I used their service once in 2022, in the meantime they have been charging my account $37.88 monthly for three years totaling over $900, and they agree that they see in the system that I have not used their services since 2022, but they refuse to give me my money back, even though I havent been working this entire time and can barely find a place to sleep let alone spending moneyIntelius.com

These terms are clearly stated on our registration page, in our Terms of Use, and are also included in the confirmation email sent after signup.Our records indicate that the charges associated with your account were disputed through your financial institution, resulting in a chargeback. When a chargeback is filed, it signals that the account is in formal dispute with the bank or card issuer. As a result, we are unable to issue a direct refund and recommend working with your financial institution for any further resolution. The membership was immediately canceled, and no additional charges will be incurred. You've Got To Try This Helpful Phone Lookup Service. ********************** Uncovers Detailed Reports With A Simple Phone Number ************************, while it may say ********************** & not Intelius, if you enter a phone number there to be looked up, it is immediately forwarded to the Intelius webpage. ********************** is operated by Intelius, a major provider of public records and background check services based in *******, **********, and owned by **************************** So Intellius, don't blow smoke up my a** about being free, hiding behind another URL, just to be not free at all. And how you show a BBB A rating is beyond me. This is false advertising at its best, hiding behind the veil of a front URL before getting the understanding you've been lied to!Intelius.com

I dont know if some of these people that are saying its a great app work for the company but this app ruined my life. I am on the verge of divorce because of this fake app and the fake information it has my wife downloaded this app she had access to my Call logs and would look up all the numbers and some of the numbers she looked up. The most horrific part is that all the numbers she looked up were not the people associated with those accounts so my wife ruined my businesses and my relationships with business partners because of you guys and your fake information if I can leave negative stars I would.Intelius.com

They advertise their services as being FREE and of course after 10 hoops it is NOT FREE. THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS MADE TO MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION AFTER THEY ADD ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT. ****! ****! I DON'T SEE HOW THEY GOT AN "A" RATING? DON'T USE IT!! A TRAP!! I used the site to check on a company to verify if it was legit and I never got my report. WISH I COULD GIVE IT A 1/2 STAR!!Intelius.com
