    Hi, so you guys keep suspending my account on policy that is within the guidelines. Often the politics I mention are local ***************** that affect us. Which was my intention in the second comment shown that you suspended me over disrespect. Just wondering if ********* in that thread got the same indefinite suspension since they were antagonizing everyone in that thread. Also, is asking someone if they repeat themselves in a paraphrased way really disrespect? They were condescending everyone in that thread & even when I've reported someone flat out insulting me in past situations, who have said worse things to me, next door didn't think it violated the guidelines. Apparently though I violate the guidelines & get an indefinite suspension for sticking up for myself when I am talking about really local things. Please give me my account back. This is truly unfair when the policy doesn't state anything of the sort that you suspended me over. It was mild compared to other things said to me that next door never had my back on before things escalated. Next door seems to pick & choose whatever they feel on a certain day versus actually sticking to the policy that even leads & review team don't stick to. It's not a good system.

    I am getting charged by Nextdoor for an Ad but when I log in it says there is no Ad so no way for me to cancel and no way to contact anyone, I will report to my credit card as well but I need to cancel this charge. They are the worst, when you pay for an Ad you can't see it you have no way of knowing it is even displayed then when you ask they don't repond and there is not way to even cancel this mysterious add and no way to contact ***************** the entire Ad process is fraud.

    I am rejecting this response because: I followed Nexdoors complaint process and have not even received a reply. They are charging me daily, are not advertising my website and I have no way to cancel (as it is showing in their website that I don't have an Ad at all) but they are charging me $5 per day for nothing. This is pure fraud. They won't respond to me at all!

I complained that Mr. ***** violated Nextdoor.com policies in posting inaccurate and demeaning material, but ********* and Mr. ***** have not acted on my complaint.Please provide me with all correspondence between Mr. ****** any other person involved in flagging my account and *********. Mr. ******* improper conduct in abusing his position as the Nextdoor.com ********************** and his coordination with Clifts *************************** President ***** ******* and other Nextdoor.com moderators to suppress content and suspend accounts for his personal gain. **** ***** is also the Clifts *************************** Secretary/Treasurer/Webmaster as well as the Group Admin for the ************ ********************** where he similarly suppresses/refuses to post content. Of particular note he was running for reelection to the Clifts *************************** during the time that he suspended my account and others. He routinely closed discussions on content about him or the Clifts *************************** Board, purportedly at the direction of the Clifts *************************** President ***** *******.I was told by a Clifts *************************** Board member that all it takes for Mr. ***** to get an account suspended is for him to "make a phone call." The Nextdoor.com ********************** is completely controlled by the Clifts *************************** Board. Mr. ***** must be removed as the Group Lead and that responsibility assigned to another Clifts *************************** Board member.Those moderators acting at the behest of Mr. ***** should be admonished or removed.What exists today is a corrupt system where *********** in coordination with moderators that he has worked with for years - are improperly suppressing content and suspending accounts. Multiple Clifts *************************** homeowners have cited similar experiences.

    Please don't let young children on this website. 0 Stars if I could.I made a post looking to adopt a dog, and 4 different people called me names and attacked me in replies. I was replied telling them they are psycho or an idiot for thinking that way and spreading disinformation. My reply was taken down but after trying to get their reply taken down, they said it does not break any guidelines lol. I can't say what they said, it is not fit for a review. I guess as long as your picture is a good looking female, they allow you to say what you want. I don't appreciate the sexism from this company either. I'm sure they will ban me for making this complaint. BBB1 picture is Holy calling an entire group of people disgusting. When I called someone attacking me an idiot or a psycho, they took mine down, I reported holy but they kept hers up. She is allowed to call people names that are untrue but when i describe someone who is attacking me, they took my post down and left the attackers up.The second picture is me responding to the person who attacked me after I just made a post looking to adopt a puppy. I have blocked almost all of them before I made this post and of course nextdoor will not let me unblock someone so I can show the msgs here.

    Inconsistent moderation according to Nextdoor's own guidleines. Moderators have shown extreme bias to certain groups of people and target others. I can see why this company has a 1 star review on BBB. When the following email was written to support, there was no reply at all. This is the letter that was emailed to them:Dear Nextdoor Support:I am writing after my recent suspension from Nextdoor, which appeared to be applied unfairly and inconsistently in comparison to other users. My suspension resulted from my response to posts containing national political discussions, yet I have observed that similar or even more overtly political threads - created by other users - remain active without any apparent enforcement action.I have previously reported such violations to Nextdoor, yet these posts and threads remain accessible, and the users responsible for them do not appear to have faced suspension or any other disciplinary action. This selective enforcement raises concerns regarding the fairness and neutrality of Nextdoor's moderation practices.Under Nextdoor's stated guidelines, all users should be subject to the same rules and consequences. However, the failure to take consistent action against similar posts while suspending my account suggests an arbitrary or biased approach to moderation. I respectfully request:A clear and specific explanation for my suspension, including which guidelines were allegedly violated noting that my comments were in response to other comments that mentioned national politics.If any suspension was taken to creators of the posts that I responded to that resulted in my suspension.A review of the reported posts that remain active to ensure that moderation policies are applied fairly.I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this issue.     I am rejecting this response because this issue was originally made to the moderator(s) and when no action or response was taken, the letter was written which was also had no response.  Problem is that the moderators are inconsistent and are appointed by each other. When they used to show the moderators, one had an image glorifying January 6th.  It seems that right wing extremist are not moderated at all.  When cornered on their consistency, no reply is their reply.

    I received a 30 day account suspension notice for posting national political content and Nextdoor showed 3 posts they claim violated guidelines. Only one of the 3 was authored by myself. The 2 others had no real content, one showed phone numbers for some business and the line That info was from ******.***** ****** | Key Accounts *** 0: ************ C: ************ The other was simply I agree with *******. Dewberries. The third I posted a month or so ago about Veterans in **** protesting cuts. It was a link to an Ohio newspaper article. I was told by several leads that like the guidelines say, a national link to local politics is allowed so Ohio topics are fine. In fact I had posted a newspaper article about Cleveland and other food banks losing tons of food due to cuts. It was removed, I appealed and it was reinstated. In fact a couple of leads then posted how Nextdoor guidelines allow national politics if theres a local connection so please do not report these. There have been complaints by leads that certain people are targeted to be reported when they dont like the content. So not only was I unjustly reported- 2 posts fraudulent use of my name, the third post within guidelines. My account was hacked in order to create the fraudulent posts in my name. They had NO political content. I appealed and told today simply that my material violated guidelines, no investigation of the fraud addressed. So Nextdoor doesnt care about account security and does not help when it is reported.

    2 of the 3 posts were NOT by me NOR did they violate any Nextdoor policy. Nextdoor has not explained why these 2 fraudulent posts were reported nor did Nextdoor investigate who reported them and who wrote them since it was not me. Looking at these 2 it is obvious there is an error. They are in no way violating any rules and are mundane with barely any content.

    This is about Nextdoor.com......We have 3 reviewers on our area site that are campaigning against 2 candidates in a local ******************** election......these 3 reviewers (*** ****, ***** *********, *** *** Tuncicliffe) have created false stories about local issues to falsely influence people to vote against these 2 candidates. The ( there a a few of us) refute their false narratives, we get censored .....our requests for another review is always negative because they have 3 area reviewers.......I actually posted: *** and ****, why are you removing our responses to your information and was kicked off Nextdoor for the next 2 weeks.....this is the second time. I and others believe that this is a false community information operation to influence an election. Can you help and is there a ************** that we can report *** and have an investigation?

    nextdoor seems to have come to a place where their political views are biased and being a Democrat and caring what is happening to people I am concerned. I have been suspended while others who attack the former ***** and other people who disparage others are free to say what they want.I was on a suspension for a post about dictatorship not written by me just a quote and told I was disrespectful.I joked and said I was pardoned and never mentioned ND in the post and I was suspended for that too also **************** I only allowed to post about a sugar cookie recipe while others can post the nastiest hateful posts ever?It seems that most hate comes from men it can't be because I am a woman with my own mind, can it? or can it? One man responded to me I don't know who you are and I don't care and continued to disparage me ......is that not disrespectful? Is this site really for people that support the ***** only? Am I not allowed to voice my concerns? Should ND advise people that opposition to the man in power now will not be tolerated? This is a scary time for many people shouldn't we be warned of their views? I fail to see how my posting I have been pardoned or saying things are bad and listing them is disrespectful..........it is a dangerous place for those who are not allowed to counter hate and we need to know.

    The neighbor was suspended for three days and is now off suspension. The account was suspended because of complaining about moderation and being uncivil.
