      I was banned for 24 hours, by mistake. Its been over a week, and I havent been able to contact anyone to dispute it. Believe me! Ive tried everything multiple times! Ive had my account since 2009. I have a group that I administer. I have lots of friends whove passed away, that I will lose access to. I have lots of friends, of 40 long years, that I will lose access to. Ive entrusted facebook with lots of personal information and history! I deserve to have this resolved!

      My profile has been disabled 29 days ago for no reason on Facebook and I am getting no customer service for the explanation. I have spent way too much time on my profile and my business page to be disabled. I have a non profit organization page that needs me. I have appealed it and no response. Something has got to be done with Facebook. This is very frustrating with Facebook not getting back too me.Can someone please help me

      I sold an item on Facebook Marketplace end of July 2022. The item put me over the $499 total that requires a ***/SSN. I immediately entered my information to fullfill the *** SSN info. Currently I still have not received my payout from Facebook for the funds they received over 45 days ago. In addition buyers can not pay for the items I have listed.When I email or chat with them I get the canned response from what appears to be an outsourced customer support team outside *******. "A specialist team is working on it, please be patient." Nothing of what is missing, what is needed, when it will be resolved and when I will receive the money for the item I sold and the customer paid for.There is no phone for contact on META and no direct person ever to contact. It is the black hole of swallowing your money.

      Facebook has locked me out of my account. I have tried contacting them multiple times with no luck. *** tried following the steps of unlocking my account via submitting my drivers licenses, marriage license, birth certificate, etc everything I submit is rejected. Ive verified my email, phone number, user name and password. This is an issue for me only because all of my childrens photos and videos were saved on this account. This is the only place I was able to save them while I was going through my divorce. My ex took everything else. I just want my childrens photos and I dont know how else to get them so Ive contacted the BBB as a last resort.

      On September 7, 2022 a malware was installed on my PC that, unbeknownst to me, had exported my saved passwords from ************* and shared them to the dark web. Beginning the next morning, I started receiving notifications from sites, including bank accounts, that my information had been found on the dark web and/or that there was suspicious activity on my accounts. Someone was logging in as me but, the logins were blocked because they were suspicious (i.e. they had my passwords). I received one such notification from Facebook and immediately went in to change my password. Not long after, I received a notice that my account had been disabled due to violating community guidelines related to child endangerment. I had not posted/used my account at all so this was obviously the cause of whoever had my information. I followed the process to request this be reviewed and disagree, providing a copy of my license to prove I was who I was. I received an email that my request was denied and my account had been permanently disabled as a result (and that the decision was final). This made it so my Facebook account for my (nonprofit) business was also permanently removed and unreachable. I was given no options for help. In fact, I reached out over and over via every other possible channel to get assistance and received none at all. As a result, I haven't been able to promote my website via my Facebook business page and, all the apps/sites I authenticated via Facebook are now completely unreachable (i.e. Airbnb). This is completely unacceptable. My account was disabled with absolutely no consideration to the fact that Facebook themselves are who made me aware of the suspicious activity. They acted only based on whatever the person posted, and not checking the ** address and activity history to see it was not me. The amount of trouble this has caused is unbelievable and I want retribution and action from this company who does not support their users.

      Facebook/ Meta has disabled my account and said that it final. This happened randomly and I am a motivational speaker and startup tech leader to other companies. My facebook is literally built on helping others. and one day on September 12th 2022 which was 3 days ago I received the dreadful message. Facebook/ Meta if you see this my email is ************************ and my name is *****************************. I have done nothing wrong. Please return my account I have done nothing wrong. I always abide by the guidelines. I have tried everything so far

      Facebook accounts were hacked on 9-10-22. Over $14,000 worth of fraudulent ad charges were placed. I've tried to contact Facebook since the 10th with no luck. The hacker still has control of my personal page and two of my business pages. I have tried every avenue to contact Facebook with no luck. I'm shocked that a company can help facilitate $14,000+ in charges with no way to contact them. My business is ********************* and ****************.

      I realized today that my facebook account, which I rarely use had been hacked and there is no way for me to recover it because the hacker also put there email on the account so evwytime I try to get a passcode sent, the hacker uses it to reset the password before me or the error I get is that the code was tried too many times, then facebook keeps sending the same code and you cannot email any sort of customer support or live person to help with the reset. This is unacceptable. What if other accounts have been compromised. I tried to message them to say the hotmail account and another listed were not mine and nothing works. It is a loop that keeps going round and round.

      I sold an item on Facebook marketplace. They transferred money into an account that wasnt even associated with my Facebook account and refused to get the money into the correct account. I asked them several times to get this issue fixed and they refused. Simply sending the same surnamed message over and over again.

      I was locked out of my account last night and my daughter tried to contact Facebook but there is no way to get any help. My account now says disabled but the phone number, name is connected to a different person. I just want to gain access back to my account. I am a grandmother of a special needs grandson all his pictures are on there and I just want to be able to have my account back. They make it easy to be hacked but I am as the victim cannot get any help. I have spent 10 hours trying to get some help.
