Support can only take action on accounts. Nextdoor Support explicitly let the neighbor know that they can reactivate their account if they wish to.

    Account suspended without credible justification. Appeals rejected. No credible justification for claimed guideline violations as "political".Had previously created local group specifically to comply with that guideline. Comments made in that group should not have been visible outside that group. If they were, it is the fault of Nextdoor's unclear instructions on group creation. The comments cited in the suspension notice are NOT "political". Seems Nextdoor decisions are arbitrary and capricious .Nextdoor has ceased responding and has yet to point out specifically how my comments are "political".

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The comments they cited are not in violation of the guidelines in effect at the time.  They were non political and/or had local import, such as the post about reduction of car crash deaths resulting from design and construction changes to "side of road" obstacles, such as power poles and other item a car could impact.

    Further, NextDoor has ignored my last communications seeking clarification of exactly WHAT about my posts, outside of a group, violated the guidelines.   Their last received response merely cited the post(s), which, as noted above, do not, in my opinion violate the guidelines as I understood them.

    Their replies indicate, to me, there is no valid justification for the suspension and subsequent refusal to remove the suspension.

    Nextdoor is penalizing me for stating some are neo nazis when it is true. See ********************************************************************************************************************************, and ***************************************************************************************************************************. They are so **** that the far-right party from ******* refused to appear at their meeting. I posted a story about the local eggs being 53% more expensive and many started posting political stuff. I just responded with the truth in a non-disrespectful manner, first they said I was disrespectful and then after appealing their wrongful decision they said it was about politics. There is no politics at all, I was pointing to the facts only. Many put horrible political comments and were not suspended. But there is a far-right moderator locally that always penalizes only me. I want my account restored now. Nextdoor blocked me gathering all the other horrible comments and my original post simply stating local egg prices were too high.Nextdoor has access to my post and the horrible comments and they are not giving me access since they blocked me. They block people so they cannot get all the evidence to complain or sue ****** want my account immediately restored and to get that local moderator

    My account was suspended indefinitely and the reason stated was [duplicate account]. I'm concerned because I know if a duplicate account exists, I didn't create it and am quite concerned about my personal information. Approximately one year ago, a roofing company was attached to my profile. I reached out to Nextdoor for assistance. I explained that I have never owned a roofing company and have no idea how or why it was attached to my account. There was also an account for [******** *******] and given my name first name and married are uniquely spelled, the account was obviously not mine and I reported it to Nextdoor staff.I have attempted to contact Nextdoor several times, but haven't received a response. I'm concerned and would like to know what's going on.

    Nextdoor is allowing moderators with zero qualifications other than they were first to arbitrarily remove comments they don't agree with and suspend people without recourse. There is no rhyme or reason other than control freaks and DEI champions ruthlessly controlling conversations and comments. I read this is quite common across " neighborhoods" and not just my own. Basically it's garbage is all I run into and now I am indefinitely suspended? For disagreeing with unreasonable and possibly maniacal individuals , garbage , trash , filthy ,
