    Nextdoor refuses to operate within their own guidelines for challenging account suspensions. I and others have repeatedly been targeted by a particular member who I believe to be working in concert with reviewers that have abused their power to work toward getting those they target suspended or removed permanently from the platform. Challenges to these suspensions are ignored by Nextdoor. In one case, a member who appears to work diligently to target select members has threatened me with physical violence, yet nothing has been done to remove this member from the platform.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    After repeated requests for Nextdoor to prove the allegations they have been silent.  They say I called neighbors pieces of ****, yet I have no knowledge of this.  I did call a robot a POS, but this is a robot, not a neightbor.  I also find it VERY suspect that Nextdoor chooses to suspend only select members while others that do far, far worse are allowed to remain.  And again, to date no action has been taken against the member that threatened me with physical/gun violence.  I guess maybe if he called a robot a POS there might be ramifications???

    I have an account on the Nextdoor App. I find that over the past several weeks my account has been the subject of online harassment by other members. I have made complaints to local moderators. However the moderators have restricted my use of the app. I believe I am being targeted as a result of my political beliefs.

    I have decided I want to close my Next Door account and sent a request to them to ask them how to do it. They responded they would do it and asked me to confirm. Before I had a chance to respond, they closed it and now refuse to respond to my request to reopen. I did not tell them to close it. I asked how to do it. Since I have some people I know only through Next Door, I wanted to let them know I was leaving the platform and how to contact me. I am finding Next Door has become the platform for the troll community and it provides no benefit to me. Only benefit is some acquaintances I made that I need to contact and they are the only vehicle I can use. My attachment shows the email traffic between me and them. I just want on for a short time to contact a few people and then I want off and never want on again. They are likely one of the worst social media platforms out there at this point. They won't remove all my personal information either stating I had been suspended at some point. Yes - they suspended me for false COVID information which was not false. I appealed and sent them proof but they did nothing. They also erroneously suspended me when a review team member told the person I reported as part of my review team duties, that I did it and was going to post it on the platform for all to see. She broke the rules and should have been suspended but was not. I believe it is age discrimination and have filed a complaint with Sen. ****** about this. They did shorten the suspension and apologized but it stayed on the books. Thank you.*********

    Date: 4/21/2023 I posted a link for a ******* video showing the Director of the *** testifying under oath that she admits that the Covid vaccine does not protect people from the virus. My post was deleted for "Posting disinformation." Obviously someone did not like the post and reported me. I have no problem with that, but for Nextdoor to agree that the *** Director's testimony was disinformation is beyond the pale.

    My original post was nothing more than a link for a CSPAN video regarding the Director of the *** testifying under oath to the ** Congress. I have no control over what she said. If Nextdoor does not like or agree with her comments, or if Nextdoor thinks that the *** is not a viable source of correct information regarding COVID 19 vaccinations, please post where "we" should go to get our information.

    I am rejecting this response because: The reason given by Nextdoor was that this was "Disinformation". No mention by Nextdoor as to an issue with the source. A testimony by the Director of the **** the source of everything Covid 19 and vaccinations should not be considered disinformation. Nextdoor is attempting to gaslight me as well as all of their readers.

    I was just kicked off Nextdoor for apparently discussing ********* If I did so, it was a long time ago. If I remember correctly someone else brought it up, had a discussion going and I think that I just said, never sell your ********* I have been advised by the Nextdoor Managers that we are not allowed to talk about ********* Social Security and ********* I have NEVER heard of a more ridiculous rule in my life. Many people sell ******** Advantage on ND. It seems to be okay for them to do so. I am mad as h*** I really feel that these managers are right will MAGA folks they know that I am a Democrat and they are discriminating against me because of it!! I would like for them to be shut down. This is nothing but a scam. I have asked them to show me where in their rules does it say we are not allowed to talk about those subjects??? I have read the rules over and over, I can not find anything!!! They really make me sick to my stomach!!! *************************

    The neighbor was suspended for continuing to talk about non-local politics after being asked to abide by Nextdoor's Guidelines time and time again going back to 2017. The neighbor was asked to move these topics to groups. This neighbor is also one of the most muted people on the platform. The suspension is correct.

    I originally created an account with Nextdoor to stay up to date on goings-on in my community but quickly started to receive an onslaught of notification emails for random posts of random people in cities and states I do not live in. I unsubscribed from their email list about 10 different times before realizing I was STILL set up to receive emails from them under the guise of different notification "categories". They have over 10 different "categories" of email notifications that you must unsubscribe from individually. I have unsubscribed from emails from all of their **** categories and am still receiving emails from them multiple times a day. I have contacted customer service multiple times to make it stop and it still has not. I even DELETED MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT AND ALL MY DATA ASSOCIATED WITH IT and am STILL receiving emails. This is a violation of the CAN_SPAM Act and I have also filed a complaint with the **** Not only is what they are doing wrong and illegal, it's horrible business

    They discriminate against certain people and it is very clear As others I know have been banned never naming a political group or party and I did not either but got banned And many in the chat of over 120 + used similar language to me

    You are not allowed to voice your freedom of speech, even if it is allowed. Today, April 14th, 2023 I was banned for 4 days from signing into Next door because of a man named *********************** in Colonial Acres in ******* ********* who used to be my neighbor. Every time I would post something he would put laughing faces next to everything I said. I asked if he thought it was funny, Then I told him I was reporting him and to leave me alone and I was the one banned for 4 days. I said nothing wrong. This is an occurrence that happens all the time from Leads. I know you don't care but I had to file a complaint.

    Ive been getting emails non stop from Nextdoor.com and I want it to stop!Im tired of hitting the same unsubscribe button several times a day.I have sent them several complaints about this but I still get email after email from them.Please make it stop.

    In December, *************** contacted Nextdoor about a concern for our familys safety. Reports about *************************** were submitted to Nextdoor. She was harassing and stalking and sending harassing messages. A police report was filed and Nextdoor banned her. She got back on Nextdoor and started the harassment again. Both of us, ****** and ************************* have again submitted to Nextdoor our info showing continued harassment but Nextdoors suggestion was to deal with on personal messaging. Why would I do that when the police said NO CONTACT. Nextdoor is not taking this situation of cyberstalking seriously. She has now sent personal messages to *********************. As disabled senior citizens, we find the lack of concern for our familys safety by Nextdoor concerning. Do they not react because of our age? All of the harassment by ************** is all on Nextdoor. A police report was filed in December and added to last week. ************** has been contacted by the police and told to stop. But Nextdoor is not taking this seriously. We have made repeated complaints to nextdoor and it seems by doing so we are being penalized. ****, a support team rep from Nextdoor stated her contact with us is not a violation.

    We're sorry to hear about this. If the neighbor is violating some sort of contact situation on Nextdoor, that should be reported to the correct officers. Nextdoor can't litigate those scenarios. If the neighbor is violating Nextdoor's Guidelines, that's something we can take action on.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have reported my concern for my family's safety to the right process for Nextdoor. Nextdoor is just ignoring my reports.
    She had a ban after the first set of harassing posts, comments, and personal messages. When she got back on months later, she started the harassment back up by sending me a personal message. Nextdoor is just ignoring my reports of our personal safety concern and doing nothing about the person harassing us. The original police report was from her posts, comments, and personal messages from December/January. That police report was added onto on April 7th after I got an harassing personal message from her. All this info has been given to Nextdoor and they have done nothing to protect us. It is a Nextdoor Guideline violation to harass members. I have been advised to report Nextdoor to the ** office since Nextdoor is ignoring our concern for our familys safety.
