      We have a business account/page Kickapoo Creek Toy Aussies that we have been using for years. Nothing has changed as far as activity or how we handle our page. We post the same content that we always have. Back in November and December of 2022, we started getting flagged and restrictions placed on our account. No explanation or solid reason. Just the very basic, vague Facebook language that it goes against community standards. We tried to dispute but it is impossible to speak to anyone. In the rare moment you make contact with a live person, it is some overseas that doesnt speak great English and reads off a script and can offer no real assistance. Not once has it been explained why these restrictions took place and are still there. I got a lame excuse that it was just a content issue. That is false and our content and posts have not changed. We have paid hundreds in advertising for our page. We get messages and notifications from Facebook encouraging us to place ads but then get flagged and restricted for weeks/months. The restrictions are still in place. Where we used to get ****s of interactions, we now barely get *****. So Facebook asks us to advertise and even provides ad credits and we now have almost 12k followers but then restricts paying accounts and limits visibility so hardly any of those followers actually sees our posts. Facebook can either lift the restrictions or we will file a lawsuit through our attorney. This is fraud and theft of funds through false advertising. This has had a severe impact on our business and livelihood. We are a live brick and mortar business. We have a legitimate business website. We have a state license.

      My Wife's facebook account was hacked by someone in *******. The account has a multitude of personal information which is now exposed to these hackers and Its impossible to resolve the issue or get in touch with anyone to help us. There is absolutely ZERO help from facebook to resolve this issue. It's almost as if they purposely make it difficult to fix the problem.       Honestly just want Facebook to start doing what it should both my and my moms accounts have been hacked and they have no way to recover it if the hacker changes the info once inside and if you report it to Facebook they reply instantly saying they will do nothing do to fairness. This is still an identity issue and the women hacking my moms account is posting public **** videos which in itself should be enough to be taken down....

      I had listed a ********* cue stick on Marketplace. A storm caused a power outage here for 6 days. I found when the power was back that the cue stick sold. I immediately went to "View Order" and used that information to ship the cue stick to the buyer by **** 1Z9V72650323515833 is tracking number. Afterward, the "View Order" disappeared as if there were no sale. The buyer has now received the cue stick and has left positive feedback about the sale, but Marketplace has ignored my requests for explaining why I am not being paid for the sale. They owe me $125 plus shipping cost of $11, minus their small commission. I expect payment from them since they are the ones who made the mistake.

      My father passed away 9/28/22. ******************** ALLOWED a non family member memorialize his page. They had no right to do so. We would like that specific page removed and I can't seem to get that done. I've sent the request but it doesn't seem to go through. Here is the link to his page ***************************************************************************************** disgusting that we as his actual children have to go through this. I have his death certificate which I've uploaded over and over and I even have my birth certificate to prove I am his child. I honestly believe I should be able to sue ******************** for this invasion and may have to look into that.

      I want to complain about an online live selling on facebook that sells real gold. I have paid them for a long time but until now they are not giving me the jewelries that I paid $961 for. on may 10,2023 and when I ask them where my items are, they just say that they are being processed and will be sent to me. Then they are the ones who want to blocked me on their page so that I can't see them live so that their viewers can't read my question or complaint that they haven't given me the items I paid for. This seller's name on her page is Miss ******** jewels and her real name in the mode of payment she gave me is **********************. I'm begging them to refund what I paid if they can't provide my items. But her admin said that some of the ones I paid for are available and the rest will be refunded. but they still didn't give me the items and refund what I paid. Im not the one have a problen of this live seller on facebook. They making hard the customers to received the items we paid fro them! Miss Kiitymae jewels in live in ********* in ***************.       Yesterday my Facebook got hacked and Facebook isnt doing anything to help me get my private information back. I have pictures of my daughter and milestones I have been posting about her for 7 months now that Ill never get back, I habe message from friends and family members that have died they I look but ans read I have had Facebook for over 10 years so I have a lot of personal information on there including my back account information and my Girl Scout troops Information and I need to run my troop. I cant get a live person or AI at Facebook to help me at all. People trust Facebook with a lot and it seems like they dont care about anything that happens to people that use their site. I also buy and sell on Facebook so I missed a sell today because I couldnt log into my account. The person that has my information is harassing my friends and family to get money. .

      Facebook and Meta have charged my bank account for services I didn't sign up for and ive tried to respectfully contact them and they have refused to answer me something needs to be done this isn't the first time they have done this to me and I'm not happy

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the current policies and practices regarding account deletion, thread removal, and the forced usage of Meta's badge on my Instagram account. Despite my efforts to delete certain threads, I have been informed that I can only do so by deleting my entire Instagram account. Additionally, I am being forced to use Meta's badge as a link to threads, even though I have repeatedly removed it. These restrictions are highly unreasonable and violate my rights as a user.I have thoroughly reviewed the Meta terms of service and community guidelines to ensure I am abiding by the platform's rules. Nowhere in these documents does it state that thread deletion is contingent upon deleting one's entire account. Furthermore, there is no mention of being compelled to use Meta's badge as a link to threads on my Instagram account. It is highly frustrating and inconvenient that I am being forced to comply with these practices.There is no option to delete the account without deleting the entire Instagram account. Allowing users to delete individual threads without resorting to deleting their entire accounts. Similarly, users should have the autonomy to decide whether or not to use Meta's badge on their Instagram accounts as a link to threads.I kindly request your immediate attention to these matters and a prompt resolution to my complaints. Deleting my account is not a viable option for me, as I have invested significant time and effort into building my online presence on the Meta platform. It is essential that users have the ability to control and manage their content without being forced into unwanted practices.If necessary, I am willing to provide any additional information or clarification regarding the threads I wish to delete or the issues related to Meta's badge usage. I trust that you will treat these matters with the urgency and seriousness they deserve.I anticipate a timely and satisfactory resolution to these issues. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, I may have no choice but to explore alternative options, including seeking legal advice to protect my rights as a user.Thank you for your attention to these matters.       I was told to file a seperate complaint. I have already submitted the following complaint:I am trying to access my facebook and instagram accounts which have been hacked and deleted out of nowhere a few months ago. I have always abided by the community guidelines and have never posted any inappropriate content. November 3rd 2022 at 8:31am CEST I received two factor verification codes sent by text on my phone, yet I did not request them. I also received a notification that there was an attempted log in which was not me. I then tried to access my instagram and facebook accounts to find myself locked out. Please help my get the accounts back as this was a mistake. The hacker must have posted inappropriate content and got my accounts deleted. I am attaching screenshots of what i experienced. Please help me, I have all of my memories on Facebook.
