To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the wrongful and unjustified disabling of my Instagram account.On May 28th, my art account was suddenly disabled without any prior warning or specific notification of a guideline violation. The only message I received stated that my account was disabled due to restricted goods selling. However, this accusation is completely unfounded. I do not sell anything on the platform. I only post artwork approximately one or two drawings per year.The only potential explanation I can infer is that my username contains the word shroom, which might have triggered Instagrams AI moderation filters in error. If this is the case, it indicates that your current moderation system is overly aggressive and not context-aware, resulting in wrongful account bans for innocent users.I submitted an appeal on May 31st. However, my appeal was rejected within 12 hours on June 1st again, without a proper explanation or a chance to clarify my case. I also sent multiple emails to various Meta support addresses, including ***************** but never received a response. In fact, I later found out that this inbox is full and nonfunctional, which further demonstrates the lack of accessible and effective customer support on your end.This incident has caused me significant distress and confusion. As a user who abides by ******************** guidelines, I deserve a clear justification, a fair appeals process, and a working communication channel. The current lack of transparency, accountability, and support is unacceptable.I hereby request that my account be reinstated immediately. My Facebook account, active since 2009, was recently disabled for what **** described as inauthentic behavior. While I disagree with this decision and believe it was made in error, my concern is not primarily about account restoration. My request is about accessing my personal data, particularly the photos and messages I uploaded over the course of more than 15 years.This account contains irreplaceable personal memories, including photos with deceased family members and significant life milestones. **** has denied me any access to these materials, and their appeal process has proven non-transparent and fully automated. There has been no opportunity to speak with a human representative.Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Metas own Data Policy, I have a right to request access to personal information that I have provided to ****, including the ability to download or transfer it. **** also claims to apply similar data rights protections globally, modeled on the ************ Protection Regulation (GDPR). Despite this, I have been blocked from retrieving my own content with no path forward.I have attempted to resolve this through ***************** and data request portals but received no meaningful response or assistance. Youve wrongfully disabled my Instagram account (@damatski), and Im not going through your broken support forms or automated systems to fix it.Lets get straight to the point: I have direct knowledge that my account was taken down through a corrupt internal backchannel, involving Meta representatives who accept money to disable accounts. These services are openly advertised on platforms like ************, where individuals brag about working with Meta insiders to target accounts for takedown.I have no violations on record. Hello my name is ****** ****** I have been an active instagram for years and my Instagram account @reppnfo was disabled for account integrity MONTHS ago I got it back the same day by uploading my birth certificate. Shortly after instagram disabled my account again for ****** child exploitation and more stuff that I never do. I use my account to watch lives and reels. Ive paid for Instagram meta to talk to a Instagram support agent and instead of helping me they closed my cases. Last night I opened another case and they checked my account and told me they found no violations against the guidelines yet they didnt give me my account back. Ive never had any violations or restrictions on my account *** had this account for years. Im reaching out for help because like you have a job, I do as well and I was starting my business on that account coming June 5th but cannot do that. I really need this account back. Also I May state that they send me a link to report my account as hacked which doesnt work. They do not take any knowledge into this and its unprofessional. 5/16/25 -5/17/25 was sent notice with out a specific reason for account being disabled and not away to appeal or dispute anything... I have emailed ************** ************** *************** ***************** ************** several time and no replies... also reached out to my governor as well as FTC Ref# ********* phone# ************ and WH to express my desperation to get all of my pictures. Life experiences, family and friends back that some dont have any other way to communicate with me and the ability to continue to sale on FB market...I want a detailed explanation along with proof of what I did to lose everything?? Maybe I was even hacked?? I am a **** Verified user who has paid for Instagrams Verified subscription service since January 2024 which explicitly promises real-time human support. Despite this, I have received no meaningful help after being locked out of all five of my Instagram accountseach with different emails and passwords. These accounts are no longer accessible from any device except the one Im currently logged in on.I have spoken to agents who either gave dismissive responses or failed to investigate the actual issue. I am now unable to log in, change my password, or regain accessdespite using correct credentials and multiple secure devices.Ive had six accounts shut down or restricted by **** since 2020, all of which were used for business purposes. Collectively, I have lost access to over ******* followersan audience I built organically that directly supported my income and my family. This has caused significant disruption to my livelihood.Meta has not honored the service they advertise and has offered no real support to resolve the issue. I am requesting an immediate review of my account/device status, proper assistance, and a refund for the **************** if **** cannot fulfill their support obligations.
