It took me a while to come up with the money to buy the chairs. Over a year. So the messages start June 30, 2022. Then in August 2023, I contacted ***** to purchase the chairs.

      Facebook account was hacked and fraud activity has been going on I have tried to reach out to *************** *************** ************ several times and they do not respond. My friends have reported my account several times as well as I have and no response. They are also harrassing my friends though emailing them. The account is ************************************ and i cannot access the account the person has changed my email and password. The person is stealing from friends through zelle because they thought it was me. I need help resolving this matter in hopes to have my account taken down. I'm unable to find a phone number to contact facebook so thats why I'm reaching out. I even tried filing a police report and they could not help me as well. Please get in contact with me as soon as possible. Thank you!

      MY WHAT'S APP ACCOUNT WAS BANNED, WHILE I AM ABROAD. WITH NO EXPLANATION WHAT SO EVER I SOLELY USE IT TO COMMUNICATE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS, AND BUSINESS ASSOCIATES. SHOULD I GO THE LEGAL ROUTE OR IS YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL, DISGUSTING, AND DECEIVING AND RUDE COMPANY GOING TO GET BACK WITH ME, UNBAN MY ACCOUNT, COMPENSATE ME, ASK FOR AN APOLOGY AND GIVE A SATISFACTORY EXPLANATION?       Somebody has been using my name and my image on an account that I have repeatedly requested it to be taken down and each time I receive a message back from Meta saying that account does not go against rules. Well sure as h*** does its using my image and my name and it has to be removed or I have to take legal action against this company.

      My Facebook account (*************************) has been locked. I do not believe it was hacked. I use my correct password but the error message I receive is "Incorrect Password." I have spent many hours trying to gain access to my account. The issue is: I no longer have the email address I signed up with ************************** because I retired from DOE *********** of ******* late February 2023. I did submit an image of my current ************* driver's license but was told it was not me. I was not able to interact with Facebook after that to dispute their decision. My hair color is now silver but on my driver's license photo it is red. I went through all the steps to try to recover my account but none of the proposed "solutions" worked. Awhile back if you were locked out of your account you were asked to identify "friends" and recent posts of theirs and if you did, your account was unlocked. I NEED to communicate with family members, friends, and former classmates as we are having our 50th high school reunion in Colorado next June. I also love playing Facebook games to include Billionaire and Huuuge Casino on which I have spent ALOT of money on game chips and other promotions. I got caught up in a scam where I paid an online company $150 who promised they could unlock my account but this did not happen. It turns out that there are other online companies who promise to do the same IF you pay their fee. I believe these are scams also, I don't understand why Facebook does not have a phone number for tech support, an online chat feature etc. to assist customers. 3 weeks ago I sent *****************************, Facebook's CEO, an email message but he has not responded, nor has it been returned as "undeliverable."

      FB allowed a purchase through their meta by someone not me to make purchases. I never had my card linked to meta and never made any purchases with meta but they allowed a card to be charged by a unknown person without verifying the owner of the card

      I purchased these games for my oculus when you had to use facebook to log in to oculus. Oculus transferred over to a new Meta platform and none my games transferred. I have reached out at least 15 times to try and resolve the issue with the 4 games purchased to add them to the new platform. They do not have a number to call - only email and each time I get a different person and have to start over. I have all of the email communication from facebook meta. I really just want my games back but at this point I have wasted so much time and have not received a response. They have the credit card and I have proof of the transactions.

      I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the lack of response and assistance I have received from Meta regarding a pressing issue that has been affecting me personally and professionally for nearly four years.I have contacted Meta more than ten times through various channels, including emails to several of your designated support contacts, but I have yet to receive any meaningful response. This issue is related to a Facebook account that I have been trying to have removed, and despite numerous attempts to communicate with your support team, the matter remains unresolved.The specific details of my complaint are as follows:Profile Removal Request: I submitted a request to have a Facebook profile deleted almost four years ago. Unfortunately, my request was not addressed, and the profile in question remains active, causing significant distress and negatively impacting my employment.Inability to Login: Compounding the issue, I have lost access to the account, making it impossible for me to use the standard channels to request its removal. This lack of access has hindered my ability to address the matter promptly.Lack of Support: My frustration is further compounded by the apparent absence of sufficient support for users facing circumstances similar to mine. It is disheartening that Meta does not seem to have a robust system in place to handle such critical issues promptly.This extended period of unresolved concern has caused me considerable stress and anxiety. I find it unacceptable that a company of Meta's stature, with its significant influence and user base, does not have adequate support mechanisms for individuals facing issues outside the scope of business accounts.I kindly request that Meta investigate this matter urgently and provide me with a clear timeline for the resolution of my concerns. Additionally, I ask for clarification on the steps that will be taken to prevent such issues from occurring in the future, as well as improvements to your customer support processes.If my concerns are not addressed promptly and satisfactorily, I may have no choice but to explore alternative avenues to resolve this matter and seek legal counsel if necessary.

      Hello, My Meta account with username: JCR_7_7_7 is still disable since 12/14/23. My account has been suspended my mistake multiple times ocasions when I got my account back. This last ocasion on date of 12/14/23, my account got suspended again for unknown reasons. However, my account was meta verified on 12/6/23 and the reason I got Meta verified was for the protection againts hacks, and disable accountsWhen I log in it gave me a message that ask me to send a video selfie verification video to prove my indentity that didn't work and account got disable. Furthermore, last time my account got disable gave me reasons examples why such as "posting fake reviews", "Money Laundering" "starting romantinc relationships in order to take someone's money", and I disagree with those accusations since I never have done any of that. I kindly ask Meta team to reconsider decision to disable my account and take this matter seriously since I use my account to connect with friends, family and colleagues, and this will be devastating for me since I will loose contact with them. I disagree with the decion Meta has made to disable my account since in the pass Meta team has review it and came to conclusion it was a mistake, and allow me back into my account. I have been a victim of hackers with this account in the pass, and I believe is not the exception now and hackers have try to banned my account again to massively reported and got it disable. Reasons and examples that where given to me when account was taken down don't match on anthing I did or how I use account, and as a law-abiding citizen have follow guidelines on Meta Platforms. In conclusion, I kindly ask the Meta legal Team to envestigate and review my account and allow me access to be able to recover my data and memories.       Dear ***/*****:Hope you have a nice day! I'm not sure why my account was blocked as I didn't post anything recently.It would be highly appreciated if you could inform me of the reason. Further, I sincerely hope that my account will be reinstated, and I am willing to learn the rules and rectify the mistakes that have been made. I have only registered for a few days and have done nothing illegal. In addition, What confuses me is that after I uploaded my ID card photo as required, it still refused to unblock me in the end.
