    I signed up for an accounting a long time ago. Since then, Ive unsubscribed from all emails multiple times, but they continue to come into my inbox. Its spam and super annoying.

    Ok I have been dealing with a person by the name of ****** ***** who has been stalking me Ive made a different page here he comes reporting me for absolutely nothing Ive been dealing with a very bad neighbor since 2016 I simply posted asking for help since the city nor the police can do a thing this individual messaged me acting like he would help dont know who he is and how he knows who I am shortly after my acct was band stating it was a duplicate however their guidelines specifically state you can have more than 1 account so long as they have different emails ( mine did ! ) this ****** *** has been blocked but how this place has it you can block ppl but they can still see your posts! Hes now taunting me via my husbands page! Im so sick of Nextdoor ! Theyre biased and need to be held accountable!!!! Ive done nothing wrong yet I get banned the one who is stalking me is still allowed to continue the behavior no matter what I do he is able to locate my account I just want him to leave me alone and Nextdoor warn him to stop stalking me !!!

    You can have two accounts if you live in two different residences, not two accounts at the same residence.

    One of the neighbor's accounts was suspended and with the other account, she deactivated it.

    I'm filing this complaint after watching the way this company has treated my new neighbors and their ************ neighbors are Native American, and they have been the targets of racism here locally.The members on Nextdoor were awful to them.The people running it have denied them access to the sight stating their names were ****************'s their real Native names.Many have both an English and Native name.Then they said they do not live here, they do.They own all these buildings.Nextdoor won't take their electricity bills and water bills as proof, but they take it from everyone *******'s not ********'s discrimination.They also took away their whole family's accounts, even ones who live in ************ and I'm in ********Why?They didn't do ***********'s just ******** neighbor here who is married to one of them had his account removed because he reported Nextdoor to the government for ***************** they took his account too.He didn't do anything.I bet now they take mine too.

    I feel like Ive been targeted when posting on ND. Im not rude or ugly in my post, but due to the fact that the lead has a different political agenda I am being deleted. He is biased & manipulating. I cant post for fearing of what he will do & Im not the only person that feels this way. Its like he is running his political campaign on **. He says things on ND that I consider harassment. He condones false information if it is to his political gain. Mr. **** ******** is a lead & a reviewer. He isnt professional doesnt represent ND in the manner in which I hope they want to be represented. He projects a bad image for all that are associated with ND.

    After receiving several flyers in my home mailbox inviting me to join the Nextdoor (ND) platform I decided to do so about a year ago. Within a very short period of time I started being targeted by a specific Nextdoor Neighborhood Moderator named "****" who not only appeared hyper focused on commenting on almost every post or comment I made, but "****" also started sending me private messages criticizing me after I alerted my neighbors to a serious issues like a police SWAT standoff with another neighbor that was very concerning. Another incident potentially involving the same moderator occurred when I alerted neighbors about two men who attempted to inappropriate touch me in a local grocery store. I ended up having to block "****" but he somehow still managed to send me at least one message. I finally reported "****" to ND and didn't have further issues with ND for a while until last week. What appeared to be an individual using a troll account started flagging my posts and incorrectly accusing me of breaking various ND guidelines. I expressed concerns about these incidents because they are happening with increasing frequency and multiple users in my group, and outside have voiced similar concerns. In response my account was suspended for "complaining openly about moderators" and was supposed to be reinstated on 3/15. However it has not been reinstated. One of the biggest concerns I have with ND is the fact that users don't know who moderators are because they are not listed. I was only able to identify "****" because he was so persistent and messaged me privately. It's frustrating enough to have individuals maliciously using troll accounts to flag posts for whatever juvenile reasons they may be doing so, but the fact that actual moderators may be targeting their real neighbors has created a very toxic dynamic where an individual who may be someone's disgruntled neighbor can volunteer to be an anonymous ND moderator and target others inappropriately.

    I am a resident at *****************, and provided Nextdoor with proof of this residence. Nextdoor refuses to allow me access to the site after I made complaints for racial attacks I witnessed targeting *** ****** **** by it's moderation team. This action is retaliatory in nature and is in violation of my civil rights and whistleblower laws. My landlord, *** ****, has corroborated my informationn and provided copies of utility bills and proof of residence himself with multiple documents. Nextdoor has effectively banned ANYONE living in any of the Litttle Hawk or **** residence in retaliation. None of these people have more than one account as Nextdoor states, or ever have. Nextdoor also is practicing reverse discrimination based on sexual orientaiton. ******** has a DOCUMENTED history of its own gay and transgender staff allowing gay and transgender member to use utility bills ONLY for proof of name and residence and to abbreviate their name, use an alternat name other than their legal and born one stating it is their "true and found name" and they too have done this. Imagine my disdain seeing them not allow a straight Native American Man to use his family name that is hundreds of years old, and not just made up in a DEI ploy. A name that was stolen from the family by force in a work camp similar to the ones **** ******* used during the holocaust as the government and church attempted to remove his race through assimilation and genocide.

    I own multiple rental properties and homes in multiple states. At many of them family members either live or vacation at them. I pay all utilities, cable, and internet at each. At those, especially in vacation areas and *******, I have each FT or Seasonal tenant register their name on their unit or house account but retain the account under my name. It aids in each person having proof of residency when applying for other various needs. It is common practice. My son, who is of Native American Heritage, was the subject of racial abuse on the Nextdoor site and targeted by users and it's local moderatoion team. Instead of Nextdoor stepping in and targeting the offenders, it set it's sites on my son instead and without reason banned him from the site. When my son attempted to provide his Native name and address on a VALID utility bill which had both, Nextdoor refused him based on his name being "fake." It also began asking for him to provide sensitive personl informaiton in the form of an ID they would keep on file, which they have no right to considering the history of data breach in social media platforms. Secondly, Nextdoor has a documented history of accepting these documents as proof of ID AND allowed both transgender and gay memebers to FREELY use other names than their legal one. Thus, not only are we facing racial discrimination we are facing reverse discrimination as many of the people making these decisions in ************* are indeed Gay and Transgender. I am in possesion of a set of email correspondence between a transgender Nextdoor staff member and a gay member where they both accepted a utility bill as proof of residency and allowed the person to use a form of their abbreviated last name instead of their real "Government" name. Being Indian, this is extrmely offensive not to allow a native to use their name. I have provided copies of both the water and electric bills for EVERY unit in quesiton with legal names and addresses. ******** has banned ALL tenants

    The neighbor needs to be in touch with our support team, which they have been. Some signals point to possible fraud happening, hence the issues the neighbor has been having. They know what they need to send in for verification proof.

    Since, Nextdoor turned over certain leadership tools to leads it has been hard to get a resolve of issues. I have emailed a number of times without response. I am seeking my account reinstated, and was advised after February 11, 2025 I could seek reinstatement. Therefore, I am escalating to this format for a response, especially with so many of my peers and family experiencing the same and they were reinstated right away.

    I am rejecting this response because: Nextdoor ignored my emails for close to 3 months in returning to the platform ( I was advised I had to wait a year) until I made this complaint. My account was then removed from its semi-permanent suspension status just a few days ago. However, many people were in the same situation as I and they experienced an immediate restoration and their communication was deemed worse. I would like Nextdoor to engage in fair practices and monitor their Leads who often go off the rails, yet are restored back into their positions. This is not fair.

    I have had several posts flagged for removal. The claims have typically been violating guidelines for spam. My most recent post removed was a beautiful photo of the American flag, in the sunshine. This post had over 100 community likes and several positive comments. After the photo was flagged for removal, I proceeded to do a quick research of other posts. Within ******************************************************************************* nature. However, these posts had not been flagged for removal. It seems that the moderators on this site are biased and are clearly discriminating. Their decisions are being based on emotion and personal choice and not regulation. For your review, I have attached my photo flagged as spam and removed, along with examples of other photos that have not been removed. I have seen several similar complaints in recent days. Perhaps corporate affiliates or attorneys can investigate and resolve this issue.

    I was recently notified that my account was indefinitely suspended, following a 2 week suspension. The action was prompted by a Direct Message conversation with **** ******** (**** *.) challenging him on his ongoing harassment and bullying within Nextdoor.**** ******** is well known within the ****** Community as someone who uses his position as a Nextdoor Reviewer to help spread false information within our community around development, and control the narrative around our Town Council elections. He is not alone in this behavior, but he is certainly the leader of it. I am now 1 of 4 people that he has target to get fully removed from Nextdoor.Regarding my recent indefinite suspension, **** targeted specific old posts of mine, reported them out of context and then voted + recruited other reviewers to vote in having the comments removed. Bills biased review behavior has been frequently documented and reported. Aside from his behavior as a biased reviewer, he also manipulates his posts so that they harass individuals while appearing innocent. He will post pictures that essentially call people names so that his comments arent auto-flagged, etc. He also has a history of sending and then rapidly deleting or editing posts and private messages in an attempt to hide before he can be reported or reprimanded. Make no mistake: his behavior not only breaks your Community Guidelines, it has also risen to the level or criminal harassment. This is not the behavior of a Reviewer or a Lead. His conduct has now stripped me of access to Nextdoor, despite being a candidate in our upcoming election. **** is fully aware of this. I am pleading with you to review the facts, all of which have been previously provided with attachments and reinstate my account. I am also asking, on behalf of our community that you remove **** as a Nextdoor reviewer. His conduct is no different than what cost me my account, and if you wont take his access then it seems unethical to strip me of mine.

    This is a followup to BBB Complaint ******** which was originally resolved on 3/15. The purpose of that complaint was to highlight issues with a specific local reviewer and his targeted harassment that led to my account being indefinitely suspended. As a result of BBB Case #******** Nextdoor agreed with the facts that I laid out and after completing their own investigation my account was reinstated. Since that time, I have had little interaction on Nextdoor. To my knowledge I have not commented on any post, nor have I stated a new post. However, on 5/7 my account was again suspended indefinitely. Nothing has changed since my account was reinstated on 3/15 meaning that I was either again targeted by a local reviewer or this is an error. I attempted to appeal the suspension using the usual methods and was denied. My request is that my account again be reinstated and an explanation provided as to why this occurred again. If a specific reviewer is to blame, as I suspect is the case then Nextdoor should take action to ensure this doesnt continue to happen.

    I am rejecting this response. There have been no changes to my account, including interactions with other neighbors since my original BBB complaint was Accepted and you reversed course. If you are now amending your decision, it is clearly being done with false or a general lack of supporting evidence. Your unwillingness to provide further reasoning for your decision only supports my claim. This is more evidence in an already vast pool of NextDoor not consistently following their own policies. These decisions are detrimental to your shareholders and will have long term consequence.
