On 9/7/23, I receive automated messages via MY email Qu***************** that my email address was changed. I went to log in to find out my password did not work and realized I had been hacked. My email and password was changed and my phone number removed. I took all steps to recover my account via the ******************** help pages. I was sent a code to use as a password and it did not work. I tried everything advised. I emailed Facebook security as well, twice and have not received any responses. My account holds precious memories, pictures, and personal information. I am highly disappointed at the customer service received for such a large company and request assistance in recovery of MY ACCOUNT.Initial Complaint

I have an account that I created years ago but haven't used much. I changed the name on it at some point because I have been ignored by Facebook when I asked to remove a phone number that belongs to me but that was listed on a page of a business that closed long time ago. Now when I try to log in, I am asked for a copy of ID. I am not providing my ID to ********************. I live in **********, and I want my account removed and all my data deleted. I sent one request to Facebook thru Special Request for Medically Incapacitated or Deceased Person's Account page, but received what looked like auto-generated responses without any input from a human, and none of the info provided in the responses was helpful. I am requesting Facebook to delete my account associated with my email ************************ I'll do my best to provide any more details I remember for this account they I haven't accessed in ages.Initial Complaint

I sell my products in the **** marketplace and I have a payout of ****** that has not been granted to me although I have meet my obligations on delivery the products to the clients who made those purchases. **** claims I have violated advertising policies and has canceled my account with them without any additional explanation or notice. As a result of these **** claims I won't be elegible for my payout. I've not hear nothing like this EVER ! **** wants me to take a lost of $****** of products I delivered to the client without mentioning the fees they charged me in these transactions. On September 14 2023, Facebook locked my account they said we saw unusual activity on your account. This may mean that someone has used your account without your knowledge. I told them it was me. On the two step verification to unlock my account they ask for some documents to upload. I told them I did not have any documents to upload, so my account is still locked. I then ask the person on Facebook chat, how do I delete my account they did not tell me how to do this and would not delete my account. Instagram, run by META, has a set of community policies that make bullying, insulting, violent content, violence, illegal activity, promoting illegal activity, etc clear violations of their rules yet they allow people to use music as background music to posted videos that is full of profanity, uses terms like ******, calls women *******, glorifies violence, killing people, drug use, and other criminal activity. If I as a user were to do this, I would be banned so how is it allowed as background music?? I report people all the time who call me foul names, one even told me to put one of my pistols in my mouth and shoot myself... all were clear violations yet Instagram has NEVER removed any of these comments citing that they do not violate their rules when clearly they do. Kids go to this website and see videos of dangerous and illegal activities, often backdropped by profane and violent music yet somehow Instagram sees this as appropriate even tho it clearly goes against their own community guidelines. As a company that advertises and even solicits money from their users they should be abiding by their own rules and guidelines and enforcing them fairly and impartially, not allowing one person to post a song full of violence and racism then turning around and cautioning or sanctioning a user who dares use a foul word in a post. These people are total hypocrites and set up a horrible environment for our kids. They say they eliminate accounts of those under 13 yet when you report one you suspect is underage, they ask you for the person's birthday. How on earth am I going to know some stranger's birthday. Their reporting procedure makes it impossible to report violations because they ask for information you cannot possibly know. They also sanction you without telling you what it is you did and they have zero support staff for you to email, chat with, or anything else. Harrasment by Facebook and my freedom of religion to discuss the Bible. Facebook is targeting me because I post complaints at the BBB. Today I received this notice another pop-up from Facebook. July 26th 2023 my facebook account was hacked and they changed the email and password so I cannot access, they took $100 from my card on file for marketplace, are posting as me, messaging my followers, and texting me threats. Facebook will not help at all. I have tried reporting the account and using the help center to recover the account to no avail. I sent META emails and they responded saying they cannot do anything for Facebook. I sent them a letter in the mail with no response as well. The hackers have pictures of my children and know where I live, I at the very least need the account deleted so the hackers can no longer message people as me.Initial Complaint

Meta has been charging for a verified feature on their multiple platforms (most notably IG) that does not deliver any of the promised features, access, etc and is charging users monthly for a non-working feature. There is no customer service, email, spam support, etc as promised upon purchase and none of the features have worked for months. Hello,My facebook marketplace is stuck in "We are reviewing your request" stage which lasts for months according to reddit. You seem to have blocked me for listing a toy. ***Medical cart TOY***. Based on what im reading, you use bots to make those decisions so the decisions arent always accurate and people often get banned for no reason. Another item was ******** glasses FRAME***. Has nothing to do with vision, can be used for sunglasses, ***not a medical item***.I listed about **** of baby and household items which took me months to list. Business charges to promote items you sell your supposed to be able to pause the promotion. I paused my promotions and they automatically let them run anyway.I really dont think they promote anything.i spoke with them and they keep asking me for the same info i have given them numerous times. And we are stuck at this point. I personally dont think they even promote anything because i have never received one sale or msg behind these promotions. ************* they give you the option to pause but it does not work because when i look again it will say the promotion i paid for has ended. This has happened every time i have used this probably 15 times.on 10 different promotions
