      My Facebook business page was compromised in OCT, and I have tried multiple times to resolve the case with facebook manta support. However until today n one has responsed to my case. and whenever I sent a respond they considered the case closed. I have repeatedly received messages from facebook Meta Coneige regarding my case but not solutions till today. I can not access my business facebook page, nor I can run ads.       Company has false advertising all over website regarding when the customer will pay, time frame of delivery, how the item is delivered and when buyer will receive item and company has no phone number to reach out to contact anyone it's either email or chat. There was an item I ordered and it was supposed to be delivered on December 21st which sounded great and so I made the purchase. Received an email stating I will not be charged till item is shipped out, and the item would com *** 2nd day air. None of those statements are true. My item is stuck on label created and I was charged for item right after purchase. I am out $695.00 my item caught in a delivery limbo. I have chatted with them over 6x to have this issue sorted out and nothing happening. I am being told now it take **** business days for it to ship from warehouse when the website clearly stated *** 2nd day air for delivery.

      My Facebook account was hacked into over a week ago. The email and phone number associated with account were changed and I have no access to gain my account back. My bank is now being compromised along with all my other online accounts. I have reached out to Facebook/meta twice and have not received any information back. I need this to be resolved immediately before more actions are taken on my accounts.

      Like most people I have an occasional differences with facebook but it was tolerable. Recently , around twice a day, I am logged off and when I logged back on, I get another "community standards" warning. It is always non specific and vague. Ironically, if I make a report, even if its of a sexual nature,it does not "violate any standards." I can't suspend my account because any legitimate instructions on how to do it don't work, so Ideleted the app.Please facebook be aware there is a staff in one of your offices that has nothing to do, other than going through my old post. I'm done facebook, you win.

      Transaction date: August 28, 2023 Amount of transaction: $1900 Commitment: 2 "gamer" chairs After receiving my money, the business Blocked me on Facebook, and never sent the chairs.No, the business has not tried to resolve the problem.The account number (*****) that received the money: ****************** The name given for the account was: *********************** ******************* ******** given for the named account holder: ************* Gamers has a Business Chat on Facebook, and there was an advertisement that I saw. It took me a while to come up with the money to buy the chairs. Over a year. So the messages start June 30, 2022. Then in August 2023, I contacted ***** to purchase the chairs.

      Facebook account was hacked and fraud activity has been going on I have tried to reach out to *************** *************** ************ several times and they do not respond. My friends have reported my account several times as well as I have and no response. They are also harrassing my friends though emailing them. The account is ************************************ and i cannot access the account the person has changed my email and password. The person is stealing from friends through zelle because they thought it was me. I need help resolving this matter in hopes to have my account taken down. I'm unable to find a phone number to contact facebook so thats why I'm reaching out. I even tried filing a police report and they could not help me as well.       MY WHAT'S APP ACCOUNT WAS BANNED, WHILE I AM ABROAD. WITH NO EXPLANATION WHAT SO EVER I SOLELY USE IT TO COMMUNICATE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS, AND BUSINESS ASSOCIATES. SHOULD I GO THE LEGAL ROUTE OR IS YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL, DISGUSTING, AND DECEIVING AND RUDE COMPANY GOING TO GET BACK WITH ME, UNBAN MY ACCOUNT, COMPENSATE ME, ASK FOR AN APOLOGY AND GIVE A SATISFACTORY EXPLANATION?       Somebody has been using my name and my image on an account that I have repeatedly requested it to be taken down and each time I receive a message back from Meta saying that account does not go against rules. Well sure as h*** does its using my image and my name and it has to be removed or I have to take legal action against this company.

      My Facebook account (*************************) has been locked. I do not believe it was hacked. I use my correct password but the error message I receive is "Incorrect Password." I have spent many hours trying to gain access to my account. The issue is: I no longer have the email address I signed up with ************************** because I retired from DOE *********** of ******* late February 2023. I did submit an image of my current ************* driver's license but was told it was not me. I was not able to interact with Facebook after that to dispute their decision. My hair color is now silver but on my driver's license photo it is red. I went through all the steps to try to recover my account but none of the proposed "solutions" worked. Awhile back if you were locked out of your account you were asked to identify "friends" and recent posts of theirs and if you did, your account was unlocked. I NEED to communicate with family members, friends, and former classmates as we are having our 50th high school reunion in Colorado next June. I also love playing Facebook games to include Billionaire and Huuuge Casino on which I have spent ALOT of money on game chips and other promotions. I got caught up in a scam where I paid an online company $150 who promised they could unlock my account but this did not happen. It turns out that there are other online companies who promise to do the same IF you pay their fee. I believe these are scams also, I don't understand why Facebook does not have a phone number for tech support, an online chat feature etc. to assist customers. 3 weeks ago I sent *****************************, Facebook's CEO, an email message but he has not responded, nor has it been returned as "undeliverable."
