My Instagram account @thebdtt was permanently disabled on November 29, 2025 for an allegation involving child sexual exploitation, which is completely false. I did not engage in any behavior matching what Instagram listed in the suspension notice. My account was only a few days old, and I had no conversations, posts, images, or interactions involving minors or anything sexual.Immediately after this wrongful suspension, Instagram also disabled my business account @tintswithtone, even though it contains no messaging, no minors, no inappropriate content, and no violations of any policy. It appears that Instagram automatically banned my business account simply because it was linked to the personal account that was wrongly flagged.I have submitted appeals to Instagram, but all responses appear automated and I have not been able to reach a human reviewer. I have no way to view or correct whatever their system thinks occurred, and Instagram has not provided any evidence to support the suspension.I am asking for assistance from BBB so that Meta/Instagram will conduct a manual review of both accounts. I rely on my business account for communication with customers, and this wrongful suspension has caused significant stress and disruption. Subject: Formal Complaint Against REMOVEDAccount Suspension)I am submitting this formal complaint against REMOVEDregarding the wrongful suspension of my Facebook and Instagram accounts. This is the second time I have experienced this issue, and both times the suspension occurred without valid explanation, evidence, or violation on my part.On or around 11/28/2025, I received a notice that my Facebook and Instagram accounts were suspended for alleged policy violations related to suspected abuse, specifically mentioning children. This allegation is extremely serious, inaccurate, and deeply distressing. I do not post content involving minors, nor have I ever engaged in any behavior that would constitute abuse or violate Metas terms of service.I have attempted to appeal through Metas automated system, but I have not received a clear explanation, direct human review, or any meaningful support. The appeal process appears to rely solely on automated responses, and I have no way to communicate with an actual support representative to resolve this matter.Metas failure to provide transparency, due process, or a resolution has resulted in significant emotional distress and inconvenience. My accounts contain years of personal memories, including photos with family members and loved ones who are no longer alive. Facebook is hurting an 85 year old's small-business by freezing her page and cutting off customers.We own a small business and operate a Facebook Business Page for customer communication and marketing. Our page name is Cruise Planners REMOVED. Facebook froze the page without warning, claiming the name violates their naming rules. I understand that and am willing to correct it. The problem is that Facebook does not allow any updates or corrections while the page is frozen. There is no option within the system to unfreeze the page, appeal the freeze, or change the name. We have followed all available steps, filed reports through Facebooks internal system, and attempted to reach support. There has been no response and no path forward. I also contacted my corporate office, which confirmed this is happening to other franchisees, but there is nothing they can do on Facebooks REMOVEDImpact:Our Facebook page is now completely unavailable to the public. Customers have started contacting us to ask whether we have gone out of business because the page has suddenly disappeared. This is directly harming our business reputation, our client communication, and our ability to generate sales. It is reasonable to assume we are losing business as a direct result of Facebooks actions and the lack of any support or remedy. My 85 year old mother is suffering due to Meta's actions. Happy to take this to the media if they prefer.We are not asking for special treatment. I simply need Facebook to provide a way to fix the issue so we can comply with their policies and continue operating our business.Attempts to Resolve:Submitted internal Facebook reports.Contacted Facebook support (no response).Filed a BBB complaint previously. My Instagram account (@javinjenniah) was permanently disabled on August 2, 2025, without warning and without any explanation. I have never violated REMOVEDGuidelines or Terms of Use, and Instagram did not show me any specific post, action, or behavior that caused the ban.I submitted multiple appeals through Instagram, including the appeal process that appears in the app. Furthermore, I also completed ID verification. Each time, I received either no response or an automated message with no information. I contacted REMOVEDSupport and spoke with a live agent through REMOVED, but they were unable to assist me or provide any details. I also emailed Instagram directly and never received a REMOVEDthis point, my internal appeals have been pending since August 2025. Because Instagrams system still shows my old appeal as submitted, I am blocked from accessing the REMOVEDwhich is supposed to be available when Instagram fails to resolve a case. I am essentially stuck with no explanation, no transparency, and no way to escalate the situation through Metas own systems.I rely on Instagram heavily for communication, personal connections, opportunities, and maintaining important parts of my digital identity. This wrongful disabling has caused real disruption and stress.I am simply asking for a full human review of my account and a clear explanation of any alleged violation. Facebook has inactivated my account and I have no idea why. I changed my password and it looked like I had recovered my account, but everything is gone, including my profile picture and all photos, friends, posts, messenger, EVERYTHING. I need all of that information restored. I looked up Facebook's regulations, and I have not violated anything, in fact, the last time I changed my profile picture was over a year ago. I undownloaded and redownloaded Instagram so when I tried to log back in it would not allow me to so I tried to reset my password. The link tried to send to a phone number I no longer have and two emails I no longer have access to. I tried to go to the help center and contact customer service to which they had no free option for, just a help center with broken links. So I paid for Meta verified and tried to talk to their agents on my friends Instagram account which did not work then I made a burner account and bought it again and I've just been given the runaround by every agent. All they do is give prompts and they don't really do what is advertised as they don't seem to help at all or know how to. Eventually it got to a point where I expressed that I felt that they were making the process very confusing and I also allowed them to know that I have a learning disability and that it didn't feel accessible. They kept sending me links from the help center instead of a link to reset my password directly like they used to. I found that confusing they also made it seem like I was trying to steal my own account and that they could see where I was logging in from which I'm not even sure about because they also lied about not being able to verify ownership from photographs but they kept asking me for photos and videos of the errors and to verify that I am me. I was paying for this service and there was no resolve and I felt as though they were holding my personal information hostage I even expressed at one point that if they will not give me back my account I revoke my consent for them to have my information at all and would like my account deleted to preserve my privacy.Initial Complaint

My Facebook and Instagram accounts were disabled today with NO warning.This was a mistake, as I have always followed the Community Guidelines.I have submitted my ID in the Instagram app but I have still been denied access. I really just want access to my accounts again.
