    I have been harassed on this app over and over First from a *********************** now by a reviewer named ********************* and Nextdoor allowed this to happen . I reported both people and Nextdoor did nothing .. but what is really disturbing is when ********************* said *** which means go f*** yourselve. Nextdoor solved this problem by suspending me and a Nextdoor review was allowed to talk to me like that and allowed to stay on .. Now Nextdoor is ignoring me not returning any of my emails and allowing ***** and **** to continue with their bullying. If anyone is deciding to sign up for this app dont . It is a horrible app . Nextdoor allows bullying and trash talking this app is not about neighbors. Its about thugs protecting each other and if they target you they are relentless. Dont bother signing up . I thought ******** was bad this is much worse .. anyone reading this complaint do yourself a favor dont sign up . All you have to do is a simple ****** search on Nextdoor reviews and you will see an alarming picture of just how evil these people and app is . There is even a class action lawsuit against this company. I have asked Nextdoor to help me with this problem with ***** and **** but they refuse to . I e even got threatened by ***** with a lawsuit.. Ive enclosed some conversations and there are more one is the comment about the *** and the other is the treat of a law suit . Again anyone thinking about signing up do yourself a favor dont . In fact I know a lot of people who no longer go on this app . Its sad this could be a really great app if they could only stop the people they like to stop bullying other members.

    We engaged nextdoor.com to run a weekly digital ad for our store Savvy Sliders, officially ****************** for $122/week. Due to no increase in activity, we canceled the ad through nextdoor.com before 9-1-22. However, we continued to get charged $122/week. Again, we logged into our nextdoor.com account and canceled via "cancel ad" button to no avail. We want a refund for $610 for unauthorized payments from September 8 and going forward 5 weekly payments.

    I have unsubscribed from next-door.com 17 times. I never signed up for this in the first place. I receive emails every day and all I want is to unsubscribe.

    On November 1st 2022 i tried logging into my Nextdoor account. i was denied access. my account said it was suspended for violating policy. This is the second time in the last few weeks my account has been suspended. the first time was for 3 days due to discrimination. The problem i have is that i only post in groups that are for political discussions. I'm never racist nor am i rude to anyone. there is a group of neighbors about 8 of them who are members of the group I'm in, ********* is supposed to be for all political opinions either democrat or republican and everyone is welcome. This however, is far from the truth. if you post anything that goes against their narrative, they will quickly gang up and insult you. They even go as far as threating physical violence.I reported almost every post the attack me in. They even insult people who sided with me. The last report i made was from a guy who told me my own mother hates me and and made sexual comments about her as well as asking me to meet him at ******* to settle our problem. i was never rude to him and even if i was he deserved it. Then today i see my account suspended. I asked a neighbor i know if my account posts are still up, i also asked if the neighbor i reported was suspended. i then found out that my account was in fact hidden and to my surprise the neighbor who was insulting me, was not suspended. I've had many conservative friends permanently banned for no reasons other than posting conservative viewpoints as well. Nextdoor should be ashamed for the bias and not taking actions against the left leaning liberal neighbors.

    The neighbor was suspended for making uncivil remarks (mom jokes), and posting COVID-19 misinformation as well as election misinformation. All of those things are in violation of Nextdoor's Guidelines.

    I am being systematically attacked and slandered by a neighbor and nextdoor refuses to do anything about it beyond occasionally removing one of their offending comments. The vast majority of them stay up, including multiple allegations that I've committed various crimes and am insane and "off my meds". This neighbor is hated by everyone who has ever encountered her and does nothing but try to make everyone else as miserable as they are. I also believe that there is at least one moderator in my neighborhood who is out to get me, as I often have my comments and posts randomly hidden/deleted despite them not violating any rules. Unfortunately I can't actually see who my leads are as the directory never loads properly.

    The neighbor needs to continue reporting other neighbors for violating the guidelines just as they are doing. We build investigations around every report, but our actions aren't transparent because it's just between us and the neighbor being reported.

Seems likely the reason is retaliation for the complaint I just submitted.

    The member needs to report whoever is violating the guidelines toward them. Without knowing who it is, we can't do anything. All Nextdoor neighborhoods are private to their neighbors. The only way we'll know is if the member reports the person who is violating the guidelines.

    I am rejecting this response because: It does not matter that my suspension has expired, I should not have been suspended in the first place. Also I report them all the time and even though this has been going on for years, they are still allowed free ****** to terrorize and slander whoever they want. In addition, ever since making this report someone has been systematically removing every comment I make, so I suspect retaliation against me for making the complaint.

    I requested that they delete my account and they refused. They claim it was disabled but someone other than me is attempting to login as I am receiving their 2FA emails with the code to enter for login. Their platform is clearly an unsafe environment and I want my information deleted from their platform immediately.

    The account is currently suspended and hidden so that no one can do anything to it. Like the agent mentioned to the neighbor, because we've had to take action on their account before, we can't delete the account until after a year.

    Nextdoor allows elected city officials (city council members) to be leads on their platform where these elected officials (leads) report city posts they do not agree with. They message fellow leads and reviewers and or moderators till they have enough votes to effectively censoring public speech. I have contacted the support site. They seem fine to allow this biased moderation to occur.

    This neighbor is correct that they reached out to Nextdoor, but in some instances, the person they reported wasn't a moderator. If you see an official as a Lead and showing unbiased moderating, please continue to send those examples to our support team. We start an investigation on every email and in some cases, future reports will add more information to that investigation.

    Today, my Nextdoor account was suddenly suspended for 2 weeks with no warning or explanation. To my knowledge I've violated no community guidelines. Nextdoor makes it impossible to contact them for any reason. I'd simply like to know why I was suspended. Without any idea, you can't correct perceived violations -- you have no idea what was offensive or what you've done!

    On Tuesday, October 18 I sent the email below to support @nextdoor.com. It is now noon on Thursday, October 20th and I have not heard anything from Nextdoor. My email begins: I would like a review of my comment which resulted in my suspension.From your email:Your access to Nextdoor has been disabled due to a violation of our Community Guidelines againstnon-local politicsin the newsfeed.Here is an example of the content that was brought to our attention:"One of the main talking points of the Inflation Reduction Act is its impact on incentivizing people to buy an electric vehicle (**). This $369 billion bill, signed into law on Aug. 16, 2022, by President ****** features a number of federal provisions aimed at tackling climate change, keeping **s affordable, and boosting ******** industry.??The ** tax credit is a federal incentive designed to encourage people to purchase **s.     I have been removed from next-door Im 65 in a wheelchair they are accusing me of using a wrong name Ive only had the name *********************** its very simple I mentally ill girl is screaming and reporting everyone and dialing ******************************************************************* a complex that she thinks is a bad place for elderly people we should give our houses to her I need to be a Nextdoor for safety maintenance help from my neighbors Ive been 20 years bedridden and I get no response from next door none youre kicked off based on new information whatsoever that is my legal name I find this really upsetting I cant get a handyman or a gardener anyone help me Im alone I cannot contact them I am removed unable to use the site no communications with anyone no groceries the food no prescriptions nothing there was no reason for this its elder discrimination and medical discrimination Im disabled severely. This person should be removed for abuse. I cannot access the account to upload the print I am completely unavailable to access Nextdoor its ridiculous its insane and they cant even respond
