Facebook has restricted my account for reasons which are NOT legitimate AGAIN. Facebook keeps doing completely fake fact checks on my posts and the fact checks are wrong and do not make any sense. Or, Facebook is doing fake fact checking of opinions, commentary, humor, jokes, satire, and sarcasm. It is one or the other, and it is constant. Facebook seems to be targeting republican voters, specifically, for all of this fake fact checking in order to find fake reasons to restrict our accounts under false pretenses. Even worse, Facebook is doing completely fake hate speech labelling in order to restrict accounts. Facebook is labeling things that are absolutely NOT hate speech as hate speech. Then, Facebook is pretending that its cusotmers are dangerous persons after it labels regular English language speech that is definitely NOT hate speech as hate speech. Sometimes, Facebook will make a false claim about a post to restrict you and not even show you the post that its fake fact checkers are complaining about. Facebook very often gives you no recourse whatsoever to get the completely fake fact check reversed or to get the completely fake hate speech label reversed. Facebook makes it impossible to get your account off of restriction after Facebook has restricted your account for reasons which are NOT legitimate. described how I am a hate speech victim and I described how I was targeted at a school board meeting and how my friends were targeted at a school board meeting by a radical, extremist group, and Facebook restricted my account for telling about what happened at the school board meeting even though I am the victim of the hate speech and the bullying and the nastiness. How stupid is that? Facebook is using artificial intelligence instead of human beings to do its completely fake fact checking and its completely fake hate speech labelling now. IT IS A MESS! On 5th May 2023, facebook banned and close my personal account without any obvious reasons or explanations.I communicated with them, sending them all necessary documents and do all steps they ask for BUT unfortunately still there is no response I have this account since 2009 and now have more than ****** followers. All my memories saved there and I did not do anything goes against our community standards. I am a victim of racist discrimination by Meta, owner of Facebook and Instagram.July ************************************************** that my account has been suspended because your account, or activity on it, does not follow our Community Guidelines. Keep in mind that I go to great lengths to ensure my photos do not violate guidelines. Every photo contains censor bars and the models in the photos are not even touching. If the photos were in violation Instagram would have already removed them. I checked the status of my account and it showed my account had nothing going against guidelines. Tried to sign in my account again it says it was disabled. I tried appeal forms and nothing ever comes of it. I've tried to get in contact with an actual human. I've been trying to get ahold of someone from Instagram to solve this issue and I'm just sent back to filling out appeal forms to get my account back and it seems they've just stopped responding entirely. I get no confirmation that the appeals have been sent successfully. I'm autistic communication is difficult for me. Instagram was always a great way to stay connected with collaborators for my photography business. Many friends I only speak to on Instagram and it has been extremely hard on me that I can't talk to them and I can't see what they are up to.I feel I am being discriminated against because there are accounts by white people blatantly promoting sexual encounters on onlyfans (@boystobreedplus) that have not been deleted and I am a black photographer using censor bars.The company is also refusing to surrender my consumer data to me.Initial Complaint

I was locked out of Facebook. It was indicated for my security but was never given a reason for concern. When trying to unlock account it indicated I could provide utility bill as proof of identity which I did several times. However account was not unlocked and was told need to provide drivers license or passport. I do not want ******************** to acquire this information for security reasons. This information was never required to open the account. ******************** could easily verify my account by sending unlock information to my e-mail account. I believe they are holding my account hostage for information they do not really require. I sold a cell phone on Facebook Marketplace on June 29th 2023. I printed the shipping label through Facebook marketplace and ship item. The buyer received the cell phone on July 7th 2023. No money has been released to my bank account. There is no pending deposits on my bank account. I contacted ******************** Marketplace support and they responded by saying that the funds had been released on June 29th of 2023. I also contacted my bank they informed me that there has been no attempt to deposit funds into my account. Since I have submitted a ticket on Facebook marketplace about my money and they responded with that response of the funds were released, I have no way of contacting their customer support again because once you have submitted that ticket it remains open and you can't send them another email. I have to be satisfied with that one response evidently. So I have no way of contacting them again to find out any more information about my payment for my cell phone.
