      On May 17 2023 I could no longer get into my Facebook page. I had been using the app,and now they wanted my password. I had this page for 17 years. I could not remember any of the information they wanted. The only thing I have to indemnify my account was www.Facebook.com/*****.******.524 and a picture of a cat in pretty landscaping. When you go to my page its a picture of me standing up inside, I have tried to follow their instructions to get to my page. The only way I can is by opening a new page. I dont want a new page I want my page I have had for 17 years. When I go to my old page by way of new page I have lost all of my pictures that I had saved also post that I made until May 17-2023. Shows at my page September 4,2022. The only thing I am asking for is my page back and my pictures at my page. They dont have a phone number to call. When I go to my page and try to recover my account it says change your password and I want to reset password. You need a different mobile phone or email, which I dont have. I just want my page back.Please help me. They have no phone help they want you to go to meta.com/help and this is no help to me.

      In August 31, 2023 my Facebook account was hacked. The hacker changes the email address and password. I have been unable to gain access to this account. I have emailed Facebook and over 100 people have reported to page to Facebook as being hacked. The hacked page is now posting that I am selling items. They are taking peoples money and giving out my address. I had a person show up at my door after they Venmo money to the hacker. This is now a huge safety issue and the page needs to be removed immediately. The hacked page is **************************************

      All of this started 7/21/23. My facebook account had gotten hacked - tried to get a new signin. Was dealing with supposedly an employee - scammer asked me to log into my bank account - the "employee "claimed he wanted to double check any hacking going on in that account - after logging in - saw the amount of money in there - started buying bitcoins, and sending money thru cash app and western union. He cleaned out by account 2 time, at which at the present time my account is overdrawn. and to top it off my facebook is still not working.

      I notified Facebook of strange spam messages on the 19th with no response. 20th, everything we have was hacked - cell phone, computer, social accounts, bank accounts, apps etc. I am aware of another recent data breach as well. Hackers gained remote access and complete control. I battled them for hours trying to keep our accounts ours and secure. My personal profile and 2 business profiles attached were hacked and still are. I called Facebook to let them know we had been hacked and lost access to our accounts after the hackers wiped out all of our information and began using our credit cards to run ads and hijack our business pages. When I called Facebook I was transferred to whom I believe was a hacker. I have NEVER seen something so sophisticated as this - fake web pages etc. They had control of my phone/devices they could see everything I was doing and rerouted my calls or used a cloning tool. They began to help me "solve" the issue, meantime they were stealing everything, changing our business account to their own. They asked me to withdraw my bank account funds to keep them safe while things were being secured. After they asked me to go to a bitcoin *** to verify my identity, they asked for $10,000 cash to be put into the *** to go back into my account. I flew back to my bank and shut everything down. But the hackers keep accessing it and going after thousands. Meta/Facebook need to do something about this - take accountability! We've been in tears and no one to help. 3 years of work to build social media for my family's business which has elderly folks who can very easily be taken advantage of, our reputation and consumer trust being destroyed, my life/my personal profile, and my own business profile are all compromised and we cannot get help. Our lives are being stolen. We need these accounts recovered and secured!!! Facebook no one responds and no action has been taken. We need help! These scammers and hackers need to be prosecuted and brought to justice.

      We have had an issue with placing an ad on Facebook. We have contacted several reps and one of them just kept copying and pasting the same response over and over and over without actually helping, even though we gave her all of the information. The second seemed helpful for all of a few days and now hasn't responded in two weeks. They refuse to involve anyone higher ********** to acknowledge that the issue is their platform, and they just keep copying and pasting the same thing over and over an over. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

      I advertise for my business using Meta ads. I have spent thousands of dollars with them. Hard earned money I saved up.For no reason at all I got my ad account disabled. I have received zero explanation for why this happened. My campaigns that I have spent thousands on are now wasted because I cannot advertise on that account.I submitted a request on Meta for my disabled account to get reviewed, so I can get it back and be able to advertise again. I submitted all of the available documents like my payment information, etc. They said they would get back to me in 1-2 day. It has been a week with zero response from Meta. I have received no emails or anything. I tried to reach out to Meta but they dont let you chat, email, or call anybody. They make it impossible to reach out in anyway. This is my livelihood and I have invested way to much money with their advertising platform to just get it taken away with no explanation and no way to reach out.I am desperate for some help here, anything is appreciated. Thank you so much.

      *******, defamation, and ***** absolutely destroying my business. Deadnaming transgender employees, and attempting to infer they are a child molester. Posting pictures of off context and completely fake conversations that were never had, including claim of ****, violence and beating. Contractors and owners receiving death threats due to Facebook not complying with their own community standards. It is clearly bullying, harassment, and libel. Getting an entire community involved in a false scandal that is costing the business thousands of dollars. A lawsuit against Facebook will be filed for damages resulting from them not removing the posts, and either blocking the posters from posting or removing their accounts completely. The poster's are using fake names. ***************************** (real name ***************************)AJ aj (Real name *********************)*************************** (posting as Sharklettt)**************** (real name ***********************) The abuse and bullying that Facebook is allowing, is going to result in a lawsuit. The 4 have been issued Cease and Desist from and attorney. As well as 2 of them have been served restraining orders for violent behavior. They are trying to get contractors hurt, or worse. And the homophobia and transphobia is apparent. Transgender employee is receiving death threats, and has had to change their phone number. This is all fake, not a single bit of this real or factual. They are attempting to incite real violence and possible murder by utilizing the Facebook Meta platform.This is a demand for resolution. And will be followed up with legal action against Facebook. Possible class action from protected classes of citizens in multiple states. We have lost thousands of dollars in income over this.Copies of few screenshots, some texts received by our trans employee, and the restraining orders have been provided.Filed a report with Facebook representative for libel, harassment, and bullying, please refer to case number ****************

      I was hacked on Facebook(Meta) and lost total control of my account. I was scammed into giving my driver's license and now they are using ******************** Messenger to contact people to give them money on a cash app. I can not get anywhere with Facebook to take down my old account that I have lost control of. I have made a police report. I would like them to delete my old account. I am not sure if BBB has a direct phone number on Facebook so I can contact them directly. But I have had no such luck at contracting anyone.

      I am an active seller in the Facebook Marketplace. I noticed that I havent received any payout since 9/10. Ive contacted the Facebook help for multiple times. **** helped me and said they will look into it, but he never got back to me. I opened another ticket and he closed it. I received the response that they are unable to help me to resolve it today so Im confused about whats going on. As of today, Facebook own me $20.9. I still have $105.35 pending so Im concerned if I will received it.

      I have tried many times to reach out to Facebook and the meta company through contact us and never heard anything back I have tried to report I cannot log into my Facebook account all because I got hacked and it has my important information on it and I need to get it resolved so I can be able to get it fixed can somebody please forward this to headquarters so I can be able to talk to somebody
