While a refund generally takes 3-5 days to be processed, it's possible for it to take longer. We can only initiate the refund. We have cancelled all memberships. As a courtesy, we have reversed the pending payment and refunded the processed payment back to the payment option used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred. There were 2 fraudulent charges submitted to my credit card this morning from this company. $26.54 at 10:43am EST and $4.99 at 10:47am EST. I have never had ANY contact with this company or purchased ANY type of services from this company. This is obvious credit card fraud. Ok so on April 17 2023 I wanted to do a search on a number that called me and I looked up a website to help me find information on the number/person out of curiosity so I found intelius.com I put the number in and they said I had to pay a 0.95$ to find out more information so I payed it and I did this on 2 accounts due to not being able to sign in to the first account but while it advertises that you have to pay 0.95$ only it hides a hidden message that says if you dont cancel a free trial in 6 days they will charge 34.95$ monthly so without me knowing I was charged for the first time on April 23rd 2023 on the 1st account without me knowing at all since I never received an email that they charged me again then just recently on may 11th 2023 that I have been charged by intelius for another 34.95$ if it werent for me checking my bank statements I wouldnt have known and wouldve been kept being charged monthly. I wanted to file this complaint on the fact that this company hides the fact that you are entering a membership because you wanted to receive a report faster for what you thought was 0.95$ this website feels like a scam and many others have also been caught in this companys trap and many others have said that when they request a refund they deny them saying it was their fault for not checking clearly while I want a refund I also want others to know of thisBusiness Response

If the user believes they may have created an additional membership or if they are seeing any eroneous charges, they are kindly requested to provide one of the following based on their method of payment:
Their PayPal email address and/or PayPal Transaction ID number, Amazon Pay Billing Agreement ID, or the first six and last four numbers of the credit card being charged. This information will assist in locating their membership.
