2 weeks ago my Facebook account was hacked in the middle of the night. I received 1 email re; verification in the middle of the night.By the time I woke up, my account was hacked, email address changed, profile changed and account disabled.I tried to get my account back going through the help pages and they DID NOTHING because they had changed my contact information. There is no help desk, chat, contact us, or live help center.I tried to download my information and nothing downloaded. I tried to verify my identity and it didnt work because they changed by email address already. i was denied a review. The next day the same thing happened to my Instagram, only this time they didnt disable my account so the hacker is posting BITCOIN and money pictures on my account. I have no access.I submitted a complaint with the *********** Attorney. I also ***** a letter with all the screens shots of all the emails i received which also includes the name of the hacker's email address and the location in *******. I have not received 1 response. No one at META is helping me. i cannot get in touch with anyone. all the help pages i submitted do nothing. they are not reading my concerns.I want my account back. it must be saved in a cloud somewhere. at the very least i am trying to get my instagram disabled so they stop posting on my account with my kids and family.How can a billion dollar company with millions of users have no HELP CENTER WITH LIVE PEOPLE!Help!Initial Complaint

In September 2023, My Facebook account was hacked. I have tried for the past couple weeks to recover my account. The hackers instantly changed my email address so there is no way to recover my account. I have tried everything possible, there is no one to talk to, email, chat, etc. I never received a security email that my email address was being changed or to approve it. This is the only way to recover my account. My privacy has been compromised along with my security of me and my family. Facebook/Meta needs to make this right and have been protection. I need my account BACK. I need security. Had I known it was this easy to be hacked and no help available I would not have had a facebook account. If this is not fixed throught this claim, I will be seekiing legal action with an attorney. I will also be filing a complain with the attorney general at this time. I also have not been able to have access now to our business account and will be seeking legal action on the losses to our business because of that.Initial Complaint

My friends have sent me money on Facebook messenger 3 times since 9/14/2023. I received one earlier in the day on my card I've used on Facebook for 2 years and went through fine. Then about an hour later Facebook blocked y card and wouldn't allow $60 and $120 go into my account. I've sent them over 20 messages, no response, asked for a supervisor,no response. My money has been pending for 6 days. They also blocked my main debit card I've had on there for years and won't respond how to unblock it. I have $180 just sitting there that won't go into my account because they keep blocking my cards. I talked to my bank twice since 9/14/23 and it is not on their end, they don't even see it trying to come into my account. I went and got a new debit card 9/18/23 added that on there, still didnt go into my account. I feel their purposely ignoring me because I'm a conservative and they like to block conservative accounts. They constantly block post, money sent, won't respond etc. My two friends that sent me the money are able to live chat with them,but that is also blocked on my account. They both talked to them and Facebook told them it was my card and they would contact me in a few mins, that was September 15th and still no one has fixed this and my friends money is still pending. I would like my cards both unblocked, be able to chat if I have future issues, and have a supervisor explain why this all happened and why they have held funds for 6 days. ThanksInitial Complaint

My facebook account was hacked.I run a business through the facebook account and have a ********************** business page.The hacker has taken over my page and my account. He has changed my pw, email address and phone number. I am unable to get into my account.The hacker is now running ads from my facebook business page using my Paypal account which is connected to my master card.I have reported this to facebook numerous times and they have done nothing. I previously had 2 calls confirmed with Meta reps to help with my business ads because the system was having issues, I was getting ZERO results and wasting money. My facebook account was hacked 3 months ago. The hacker changed my password, email, and mobile number associated with the account so I have no way to regain access. They have been messaging friends and family requesting money for 3 months now. I have sent several emails, notified facebook, and had several friends report the activity. Facebook keeps blocking me i use this for business and they claim i can appeal the decision or ask for a hearing but i am unable to do either. This has happened at least 10 times if not 20. The option to re hear or appeal does not work. Also they are not allowing people to rate my transactions buying or selling it either doesnt work or the info does not get processed. 1. Purchased on Aug 12, 2023 2. I paid ***** for shoes and shipping 3. Lurebest provided me with a pair of shoes that do not fit. 4. The company has misrepresented the size and where the shoe was manufactured. The shoe was made for wide feet. E to EEE. I wear a normal to E. I could not even get my foot into the shoe. The shoe was sold as being made in the **. The shoe is made and sent from *****. I do not buy items made in China due to ethical reasons and I was misled into thinking I was buying a shoe made in the States. Thus supporting ** manufacturing. I was tricked by the company. The shoe has no markings whatsoever. Not size, not where it is from, or who made it.5. I have contacted the company for a refund and a return shipping fee. The company will not pay for returns and do not want returns because shipping is too expensive to *****. The company offered two sets of shoes. But have no other size options. I would then have two pairs that do not fit. After 9 emails trying to return the shoes, the company offered me: I could keep them and get refunded 10% and a discount code. They admit they do not have larger sizes that fit. I could keep them and they would refund me 20%I could keep them and be refunded 30%, They informed me that they want to keep customers happy because their lives depend on it. Still, thats not a proper refund for shoes I can not wear. Order #**** Adds for this company showed up on Facebook. That's how I got involved with the company.I went online and found hundreds of posts about them, and all say the same thing. The company is a scam. The shoes are not from **************/***********, *** they are from ***** and you can not get a refund period. The company will say I have passed my 30-day refund window. After they dragged this whole thing on. It's really sleazy. It's a scam like everyone has said
