      Early in September I received an email stating that Facebook determined that I was not an appropriate person. I am a judge, a member of the ******** Bar, and a member of the Bar of the IS Supreme Court. I have never even had a speeding ticket- so I am sure I am not an inappropriate person. My Facebook account for myself and my business have now been disabled and I am permanently banned from opening a new account. I have been trying to appeal this through Facebook but once the form is filled out I get a message stating that appeals are not being reviewed due to Covid staffing shortages. After a month of attempting to reach a human or get a reply I have not had any luck. I am sure that the matter could be easily fixed. I suspect that someone I had in court filed a false report. Due to the ban I cannot run my farming business and I have a difficult time getting community information. I can provide any documentation needed.

      On Sept. 23, 2022 I checked my bank account online. I noticed that a charge via debit card was made to FB META STORE. In a recurring payment of ****** I immediately contacted my financial institute ************** ************* has done nothing to stop the payment from going through nor did they notify me of suspicious activity on my checking account in regards to my debit card. That had been ran multiple times back to back and had been declined until they got ******. All they did was deactivated my card after I was the one to contact them. They refused to reverse the payment on the debit card. I am now negative 433. and some change in the bank. I then contacted FB META STORE I explained to them what had happened I gave them my information and the date and time of the transaction. They did not do anything about this. They refuse to respond to any of my emails. They also did not reverse the charge on my debit card. My paycheck will be short 433.and some change along with ***** for over draft fee due to the fact that neither commerce bank nor FB META want to do anything about the fraudulent activity on my account. I am not the only one this has happened to I know at least 2 other people this happened to within the last few weeks. **** and Commerce refuse to do anything about crediting my money back to me. I cannot afford to lose my money this paycheck on the 30th of Sept. Which is exactly what is going to happen which means another pay period without groceries and being able to pay my bills.
