I'll have been a member of the next door app for over 3 years they are extremely difficult to get ahold of there is no phone number I have sent numerous emails they have suspended my account because they have stated it is a duplicate account I'm on Unable to delete the 2nd account I have requested they do so over 6 months ago.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: They sent several letters a stating the account was shut off in error because of duplicate accounts I sent emails asking all duplicates be removed they refused. I rejoined after receiving 2 emails, then they shut it off a hour later, (they suspended my wife and granddaughter) for three days trying to support me by posting the emails, my personal info is still on the site. AS SHOWN BY ATTACHMENTS. I started 2 groups for support in my community they refuse to assign my wife as a administrator those sites cannot be moderated, and no new members can join they cant be approved, they have flagged my home address preventing any other family members from joining, they stated I AM UNFIT to return after a 5 year suspension, over a personal conflict with one neighbor *******************, even though dozens of respected members in my community have sent emails attesting to my integrity, I help senior citizens in and around clay county, I am very well respected I requested they allow me to return for 90 probationary days THEY REFUSE. They have unfair moderation by biased leads or moderators one of which has three accounts ************************* of ************, there TOS states you are only can have 1 account. She has a agenda towards me and my family. All of this is done because of my conservative views. There are countless other complaints for the same reason on the BBB site. I am asking to be allowed to return under probation for 90 days, they can see I am very well respected and liked as well as my wife. They are a extremely biased organization they use keyword Recognition you can't even make a post and say this is stupid weather without getting a warning you can check this yourself.
if it is anything political you are suspended they suspend you and they never tell you why. There are a group of moderators and leads that selectively single out people and I'm one of them.
One moderator in particular's name is ************************* she is what they call a lead she has 3 active accounts which is in direct violation yet they have put her in charge of reporting people that she doesn't like.
They not only have suspended my account they have still left the account that they said was in violation it's still there please look at the screenshots not only have they singled me out they have singled my wife and granddaughter out and suspended them for absolutely trivialist reasons. My wife is very well respected in the community she has 2 groups on this website.
They have flagged my address which is illegal no one at my address can join next door neighbor please look at the pictures that is a violation of my rights, They stated after a year they may consider it's been 5 years they will not reconsider they have sent me email saying I'm unfit for the website when they have had numerous numerous letters from the community telling how much of an asset I am I am a retired automobile mechanic and a gulf war veteran, I have asked them to give me a 6 month probation and reinstate my account since they have had dozens of requests from members in my community to reinstate my account and they refuse.

Nextdoor leads and reviewers are hiding and removing my posts about topics concerning state politics that affect my community. One of the leads was asking neighbors about my location and has been cyberbullying me. Yet, he is still a lead on their app. It is quite clear the leads and reviewers have made this personal, as they hide/remove all of my post, although they are within guidelines. I have to contact **************** to have my post restored and then I have no access to the thread. I can't even delete them.

Seems like passive aggressive while being condescending and snarky at the same time. How tres gauche (if your French is weak it loosely translates to very left).
Lets recap for the people who go through and review these complaints.
I was suspended for violating the community guideline concerning false and misleading information concerning Covid. When I asked for the specific comments Nextdoor responded that one of the comments about a ****** executive testifying at a ****************************** was false and misleading.
Fair enoughI provided a picture of the executive at the conference along with a screen grab of different news organizations headlines about her testimony. I asked multiple times, which I guess qualifies as repeating the same information, for Nextdoor to provide their data supporting their contention that it (the conference and testimony) didnt take place. If not lift the suspension.
They (Nextdoor) never provided any data to support the suspension. They just just keep repeating over and over suspended indefinitely for violating ******************** Guidelines. Its like they have no data to provide me about the comment which supports the suspension.
So, lets do it again.please provide the data Nextdoor relied upon to determine my comment was false and misleading. If you cant for whatever reason (like it doesnt exist) then lift the suspension.

I am rejecting this response because: none of the responses that you sent me are uncivil if you actually look at the question. Someone asked what they could do about their neighbors smoking cigarettes in the backyard while living at home on disability and not going to work and my comment was literally moved to where you don't have neighbors, not to be rude but because that is the only logical response as you cannot harass your neighbors about what they do in their own yard. I did not get on there and imply this person was stupid for making this comment, which others actually did. I also did not call this person any names or even insert any feelings into the response it was literally the most logic response when you have neighbors you have no control over their house or yard so moving somewhere where you don't have neighbors would be the best way to not have to deal with neighbors. How is that uncivil? Also, the response to ***** is in reference to a post from a man who is talking about trapping people's cats and taking them to the shelter for them to die. ***** asked the man why he did not simply get a Humane deterrent to keep them out of his yard and I replied that it's because he clearly doesn't care. How is that uncivil? He clearly implied with the post and all of the following comments in the thread that he does not want to humanely deter them he wants to trap them and remove them. Again I'm asking what part of that response was uncivil? I created a personal account not a business account on 3/26/23. On 3/30 I was charged for an ad. I did not provide any debit or credit card information. I did not request or create an ad. I have no idea how they got my credit card information but I have contacted my bank to let them know I did not authorize this transaction. I hate that companies can now obtain this information from my name/email and charge me for something to make them money. I cannot get customer service because Nextdoor only allows email customer service. For some reason I can no longer get emails from nextdoor to my registered email of ******************* Their policy prevents them from providing customer service to the only email I have that I can receive messages from them, ******************* because that email is associated with a business account that I gave up on because I couldnt get it to work and the lack of customer service. I have attempted to change my neighbor account email but I dont receive any confirmation emails to new email addresses that are allegedly being sent. My isp claims they arent blocking anything. Nextdoor is a very biased company and, particularly, so are the neighborhood leads. They claim they don't allow discrimination but prop up a narrative that doesn't allow discussion of facts or evidence that contradicts their opinion and they discriminately suspend and disable accounts of people who don't agree with their world view. Exhibit A: My attached photo. I explained in the appeal that gender dysphoria is a clinical mental illness as defined by the latest ******************************** diagnostic manual, DSM-V. Instead of reversing the hiding of my comment, because they know I have them dead-to-rights, they've been sitting on my appeal for hours and hours and hours.My account has been suspended over a dozen times, nearly all of them for bogus reasons.This claims to be a platform for everyone but it perpetuates animosity. Nextdoor Leads can't suspend members. Nextdoor Support suspends members. This member has been suspended more than 99% of members on Nextdoor and his next suspension will be for an indefinite time.

I was silenced on this page by someone reporting my reply to a customer. Then nextdoor said my account was fake and stated I needed to provide a photo ID? I asked if they ask everyone to provide as I was not going to be singled out. They came back with a lame response and said their policy requires them to *********. I am rejecting this response because: I identify as ************************ That is who I am. Upon multiple requests, Nextdoor has refused to provide a contact phone number to discuss this issue. They have since blocked my email and I cannot correspond with them. When asked to provide policy regarding identifying individuals I have been refused this information. I believe Nextdoor is targeting individuals in an unequal manner. If their policy is/was fare, they would make all individuals provide ** before signing up for the service. However, this is not the case, they target people to show ** because someone "filed a complaint" I asked nextdoor, if they verify the ** of the complaining persons? They never responded to this question. If not, they cannot ask me to do the same.
Further, I do not accept their response as it is unfair practice that is not equal treatment across their platform. If nextdoor can provide the information I have requested it would be a different situation, however they refuse to, they do not have a customer service phone number, so speaking with an appropriate person is impossible. There are so many things wrong with this company, however my issue of a profile reinstatement is necessary. I was targeted and treated unfairly by removing my profile.

I am rejecting this response because: regardless of ones email, or name changed bares zero meaning of an associated profile for a neighborhood community. If in fact verification for identity is crucial. Why is not every person screened to verify this from the beginning?Secondly, I have asked for a policy regarding this information to include proof they have asked others for said information, and have stated clearly, that I do not have any form of identity, and even if I did, why would I ever provide it to someone I dont know? Since you received a complaint about my name verification, was the one who made the complaint verified? If not, then I am being targeted!
Thirdly, I asked for a contact phone number. The way of speaking with someone over the phone (and who speaks english)to discuss this issue. Responding to a community chest email where you have no idea who one is speaking with is not a form of customer service.
When Nextdoor can provide to me they have requested ID from all of their members, I will provide a proper ID, until then, I am not and believe they have and continue to harass and target my joining of their webpage.

Nexdoor maliciously discontinued access to my business ads account with the intent to collect another moth of advertising of spam calls ads.The advertising feature is a scam me along with other businesses owners were getting our phone flooded with spam calls. And the de-activated business account before the next billing cycle is due in order to keep you aboard for another month scaming business owners out of money.Business Response
