      I joined the meta- bonus reels program in December 2021, since then I have Created and uploaded tons of content. I have made earnings from my content and received to this date nine invoices from ******* have added a bank account and uploaded a correct W9 months ago. From the very beginning they had glitches and problems getting my money sent to my bank account they cant figure out why all they can tell me is that their internal team is working on it. I have contacted Meta an extreme amount of times over the past nine months without a resolution. At one point I was instructed to send my W9, my bank information, and photos of my social security card directly to them via email. I sent them the requested documentation and they verified back saying that there are no hold on my payout account and I should be cleared to get my pay out. This was earlier this year and we are now into September and I still have not received a payout. I reached out again just yesterday because a payout date is coming up on the 21st to see if there any holds on my account and what they are. I was once again told they have no clue whats going on and they are working really fast to try to resolve the issue. Meta owes me a substantial amount of money at this point and I have invoices directly from meta-and proof of everything. I have attached every single invoice and every single payment that still says processing as well as the last correspondence that I had with a meta representative. Please reach out to me if you need any more proof of anything. I have a ton of other screenshots of conversations and emails.

      My Facebook account was hacked several weeks ago and Facebook disabled my account. There is no customer service number to call and all the emails I have sent have been bounced back. Facebook threatened to permanently disable my account after **************************************************************************************** This has been a very frustrating experience. I have several years of photos and life content on my Facebook profile and I would be devastated if my account was permanently deleted. I am really hoping the BBB can assist me with this matter. Facebook is such a large company you would think that they would have the proper ************************** available.

      I have been trying to reach Facebook since my son died (July, 2020) to remove my son's facebook page. I have documentation (death certificate) and POA over his estate which I can provide to them. I am just requesting that his profile be taken down. ************************* from ********, **.

      Facebook has wrongfully restricted my account worse than numerous other individuals, and are incredibly selective in who they pursue in restricting. Theyve chosen to restrict me to doing anything involving my business for a violation I have no history in and after I havent had a single violation in over 6 months. Theyre directly impacting my sales at this point.

      09/16/2022 date of the incident I contacted facebook support about a issue with my personal page facebook support team did not respond I sent up to 5 messages. It is very unprofessional to not respond to none of my emails or messages and try to fix the problem. It is also unprofessional to not have a customer service call center to speak with a live representative and having to figure out the issue on my own I have tried to update my email address through the app and also I have tried to update my phone number.

      I won over 1100$ while playing on their fish tables and after requesting to redeem the *** allowed 4 different times, I was told I had to download WhatsApp to redeem. Don't know why when just 2 days earlier I didn't have to download whatsapp to redeem. Even after downloading WhatsApp and again requesting a redemption they didn't answer me. I waited well over 18 hours for a redemption and nothing came so I finally got fed up with it and dropped a couple f-bombs. I wasn't told that I had violated any rules or terms and conditions because they have non. I apologized about my language and the next thing I knew they had suspended my account and blocked me on every form of communication possible

      I have 2 complaints. 1: A so-called private landlord on there told me my money would be refunded but it wasn't. 2: There is an overwhelming amount of scammers on Marketplace that say they're interested in buying merchandise, but then proceeds to ask for personal information, for example cell phone numbers and addresses. A lot of them have no picture or anything posted on their accounts. That is against Facebook marketplace's guidelines to ask for personal info, but Facebook has that option in Marketplace settings for people ask for codes before buying anything. Facebook Marketplace needs to do a better job at keeping these scammed accounts off of their platform. Before anyone can interact or even engage on there, they need to have an active Facebook account with posts, pictures and they need to confirm their identity! I had to go through identity methods before i could set up my account, i even had to show my drivers license so they can do the same. It's frustrating that i have to copy and paste the guidelines before replying back to messages, telling them beforehand not to ask for my phone number. This is worse than ***********

      I created an account with Facebook and received a welcome email on September 14th at 12:22 UTC+1. I was unable to do anything as the website kept telling me I needed to wait an hour for certain functions to become available i.e. Business portal, pages etc. It also wouldn't allow me to add a display image or anything to my bio which I found very strange.At 12:26 UTC+1 I received an email stating that my account had been suspending for violating Community Standards. Now, having not added anything and having read through the Community Standards/Guidelines both prior to registration and after, I have found no fault of mine for this. I immediately sent off a "Disagree With Decision" on this account and heard nothing.I made an attempt to log into my account today September 16th at 14:40 UTC+1 to find that my account had been permanently disabled, again stating a breach of Community Standards.At no point have I been asked to prove my identity or provide official paperwork to confirm who I am etc, and after finding it impossible to reach out to the company after they had allegedly manually reviewed this decision, I have reached out to BBB regarding this.I set up the account with the intention of using paid services from Facebooks Ads and the Pages system to advertise my company and promote our products and services.

      I placed an ad on Facebook to start Thursday 15th at 11:30 am they Sat 11:30 am since my farmers market ends at 1:30. I just checked my previous ad limit of four dollars and Facebook had changed my spend limit to $6 and the ad ending on Sun , well after my market end day and time. I never approved this change date of monetary amount. I want my card removed , since I cant remove it until I ad another payment method.I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General this weekend after my market since they choose Not to respond to the *********************** I want to make it aware of their deceptive practices and this isnt the first time they have snuck into on of my accounts, reason god unlinking my PayPal account to them. They snuck into it for additional unapproved fees

      I am reaching out regarind my Facebook Advertising account. I was told that my account has been restricted and flagged numerous of times due to Advertising Guidelines. Not knowing that I even uploaded anything outside of those guidelines, I still proceeded to submit an appeal anyways. When asked for my ID and other private information, I willingly gave it ** in order to get this issue resolved. Submitting my appeal on Aug 1, I was told that I would be notified within 48 hours. Today being September 16, I have yet to be notified. Because I am a small business owner, Facebook Advertising is my primarly way of business. Furthermore, I am not even aware the content I uploaded was deemed as a restriction of guidelines.My intent was to not cause any harm or restrict any type of guidelines/rules, I simply was just testing out the advertising to get a better understanding of how exactly it works. Now that I am made aware that only still images are really allowed without flagging any bad video, I intend to only do that. May you all please unrestrict my page so that I am properly able to run advertising?
