      On Tuesday, August 22, 2023, my Facebook account was hacked. ****** changed the Email, Phone number, password, and logged me out of my account. They keep asking family and friends for money or saying that it is an emergency, I keep getting calls from said people asking if I am alright. I have tried to contact Facebook support multiple times with no success and have tried to use Meta online help with no success as well.All I am requesting is that I get my account back, my name is *********************************, in the current profile picture I should have brown hair, blueish eyes, a brown tshirt, and you might be able to see flowers in the back. If you need confirmation that I am who I say I am I am more than willing to provide that information.Photos attached show my profile picture, and the incorrect email attached when I try to put in my password.

      I created an account with ********************** to use facebook marketplace. There were no issues until someone messaged about purchasing the firewood I was selling. After the buyer agreed to purchase the firewood, facebook (meta) decided to suspend my account. They seemed to imply my account was fake, which it is not. Now I have no way to contact the buyer. Hopefully they show up, but because of facebook, I might be out $60.

      My name is ************************* and i have an account in facebook for more then 15 years and 2 days ago they decided to disable my account without letting me an option to approve its **** tried to email then and send them a file to show that i am the owner of that account but i can not because they blocked the account .i really need your help solving that problem.

      Market Place lockdown. I have been selling on market place for years and when I receive notification of a violation I normally delete the posting. I have received notifications on posting of DVD and etc. Today I tried to post something and it gave me a message saying I may be in violation. I chatted with a rep and told him that it could have been because of a scope I put on a week ago but deleted. He asked if I asked for a review first and I said no. I asked should I put it back and ask for a review. He said yes. I put it back on and asked for a review and a few minutes later they locked my account permanently. I asked for 3 reviews and only received a message saying my account was permanently locked. This is not what I envisioned and I do not have a problem following direction but to not tell me where the problem is but locking me out is totally wrong.

      Instagram: @Designerdeals_bysofi Meta disabled, or suspended my Instagram business account. I am a personal shopper. I have a registered business in ******* everything that I post on Instagram is mine. I am also approved for Brandad content which means I post links to different sales available on different websites through **** collective and other personal shopping sites. I believe your AI system flagged my page by mistake. Same as many other people I followed the appeal process multiple times, but I keep getting an auto replies from your automatic system. I need an actual human being to open my page back up please this was a mistake. the Instagram and Facebook the whole company, encourages businesses to open their businesses on their platforms; however, you do not offer any protection when it comes to random people, hacking or reporting different pages to avoid competition or you dont even give any chance for people to even prove themselves to you to show that they are an actual real person and they are posting legitimate things on your on your platform: This is not fair. I have an LLC I have submitted my EIn number to you I have submitted my ID in order to be verified I have sent in multiple appeals. I am not able to get my page back however, others who are going through the same thing were able to get their pages back by chatting with people on Facebook from the ads program, I am trying to follow the proper channels and I am not getting any help. Please help me open this page back up please I am a real business, a real person and this caused me to lose so many customers , and just ruined my whole life to not even be given a chance to prove otherwise is the worst.

      Purchased an item through purchase protection on facebook marketplace. Was blatantly ripped off and facebook denied a claim without even looking at the evidence. The item was supposedly sent a day before I ordered it and delivered a day after I ordered when the seller said it would be there in about a week. Then they deleted there account therefore not letting me message them directly to try and get it settled. Facebook is entirely at fault for not following up on claims to the best of their ability.

      On August 11, 2023 I received an email from Facebook ************************************** telling me that my email ********************* was changed to **************************** I clicked on it wasnt me (clearly I was hacked). I then got notification on my instagram page stating that my linked fb page was removed from my account. I went thru the verification process by submitting my license as well as passport to prove my identity, however when fb sent me the codes to log in using my email I got error messages stating that my email doesnt exist. Well thats because the hacker erased all my information and added his. Not only did they change that but they changed my name to ***************************. **** will be thrilled that someone is using his wifes name to hack other peoples acct. so sad. Ive been trying to get a resolution for 3 weeks now and nothing. Im desperate as someone has my page with all my prescious pics. Also I have my small business SMELL GOODS BY BOSSY page linked to that which I cant access either causing me to miss contact with my customers. I miss seeing my grandkids progress and its breaking me. Please help

      My Facebook account was hacked, the email changed, password, and phone number. I am now unable to log in or reset the password using the provided methods and the hackers are posting crypto scams on my page extorting money from people.
