To Whom It May ************ company is discriminatory in its actions concerning me. I've attempted to establish a new account several times. Even after submitting my license and receiving confirmation that you approved my new account, you immediately shut down the new account again. You have falsely stated I have violated community guidelines. How could I violate anything when I never had time to start? The real issue is my last name. Because my surname is African, your algorithm shuts down my account. Can you specifically name one violation on my part? Your discriminatory actions limit marketing opportunities, business advertising, but more importantly, my equal right to have a name that is different from others from being seen. On July 29, 2022, I was on vacation In *******, **. I was out at nightlife, and the last time I used my Meta (instagram) account was late that night to follow another persons account. On the following morning I went to check my social feed (Facebook) account, and I see that I have a notification that says suspicious login, tap to verify details. So I tap the notification, but my account was disabled due to an inappropriate posting that went against community guidelines. I rarely ever posted on my account, and I would never post anything inappropriate on my account. I requested a review, and submitted my photo drivers license for this process. Soon after, less than a few hours later, a message stands to this day that states a review has been done and my account is disabled and cannot be undone. Not only did Meta disable my Facebook account, but also my two business pages associated with the account, as well as my instagram account. This has caused a major hinderance on my business and sales. I allowed time to go by to see if Meta would perform a manual review of accounts as I have read that this very same situation has taken place to others. Due to me using Facebook to login to several other external accounts, I have since lost access to not only that account, but any account that I created using Facebook as the primary sign-up method. Much time has gone by but **** has still not reviewed these accounts with a manual eye. I have went through to try to do an appeals process, however, **** does not allow this if there is no active account to associate the claim with. There is no reference number for me to provide to even submit a claim. There are no phone numbers to contact an actual person, and I have sent several emails and direct messages (from ******* and another account) to different handles in effort to rectify this issue; all with no response.Initial Complaint

I would like all accounts on Facebook and Messenger associated with my name deleted please! Around June 8 my Facebook/Messenger accounts were hacked. By the time I saw the email it was too late and they had changed my email and password. I've had zero access since then. The hacker has been using my account as it is (pictures and other info) to pose as me. They've posted that I've started cyber trading. Showing certificates that I've taken training, which I have not. And edited my face into pictures to look like I've gotten another degree. I'm very concerned that someone will be taken advantage of. I've had several older members of our church who've asked me to give them more information about the online trading. And when I tell them I've been hacked they are so surprised and thankful they didn't just trust the online me. The hacker has also posted pictures of people holding signs up that say 'We earned ******* dollars in (so many) days! Thank you *******************************!' They've also messaged friends and had conversations with them about online trading. Trying to get them to say they'll try it. I know these things because friends and family have told me what they see being posted. My husband and daughters posted on my page that my account had been hacked and it's not me, then they were blocked. I texted all contacts and asked that they block and report my account. They then told me that they had gotten another friend request from me. I have not created a new account, and will not be creating one in the future. Hello my name is ******************* Facebook name (niecee niecee)and I cannot seem to get a hold of meta chat team or rep or anyone at support regarding my as boost account being disabled situation and payments I have submitted several emails to verify account and appeals because ad boost account has been disabled and debit card info still on file and on automatic. I have been trying to reach someone for a whole month now at the ads support team. All of my payment information I requested to be removed I have not received response on this at all. I will retain my attorney regarding this matter and file a complaint against meta. I recieved an email stating I would be contacted with 2- 3 business days and that has Not happened. On 8/30/2023 someone was able to access my Facebook account which contains personal information. They then changed my email and phone number associated with the account which keeps me from being able to recover the account. I was never sent an email or text to approve these changes to my account. Per Meta, their business practice put in place to protect my information was not followed. There is no number to call or email to reach out to to resolve this issue when I have no access to the phone number or email now linked to MY profile. I am a seller on Facebook marketplace for the past few years. This company continues to not allow our items to be viewed across the country although we offer shipping to all states. On August 29th, 2023 someone hacked into my Facebook account (***************************************************) and they changed my password, the email address on my account and the phone number associated with my account. I have thoroughly reviewed all of the help articles and have tried dozens of times to regain access to my account without success. I have been using Facebook since 2003/2004 and my entire life story including pictures are associated with my account. I am pleading with Facebook to please assist me with regaining access to my account. All measures available have been tried and did not get me back into my account. My account is hacked on ********************. And despite the complaints and swindling of my friends it still hasnt been taken down by Facebook. I have started another account but would like them to take down the hacked account
