      On 8/18 I notified Meta of my sons malfunctioning right controller. I was told because it was still under warranty it qualified for an advance replacement wherein I would not need to send his defective one back immediately but instead they would send out the replacement right away and I would have 45 days to return the defective one. Since that time, I have been told it shipped, it didnt ship, there was an issue with my card, there was no issue with my card, it only hadnt shipped because it was out of stock and would ship within 3-5 business days, its been escalated three times and today I was sent tracking information for a RETURN label to them from a specialist who did not respond to any of the questions that I asked in the message. I just want my sons replacement to be sent this is day ****************************************************************** how I go about resolving it.

      FACEBOOK has sttopped by new chats but never told me what I did wrong? People were sending me scam emails. I did not send anyone scam email

      15 days ago and before that. THEY HAVE RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN! AND OTHERS THAT have a political belief different from theirs. this time it says my account is restricted completely yet they have that i cant call or engage in groups, well that is a lie, I cant do a thing AND it wont show me what they did it for nor can I contest it. Completely BLOCKED.

      A post was removed due to "nudity" on September 8, 2023, when I received the notice. I need to find out which post it is, where they got it from, and what Meta is talking about. But I was recently docked for posting ******. I don't post ****** on Facebook. I haven't. They are accusing me of posts made **** years ago, that I don't even know I made on accounts that are inactive and the public does not see them. None of them have explicit material. I am scared that I will be suspended on false premises. Their AI algorithm needs to be improved.

      On or about 8/15/2023 a hacker took control of my Facebook account and changed the ownership email and password and I can no longer log in to my account. The hacker's email is in ******* and they have been using my account to send fraudulent request for money to all my contacts. I have tried repeatedly to use Facebook's help page to try to restore my account ownership to me but the process cannot be completed because it gets stuck in an endless loop. There is no one at Facebook I can contact to resolve this issue. Based on the reading hundreds of other consumer complaints this is a common problem. Facebook claims to have security methods in place to address these types of hacking issues but my experience shows otherwise. I had a very complex, one-use password that would be very difficult to crack and my account was compromised anyway. At no point did Facebook email me that my password or contact information was changed.

      The business has not tried to resolve my issue other than Meta FB chats and DIY guides to help resolve a hacked Facebook account. My account is my personal account under my maiden name *******************. I was locked out of access to my account on August 19th, 2023. I went through Facebook's DIY prompts multiple times. I reached out to them through their Meta FB chat feature. I sent multiple emails to *********************************** ******************************** ******************************** etc. Someone hacked my account, changed my login credentials and now I can no longer access my personal account. My account included photos of my daughters who are minors and I expressed my concern over a failure to protect my privacy and my daughter's privacy in my emails to FB. In addition, I was also in the middle of launching my second company and sharing the news with friends, colleagues and family, and now have lost all my connections and will need to start over if I can not recover my account. My complaint is that Facebook has not provided any help, they do not have a functioning phone number nor online chat feature that would help resolve this issue. Their DIY guide to resolve a hacked account does not work. So how can a business that profits off of it's users not have any accountability when privacy has not been adequately protected? And further, why aren't they required to have in person help to help account users resolve issues? I would like help regaining access to my ******************* Facebook account and have exhausted all known options online. Please help me.

      Facebook (Meta Technology) has refused to include Paws of ********** (EIN# **-3470032) in their nonprofit database. Paws of ********** is a federally registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and is eligible for tax-deductable donations. I have contacted Facebook support numerous times over the past weeks to request that they include Paws of ********** in their nonprofit database, but they have refused.

      I received an email from Meta/Facebook about my Facebook account, advising it was compromised. I followed all the reset and troubleshooting steps, and I couldnt get access to my account. Around June 2023, I text chatted with a Meta rep asking them to help me restore my account. I completed the troubleshooting steps again and the message said ** locked out. This is the massage I received previously. The rep told me to wait a few days and there was nothing more they can do. I told them Ive waited more than a few days and i get the same message. They repeated there was nothing more they can do. Im still locked out, and on my instagram account notifications, it shows *** asked my friends to join me on other platforms. That is not me doing that and I need to get access to my Facebook account to mitigate any further risk and meta rep wont help. I would like access to my account and to not be told to follow the steps on the troubleshooting site as *** completed those steps several times with same message that Im locked out. It appears that meta doesnt care that my information is compromised and is being used without my consent or knowledge. This is an abusive and unfair business practice. I should get help with my account restoration and not told there is nothing that can be done. Finish the job. Restore my account.

      I started a facebook page and instagram account for my business and my meta business account was restricted for unknown reasons. I ran 3 ads that were approved through Meta Business and there were no issues. However, my account was restricted and they won't tell me why. In addition, it has been nearly impossible to get through to someone. It seems as if the options to get through are always changing. I have had 3 chat sessions, a phone call, and email exchanges to resolve the issue and all have told me different things.

      My Facebook account that Ive had since 2009 and has so many photos and memories saved on it was compromised by a hacker in ******* several days ago. This person changed my profile picture and information and apparently posted some things that go against Facebook community standards and my account was PERMANENTLY DISABLED. Since this person changed the account to include ******* authentication, I cannot even get a copy of my photos and information from Facebook, and since I cant log in to the app or website I have NO WAY to even speak to someone at the company to rectify this! Obviously Id rather have my account back, but I dont even care anymore about that with the corporations biases and lack of protocols in place for people to easily CONTACT THEM when they have an issue. Automated forms that dont even address every possible problem and then kick you back out without even submitting to them are ineffective and a waste of everyones time. Ive already sent them a copy of my photo ID to get back into the account to download a copy of my stuff, but since the 2factor authentication is still in place that the hacker put on it, I cant get that far. My name was listed as ************************* (first and middle name) before this horrible person changed it to Meta Infringement or something similar.Please just let me have back my memories. I dont care about your irrelevant platform anymore.
