      My Instagram account was mistakenly disabled. Unfortunately, **** has provided no available method to contact a real person for assistance. Due to a system error or technical issue, I was also unable to submit an appeal through the usual process.This account is extremely important to me as it is linked to a game in which I have spent approximately NT$400,000 (New Taiwan Dollars).       Facebook Defamation / Libel With False Accusation Of "CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION" with relation to personal ** account(s) *****.*****.1 and/or *******.*.***** on or about Thursday, May 29 2025. Linked to personal email account ****************** and personal cell phone ************. The below was done via my home computer, not cell phone. May 29 2025 my ****************** personal email account received "Your Facebook ******* B. ***** Account has been restricted from advertising" for "inauthentic behavior or violations of our Advertising policies affecting business assets".Uh, I don't advertise anything anywhere. I clicked the "FixIt" button in the email and was taken to a page "You have attempted to share a "private intimate image". Uh, no I don't do that but of course Facebook doesn't allow further investigation.Possibly related/linked to the below...Another Facebook email to ****************** stated "Your Facebook account has been suspended. This is because your account, or activity on it, doesn't follow our Community Standards on account integrity." I clicked the ** "Appeal" button, expecting to have more details and fill out a form for ** HUMAN review.Nope. I was taken to a ** logon page, attempted logon, taken to page that said "Account Suspended for "CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION".""We disabled your account. We reviewed your account and found that it still doesn't follow our Community Standards on "CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION". You cannot request another review of this decision." At no point did Facebook ever actually tell me what the details of the alleged violation was or which account it allegedly occurred on (plus time/date stamp). Nor was I asked online or via email / text to verify my identity, provide proof of identity, to fill out any forms, address the false allegation, etc.** now has publicly accused me of "CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION" via posting/sharing "private intimate image". Or attempting to do so.

      On Thursday 07/10/2025 I received an email notifying me that someone in ********* had created a Meta account using my name (******* Precious) and added it to the account center. The email asked me to confirm if this not me if so click on a button indicating it was not. Immediately after clicking the button I received a notification that an Instagram account had violated a policy. Since then my account has been disabled. This is devasting as I manage a charity FB page which helps save 100s animals weekly. Our page coordinates rescues, receives donations and communicates with our community. I am more than willing to submit any necessary ID verification paperwork. I need someone from FB to contact me as I am stuck in a frustrating loop where all I see is a message that my account has been disabled.

      Yesterday I had an appointment with meta technology for a wrist device studyAnd when I traveled there from ****************** which I paid 80$ for I get there and they say they overbooked which is understandable considering the amount of pay that was to be received. So they said for me to sign my name and that I would be compensated for my time and I have yet to be compensated.

      I am filing this complaint against ******************** regarding the wrongful disabling of my Facebook account, which is tied to my Meta account used for hardware access (Quest VR and ******* glasses). My account was disabled after an unauthorized Instagram account was linked to my ******************* an account I did not create, authorize, or control.Meta has not provided any avenue to appeal or reverse the disabling, despite the fact that:I did not violate any community standards,The violation was caused by a third-party Instagram account fraudulently attached to my Meta profile,I am now unable to access products and services I have legally purchased from *****When I reached out to Meta's support (via Quest device ownership), I was told that my account could not be found in their system despite the fact that it is still publicly visible. This strongly indicates that my account is being hidden or internally suppressed by Meta rather than ********** a result:I have lost access to my Facebook account, which includes personal and business data,I cannot use the hardware I purchased (including my Quest and ******* glasses),I have no official recourse to recover my account or unlink the unauthorized Instagram profile.This amounts to a digital lockout of physical property I legally own, and is a violation of basic consumer protections. There was no due process, no notice, and no effective appeal.If Meta cannot or will not reinstate access, I request a written explanation of the exact policy violation and proof of association to the third-party account that caused the disabling

      **** has banned my instagram and facebook account for no reason starting June 11, 2025. They gave it back in two days and then today July 11, 2025 they banned again for no reason now myself and thousands of others are going to the same thing. Their AI are accusing us of child exploitation and we have not posted anything to any child and I have not violated their community standards in any way when my page is dormant thats when they decide to do that and then they tell me that I have 180 days to appeal and then not give me a reason as to why doesnt follow the community standards am losing out on monetary leads because I do run a business. Im going through a lot of emotional stress because I have a lot of deceased relatives on my page and friends that I cant re-add back on social media and this is causing a big disruption in my life. Im losing money and unable to express myself. I dont know whats going on but if you check TikTok, you will see that there is a class action lawsuit going on for-this and theres also a lot of people in the same Shoes that I am in this is unacceptable and **** needs to take control of yhai issue and fix it over there. AI or whatever it is just cause of these issues with people and their accounts are being banned for no this is unacceptable. i have contacted the attorney general and my state senator about this issue

      Hello,I have been locked out of my Instagram account after manually unfollowing a number of accounts to clean up my feed. I was not using bots, automation, or any third-party tools; this was 100% manual activity.Since then, Ive been stuck in a loop of Try again later errors, failed login attempts, and broken password reset processes. I followed all of Instagrams prompts and tried every help form available, but there has been no resolution and no human support.I am asking for this to be investigated and corrected immediately. This restriction appears to be a false positive, and I need my access restored. I first lost the ability to engage with content on instagram on Friday July 4th, 2025. And have been completely locked out since Monday July 7th, 2025.       Account Suspension Affecting Business Operations (Facebook/Meta)Nature of Complaint:My personal Facebook account was suspended without notice on July 10, 2025, and I have been unable to regain access despite submitting the required identification and appeal forms.This account is directly tied to my business page, Southern Chords Booking, which I use to coordinate artist bookings, communicate with venues, and manage music promotions. I rely on this page daily, and the suspension of my personal profile has also locked me out of my business tools and inbox.I have not run any paid ads, violated community standards, or received warnings. I simply shared promotional posts to music-related Facebook groups, as many professionals do. Given the lack of any violations, I am concerned that my account may have been mistakenly or maliciously flagged. There has been no opportunity to clarify or resolve the issue, and I have received no communication from **** after multiple support attempts.While I am not registered as a formal LLC, I manage a legitimate business under my account.       My Instagram business account @**************** was disabled around 30 days ago without any prior notice. I understand that there might have been a policy violation, but I was never informed about what exactly caused this. I did not run any ads on that account, but I used the page actively to grow my small business, which is my sole source of income.I am fully willing to remove any content that goes against Metas policies. I have tried submitting appeals, but I always get a final decision with no explanation or option to fix the issue. This has caused me immense stress as my business and mental health are being affected severely.All I ask is a fair chance to correct any mistakes, or at least get clarity on what went wrong.
