      My Facebook account was hacked. The hacker removed both of my emails and phone numbers within 5 minutes and added his own email. I received and email for each of those actions and it did not raise a red flag for Facebook. I did not confirmed any of those actions. Saturday morning the hacker posted items for sale in which many of friends were calling me inquiring about his items. I believe some of the Facebook friends sent the hacker money for them. The ones who called me learned that my account was hacked. I still cannot get into the account, and when I tried to authenticate my account, the face book page is asking me to reset the password with my old email and the hacker email. It is frustrated as the post is still active despite friends reporting the account. I took pictures of the emails and the reset your password from Facebook with the hackers emails too.

      Like everything else they touch Facebook/Meta or whatever they call themselves ruins everything. I HATE that they ruined Instagram and just made it like facebook and they have the WORST guidelines and terms of service on their site and you cant get in contact with anybody and they use boys to review complaints because lord knows the amount of pornographic accounts that follow me or spam my inbox. Their help center is laughable and I'm beyond frustrated with how hard it is to get help on issues. I simply wanted to rebrand my account unfollow accounts I font want to follow. Because I hit whatever "imaginary" limit they have on unfollows (WHICH IS RIDICULOUS and not loaded in the terms of service) my account had been restricted. What annoys me further is that my account status is stating my account hasn't violated anything (AND IT HASN'T) yet I can't unfollow people anymore or like posts because it "protects the community" This is exactly why I deleted my Facebook because of how useless and problematic their system is. I REPEATEDLY reported harassment and stalking from my real life stalker who I had documentation on to Facebook and they did NOTHING so on Instagram I flip from private to public when I'm not on there often because it helps me breathe easier in case he's stalking me on Instagram and selling my photos or looking at my location tags AGAIN. And again FACEBOOK does nothing to help this behavior yet when I mass unfollow accounts (some of which haven't been active in YEARS) I get restrictions place on my account FOR NO REASON AND IM AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING. If you all don't fix my dang account all the evidence iv gathered on the negligence of Facebook is going to look a little different to a judge especially after asking for help on life or death situations and again you all do nothing. I'm sick of the crappy service with Meta I wish you jerks never bought Instagram and ruined it like ruin everything else with your GREED.

      My account that I had since 2011 was hacked while I was away on vacation. Meta allowed for someone in another country that I have never been to, to hack my account, change my email and phone number to their own and add some coded app. I have been in a non-stop loop since my phone number has been removed from my account. I sent my ID, they emailed I could access my account, allowed to change my email and password but not my phone number. I have emailed support and tried to access my account multiple times. As everyone else, my whole life is on Facebook, pictures of my children when they were younger, the last time I spent with my dad before he passed away 3 months later and so much more that could never be replaced. I think instead of allowing people to *********** and hack your account, they should stop leaving emails that say if this was you, do nothing. Not everyone has access to their email at every moment. Like I was on vacation.

      Hello there, I got a email at last night saying my Facebook email had been deleted and a new one had been added. I was logged out of Facebook and then couldnt log back in. Said my email wasnt tied to an account or my phone number. Password had been changed. I clicked the this wasnt me in the email o received and then uploaded my photo ID to recover the account. It worked and I was able to log in with the code I received through email as the password. I immediately deleted them email the hacker added, added my phone number back, changed the password, and log out of all devices. I was in the processes of adding my email back and I trying to confirm email and it kicked me out again. Like they had already kicked me out again. But this time I didnt get an email since I wasnt able to confirm my email before they hacked me again. I am at a loss on how to recover my account. Ive had this ********************** account since 2010 and have so many photos and contacts on there and attached to a business page. I NEED to recover this account. ******************** has no helpline, chat, email, customer support nothing to help in this situation. Essentially I did all the security checks they told me and was still hacked. I get it that happens but they simply do not care to help their users. It basically identity theft and they need to do better. Please help me. ***********************

      I paid more than **** dollars and they deceived me and threatened me they took my money and froze my account

      They are discriminating against me. Because I'm trying to state how I feel. And that's not hate speech. Blocking my account for the way I feel is against the law. Nothing I said was hate speech.

      I am filing a complaint against meta/facebook due to no response on my request for a review on my profile so i can monitize in it. I dont have any recent violations in my account. All i want is a review and consideration but still no response from them

      I am writing to you because I have exhausted other efforts in hopes that your office could help with this matter. My personal Facebook has recently been hacked and disabled on 8/11/23, which is tied to my small business account as well. With the disabling of my account, I have lost access to priceless memories of family and friends, but I have also lost access to my business account which I have spent the last two years building.Whoever hacked into my Facebook changed my name, phone number, and email, and then violated guidelines which got the account disabled/deactivated.I have reached out to Facebook by every means necessary to review my account history, and the only responses I have received back from the company are automated responses saying that my account cannot be reactivated because something was done which violated community standards. If my account were to be reviewed by an actual human, it would be obvious that my account was hack and I did not violate any standards. I have gotten one email back which pretty much stated that I had reached the wrong department, and that they could not help. They were unable to forward me to the correct department as well.I feel that when your company is as large as Facebook, and you have this many people's personal, business, and financial information, you should be held to at least the basic level of business ethics, meaning there should be a chain of command to escalate problems. If you could help with this I would greatly appreciate it. I just feel like they need to know when they cant abide by basic business ethics such as a chain of command to escalate problems, that someone is out there to hold them accountable.

      My Instagram account was hack. And someone created an account using my information. I had this Instram account since the beginning. I have screenshots of my information. One of my friends on my Instagram sent me a message claiming to help him be im contesting for an online influencers ambassadorship program, can you vote for me please?. I agree to help him out. Once the person got a hold to my Yahoo and my Instagram account. The person change all my information. And I couldn't get back in. Instagram makes it hard to get back to account. The hacker used once of my child photo to scam other people. Now my original account can't be found. I want to be able to get back in to my original account. I feel violated that my information was compromise. Please help me get back my account.

      On or about June 22, I began to observe significant discrepancies between the advertising budget that was spent on Facebook advertising and the number of views/impressions that were promised as a result of the campaigns. These discrepancies persisted over several weeks, leading me to suspect that there were inconsistencies in the way Facebook was delivering the advertising services. On August 7 and 8, I captured screenshots clearly illustrating the discrepancies between the promised views/impressions and the actual results achieved for the money spent on advertising. To compound matters, since August 8, my marketplace account was inexplicably disabled without any valid reason provided. This resulted in a loss of $400, which was unjustly charged to my account.
