      I am not requesting the return of my business account. My complaint is about the broader damage caused by Meta's faulty algorithmic enforcement, which misidentifies legitimate businesses and flags them unfairly.I run a small digital education company with over ****** followers on Instagram. At the age of 62, my account was flagged as if I were a 13-year-old, simply because Metas algorithm made a wrong assumption.I lost credibility in front of thousands of real customers who trusted me. The algorithm's decision was final, and there was no meaningful human review. I had no chance to explain, appeal properly, or receive any logical response. This has caused financial and emotional harm, and irreversibly damaged the trust I had built over years.This complaint is about how automated systems with no accountability can destroy real businesses, and how **** seems unwilling to correct or even acknowledge these *****. I want to raise awareness and demand accountability.

      My son's Instagram account (@cameronbrisky) was wrongfully disabled in August 2025, due to an old email that was originally used to set up the account when he was in middle school and is no longer in service. He followed the appeals process, sending in the required picture confirming that he is a real person, update email, etc. but was denied without explanation. He uses his Instagram in conjunction with work, thus disabling his account affects his livelihood. This matter could be resolved by **** in a matter of seconds, but their customer service is nonexistent despite booking net income of $62billion last year. This needs to be resolved in the next two weeks or the account data will be permanently eliminated.

      We use ***** services, specifically Facebook and Instagram Ads, to advertise and generate leads for our business. Recently, our advertising account was suspended without clear explanation.We immediately filed an appeal, but we have not received any response or resolution. It has now been over 24 hours since the suspension, and this delay is significantly impacting our business operations, as Meta Ads are one of our primary methods for client outreach and lead generation.We believe this suspension is unjust, as our business follows advertising policies and relies on ***** platform to serve our customers.       Hello - both my Instagram (@_jstuart_) and Facebook were wrongfully suspended without notice, which is part of a systemic issue with their AI over the past few months that has been covered by several news outlets, but not properly addressed. I have had these accounts for 15+ years and have always maintained their integrity. Losing them has made a meaningful impact on my life, as IG is my primary method for communicating with my community globally. I have also lost precious memories dating back to middle school from my FB (including my conversations with my grandfather, who passed away this year - FB was how we communicated because he moved abroad several years ago).Meta has not acted in good faith by 1) allowing their AI to terminate their service without notice or proof of violation (of which, there is none) and 2) not providing any suitable / workable way to resolve / refute the automated AI decisions.I am seeking reinstatement of these accounts immediately.

      Our official #WhatsAppBusiness number *****************, belonging to *********************** (a registered ********************************** operating for over 7 years), was permanently banned by Meta / WhatsApp Business without clear justification.This number is not personalit is our companys official communication channel, published in contracts, advertisements, and on our website (*************************). It is also linked to our verified Meta ad accounts. All of our customer acquisition and service operations depend on this line.The sudden and unexplained ban by **** / ******** Business has caused severe disruption, reputational damage, and financial loss.       Following up yet again please un-diable / unsuspend my account I did nothing wrong and and your algorithms are in fault I appealed and waited 180 days time to allow me to have my original account back or I will involve authorities or lawyers if need too and this is by no means a threat I will request such help I have reached multiple times and will do what I have to do you have done nothing nor responded back to me Ill contact the better business bureau because this is absolutely unacceptable. I lost my twin brother back in 2022 I have been diagnosed with severe depression PTSD and Anxiety. My account was disabled in error by their support systems algorithms they have no customer support services I have reached out multiple times without a response or resolution. On my account on ******************** ***** B-Rabbit ********** which uses ********************* I have lost every picture, video, memories of my brother **** ********** when he passed I notified them and the made me an admin to his memoriam page they disabled my account due advertising my account is a normal personal account and I did not advertise on my account I have no acesss to the above listed things Im missing the most my twin brother. This is causing me anguish and heartbreak. There is not an email I havent tried or phone number in order to reach someone to help me regain control of my account and his memoriam page. I want this fixed as soon as possible. This is the most hurtful thing I have ever had to go through and I never once thought a company could be this cold. Ive tried everything and asking that you intervene so that this can be resolved so that I can still have my page and also celebrate my brothers legacy. Please do the needful and help me with this.       My Instagram account, @DolledbyDezzy, has been wrongfully deleted multiple times despite being a legitimate business page for my nail services that I have operated for years. The first time it was removed, Instagram claimed it was due to sexual content involving a minor, which is completely false and deeply concerning. My page has never contained such contentit is strictly for showcasing my nail art, connecting with clients, and running my small business.I believe my account may have been hacked or wrongfully reported, which has led to repeated removals without proper review or due process. Each time, I lose years of work, my client base, and my business exposure. I have attempted to appeal through Instagrams internal processes but have not received a fair resolution.This ongoing issue has caused significant harm to my livelihood, reputation, and income as a self-employed nail technician. I am requesting that my account @DolledbyDezzy be reinstated immediately and that Meta/Instagram provide protection against further wrongful removals of my business account.
