      After numerous attempts to get them to suppress my data as it is incorrect and dealing with the contact and help department they keep saying they have no record on me. But my life story pops up when I search my name I keep telling them sending them the link proving they have some of my info and some isn't correct do to them using a out of date and lost email from 20 years ago and they just keep reporting the same thing over and over again with no help as to correct the problem and suppress my data.

      once again this company came up while searching for free reverse phone look up. once again it looks up the number after spending five minutes answering questions just to tell me my results are ready if u want to ee them enter cc info. I guess the only thing free was my time wasted . just another scam

      I tried to use this service and pay for it but they said my info is being used on another account. I changed phones but that was it. I didn't change my information. They won't let me go any farther. That's not right. I will give another company my money.

      Beware of this company, its sister company, and their deceptive identity protection service. I had a subscription to their service, but canceled both in May 2025 due to failure to meet my expectations for the service.I canceled the service with *********, thinking I had canceled the service with both companies because the name on my billing statement for both monthly charges included only the Intellius name and their phone number. After speaking to an Intelius representative, I discovered just today that I need to contact ********* to cancel directly with them. Still, my statement has no name or phone number to call and cancel with Omniwatch.I had to request that the ********* representative secure the phone number so I could call and cancel my account directly with Ominiwatch. You would think that ********* would be amenable to canceling and refunding my account, but they agreed to cancel my subscription but declined to refund my account.

      **************** was completely useless when I emailed them that someone used their website to try to find me to harm me. They sent the same scripted message repeatedly that they couldnt understand what the problem was I was trying to bring up. I repeatedly asked for their (very thankfully) incorrect info to be removed from the website, and got a different associate that somehow wasnt able to read each and every time.

      False advertisement. They claim no fees, 100% free, but after gathering consumer's personal information it takes about 10 minutes to produce the supposed report which in the end is not free. You need to pay for the report. None of these "free online phone lookup" companies are upfront about their charges
