My Facebook account was hacked. I have reported it many times to Facebook and the answer is always, we do not see anything wrong. ********************* is not me, nor do I know him. * My Facebook account was hacked on 9/1/2023 at 10am.* The hacker changed my password and email, completely closing off access to the account.* The hacker is using my name, my face, my address and my Marketplace posts (as well as his/her own) to scam other people using Facebook. * The hacker will ask for a deposit to hold an item with pickup being my physical address.* I had 2-step verification in place for Facebook but the hacker still gained access.* I uploaded my ID to ******************** and they sent a reset password link that didn't work. * The hacker is using my Facebook page and the *** is: www.facebook.com/teaErik35 * They have already increased their Followers to 57. I'm a teacher and this will severely hurt my reputation. More importantly, though, we need to put a stop to people from being scammed. My account was hacked on 9/04/2023. The hacker changed my email address, phone, and password. Facebook recovery link is an endless loop. I have valulable information and no one to contact to help my restore. I enter in my old password and told that I reset it 23 hours ago. But there is no email indicating that I changed my email address. This is a massive data breach that Facebook isn't looking into. I need to get back in my account. I sold an Apple IPhone 8 Plus that I no longer needed on Facebook marketplace for $225 on 10/28/2021. The phone was shipped via **** on 10/29/2021. I have yet to receive payment for the item. Facebook has given me every excuse why I have not received my payment which is owed to me in the amount of $212.41 after taxes. I was told it was a problem with my account, they needed my bank information, they are working on it, every excuse possible. The person I sold the phone to doesnt have a Facebook anymore as far as I can see and I still have not been paid two years later and have no further updates from Facebook but generic we are working on it emails.Initial Complaint

My account was hacked recently. I have had Facebook account for several years. I last reshared a memory on Aug 11 that is no longer available. The password for this account was changed on 8/18/23 at 10:31 am. On Aug 18th later afternoon I noticed that I had an alert that someone logged into my account from ********. I am a high school football coach, and it was time to take the field, so I did not do anything about it. The next day I was unable to log into my account. My email that I had on the account is *********************** we moved homes a few years ago and recently lost access to our charter email accounts.My Facebook account is ********************* Whoever has my account has completely blocked my family since they tried to call thru messenger. In 2016 I deleted my Facebook account ****************** as well as the associated email address ******************* Unfortunately, someone re-created my email account and then re-constituted my Facebook profile using my information. Though I have contacted Facebook three separate times and filed complaints, flagged the account, and submitted my driver's license to verify who I am and that the name on the account is in fact mine, they have ignored all my attempts. Now the user is messaging members of my contact list and posting inappropriate videos and images to my feed. I just want the profile completely deleted. On August 31, 2023 I had a monetization violation that I appeal and got back up within 30 minutes but Facebook decided to restrict my means and ways to make money from the video that originally got taken down. The video is at half of a million views and growing and I cant even make the money I need to off of my own content because Im restricted for no reason. The video that originally got taken down was restored because the bots that took it down was WRONG. You have no right messing with my money like that as a creator. I want the restriction to GO AWAY.
