My Facebook was hacked July 4. My phone number and email was changed. Ive emailed, reported and done everything youre supposed to do to get my Facebook back but I cant. *** made a police report the hacker selling items under my Facebook profile. On August 28, 2023, my facebook business account was hacked. The email address and the phone number associated with my account were immediately changed by the hacker. Therefore, I had no means to reset my password or access my account. I have paid ********************** thousands of dollars for 9 years to promote my business, and this page has thousands of customer followers. I followed the ********************** webiste procedures to recover my business account and provided my government issued driver's license, but ********************** did not recover my account. I need to regain access to my business account. My credit card information is tied to it, and I am worried about it being misused by criminals. I have no means to contact Facebook representatives, so I worry that I need to call the police for help. Hi my name is *************************** my hacked Facebook account was hacked on Friday, 26 May at 23:54 the email associated with my account was ************************* before the hacker changed it to their own. The full URL to my account is (*******************************************************). I have created a new email address that has never been used on any Meta Platforms. The new email is: *********************** I also went through all of the recovery options on Facebooks website and nothing worked because the hacker also changed the email and all of the ways for me to get in the account. My name is ***********************. Im a CEO and software architect who has worked to promote the Facebook ecosystem for over a decade, including as one of the first Facebook ****************** (Vitrue) and most recently as founder of *******.Recently my account was hacked and subsequently disabled. Despite trying help center and every official support ************* unable to regain access to my account - due to what appears to be a loophole with the account being disabled, and the hacker having already lost an appeal.Some more details on what happened:1. On August 3, while I was asleep, a hacker broke into my account, changed my name to *****, and changed my email/pw/phone (despite having 2FA enabled)2. By the time I woke up and saw this, my account was disabled for violating community standards and the emails saying did you change your email? etc did not work saying invalid or expired link"3. I immediately tried to submit the account hacked form where you upload ID, but it will not submit because my account is disabled"4. I then tried to appeal the account being disabled, but it will also not submit because my case has already been reviewed (even though *** never appealed it) I assume the hacker submitted a failed appeal.5. In the weeks since then, I have tried every day reaching out across every channel - but Ive been unable to find anyone who can help me regain access to my account As I use ******************** for API development, FB marketplace, communication with my friends, login on sites across the web, and have decades of photos and memories - its very important to me that I regain access to my account. On August 24th, 2023 my Facebook account was hacked and disabled. I have tried with no luck to contact them and just get a reply that says "this can not be undone" This is 16 years worth of data and personal information. How is this ok for hackers to get the rights to our information without even giving us an explanation as to why we can no longer access our PRIVATE account? I see now that this is a SERIOUS problem with others as well. I know I am not the only one this has happened to. Facebook needs to make this right. These accounts are peoples personal AND business accounts. Hackers get into accounts, do fraudulent things and then the people lose all of their information? I ordered off of 7 business advertised on Facebook and never received my items . I have supporting documents , bank withdraws they took out and order numbers they provided, but no product. How can ********** keep getting away with allowing these BOGUS companies advertising on HIS WEBSITE . THAT SHOULD MAKE HIM ACCOUNTABLE. I can imagine how many others got ripped off besides me . This is regards to my Facebook page. I have had the page for years and years and it contains memories and conversations with family and friends, some that are no longer with us. It was originally setup with email ******************** and phone number ************. On 8/17/23 my wife started receiving texts from friends saying they thought my account had been hacked. When I went to my phone to log In, It came up *******************. The password had been changed along with the phone number, email, profile picture and name. I went to Facebook help which ended up being a giant rabbit hole with no help. I said my account was hacked and I no longer had access to the email or phone number and provided a different email that is ******************** of mine and a copy of my driver's license as requested. I received an email back saying it was being reviewed and I would receive instructions on how to log back in to my account. I didn't receive any other email. Today I went back in and went back thru the hacked account recovery process. I received an email saying my ID could not be verified. The problem is you can not get anyone to assist you. If someone from FB would just look at the account, you can see that it has clearly been hacked. Even though "*******************" changed most everything on my profile, it does still show my gender male and my birthrate 10/21/1946 that matches my driver's license. I really just want help getting my page back and don't know where else to turn. Please help.Initial Complaint

They have aloud a facebook hacker to make a page saying I have hiv and hassling me bullying being mean I have sent things to facebook they say the page is not against Community standards
