    My post was not about religion it was about discrimination. Furthermore, someone shared it in their group and it still was removed.

    The Caucasian woman that reported my post is the Director of the childcare center I posted about.

    You used religion to agree with her due to scripture or two in my post.

    This was biased and unfair due to someone being in their feelings and being a known racist

    it seems that Next Door App review team chooses who they don't like to silence them. I have taken numerous of pictures of two or three people posting the exact same thing and only one person is removed. it makes no sense, one person even went to the point of using threatening language and their post remain intact. no consistency. I also have those pictures to show. now I one day mentioned a personal story how we survived this tragic accident on the new, and I thank God. my post was removed for religious affiliation. this happened to me twice, but at the same time there been numerous of people mentioning God and they remain.I been told by others if I want to talk about God I should set up a group. Well God is not a religion, and its even written in the ** Currency " In God we Trust" this is why Next door Marketing team will not use the statement mentioning God, they use religious instead, this shows that the reviewers are uneducated, and will continue to remove and harass one person, with no solid ground. Now the next door app has violated my rights, when they request that I start a group forcing me to start a ministry in order to use the word God. so in one topic I choose to ask people if they were interested to "Private message" me, but Next door remove me for following guidelines. I did speak on experience and know the ins and outs and why the last team did not work, but the next door Affilliates labeled me as discrimination, being latino I say that I should be use to it. my last post I actually was interested in why the federal Government is asking for My sexual preference, this is a legit question, but Next door has allowed one women to harass me, call me names, event starts to get people to seek revenge, what does next door do " Nothing" I believe that she is allowed because she is white. but in reality the topic was not demeaning, I even wrote that this a federal question for student loans for the transgender movement and the Mexican ********.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The quick answer from the corporate office shows that they did not look into the matter.

     There have been numerous of times that I been removed for something that was not breaking any rules. 
    The rules says no religion, speaking of God is not a religion. The suggestion from Next door to start a ministry Group without Gods Consent is in violation with my believes. 

    Thanking God is not a ministry. In God we trust is not a religion, Christmas and Easter would then not be allowed on the main forum. 
      
    it is obvious that Next Door is not educated on the word Religion and God. 

    God is written in the Military oath, is that *** a religion document? God is written on the walls of Court house, does that make the court house  a Church? 
     When you swear on the Bible does the President *** become a minister because he swear to the Almighty? 

    The answer and reason they removed me was because I mentioned God. Their words

    but numerous of neighbors have mentioned God and they are not removed. Many have bully but they are not removed. 
    Many agree that next door has chosen who stays and who goes? Why not remove everyone that says God. 
     
    The last post I wrote I tried to follow the rules and  I said that I wanted to start a Group for ministry to Private message me so we can started. There is no preaching, there is no religion, there is no praying , there is no quoting scriptures, I tried to follow the rules and wanted to start a group and even after following the rules I was targeted and removed. Trying to start a group is in violation as well. 90% of the neighbors have posted that they love all my post, they are not offended, they k*** that I am being harassed and targeted.

    it is obvious that Next door has entered into s psychological warfare for purposes of influencing target population. The use s tactic by being manipulated and remove people no matter how nonsensical. 
    Ephesians 4:11 every preacher must be first a foremost a teacher of Gods word. But Next door wants ** to break our commitment to God, start a Group on Next Door Command.

    To simplify it not every mention of God is a religion and one should not be forced to speak on the Commandments of Next door. 
    Romans 8:28 if he has called you to preach that call will not be denied. I am not called to preach. 
    In the end our neighborhood has many who are waiting for a correct answer.

    For two days I have been given the message, "sorry, there was an error loading your feed", with an elaborate smiley face. I went to reactivate, after spending time researching the web for an explanation, and found a message that I've been suspended for a month. Absolutely no idea what/when/why, or really if. Extremely concerned that Nextdoor is a left wing and media supported platform. I'm more than sure their reason will be, 'went against standards' (solely judged by that individual or AI, at that time, discussing their side, of their issue).

    The account was suspended for violating Nextdoor's Guidelines for incivility. But the suspension was changed. It was originally too harsh of a suspension. We apologize to the member. Their account shouldn't have been suspended for that length of time.

    My account has been locked with no notice or explanation. The only thing I can see is that I violated guidelines, with no explanation of the violation or what prompted the violation. What I stated on different posts was pushback on slanderous posts by another user. At this point I just need the reason and post they state was a violation and a detailed account of how they have come to this conclusion.

    I am rejecting this response because: The arbitrary manner in which so called violations are decided by those who like many read 1 passage out of a bible and use it as a weapon. In context my post was not in violation of their rules and guidelines and was wrongly flagged. The fact that there is no notice of being banned and no communication other than being locked out when you click a notice of a post on your email, shows that the platform is not a place to express yourself as a community but rather a control by others on first amendment rights. Your rights and ability to use the platform are controlled by people with varying degrees of what they find to be violations, again in context my post was not against their guidelines yes I did not sugar coat my response and that seems to be what offended the staff of nextdoor. The person whom I responded to has a history of slander and hate towards institutions and people but has been allowed numerous times on their platform, so the only conclusion is that as long as nextdoor agrees with the attacks and slander then it is allowed.  You can not take a snippet of a post without its entirety and make conclusions about a post or response.

    Each neighbor has a responsibility to stay within the guidelines. If someone violates the guidelines we will handle that case independently. But just because one neighbor is suspended, doesn't mean the other neighbor didn't.

    I was suspended in January, 2023  (Case # ********) because a comment I made was not from an acceptable source such as the CDC.  I can supply the screen grab of the ** Support email stating that position if you wish.  Please note that the author of the email is a Supervisor.


    I was suspended in October, 2021 (Case # ********) because a comment I made referenced a CDC study.  Again, should you need additional details I can provide a screen grab of the ** Support email.


    So, I get suspended when I cite a CDC source (Case # ******** )..and.I get suspended when I dont cite a CDC source (Case # ******** ).


    How can that happen?



    Why dont you just answer my question?


    Also, since my complaint included:


    Multiple emails from ** Support have focused on the fact that I am suspended, with no attempt at the explanation I am requesting.


    Your response includes telling me something that I already know and have been told already when you say:

    As we've suggested multiple times.


    So, are you not answering my question (How can that happen?) because the answer is:


    A.) We discriminate against conservatives and censor them because we are tres gauche (French for very left).


    Or:


    B.) We cant defend your suspensions because there is no defense.


    Or:


    C.) We are a private company and the free speech protections of the Constitution do not apply.*


    So, please answer the question I asked in the complaint.

    If you sign up for an account with Nextdoor they start sending you spam whether you selected marketing emails or not. They do not respect unsubscribe requests; they force you to log into your account to unsubscribe. They pretend otherwise by putting an unsubscribe button in the email, but through that link you can ONLY unsubscribe from one out of about 50 different email categories; whichever one the email was under.

    Next door ans all those like this and **** partners need shut down. Legalized spying and data brokering and sharing and abuse of location, PII, SPI and law enforcement should not even this. Public so called provate partnership have gone too far and role based systematic spying should be illegal. Universities and cities that use this need shut down. Apps are used to track and exploit people and circumstances and also to create fake narratives. ******** for sure needs this shut down. As well as any community policingProgram.they share data with ***** *** ******** and third parties as well and is basically communist communities. ** needs to do better by cities and communities and quit paying for this stuff and encouraging it. Puts every citizen at risk. And stalking is common and accepted. Very bad data strategy and policy. And allows trimming of children and spying by so called provate eyes and creates bad precedence for the entire nation. And exploits every citizen and household. Cc. States Attorney. SEC ****

    While trying to rehome puppies, activists on the Next Door app began harassing me, name calling, shaming, and there were threats of physical violence towards me. Someone even posted my address in an encouragement of violence. I reported the bullying and Im the one who received the banning. Next Door does NOTHING to the bullies!!!! Nothing!!I cant upload the supporting documents because theyre on NEXT DOOR account, which Im banned from.

    The neighbor was suspended for public shaming and that suspension is correct. But the account is up for reactivation. The neighbor should report other neighbors who she believes are violating the guidelines.

    The business continually emails me, despite my unsubscribing from their email list every time I receive an email from them. When I've clicked on the unsubscribe link on this most recent email (sent today, May 8, 2023), it took me to an inaccessible page, not allowing me to unsubscribe.At first, I was getting too many emails from them. So I unsubscribed in 2021. But now I just don't want to get anything from them at all and they still email me.This seems to be a violation of the Can Spam Act and I would like them to stop contacting me.
